I bought my Vehicle in another state, but you can’t tell it because their service is great.When I was last there for routine maintenance, they learned it was an eight year olds birthday and they brought him a bouquet of balloons! Sold the car at sticker price +usual dealer fees. No other mark up on a popular model that other dealers are charging several thousand extra for. Did not get the Kia financing, which was a little disappointing, but local credit union still had good rates. Everyone was friendly, no hard sell tactics. Would buy from them again.

I bought a car here in 2016. Tried to go back and buy another but I was treated terribly. I wanted to explore financing options on my own before trying to finance with the dealer. I was told that if I didnt finance with them that I would be charged an additional $1000 since they Dont make any money if I dont finance through them The salesman didnt even know anything about the car I went to look at, which was a 2022 Kia Niro, he told me that People arent buying Hybrids so thats why he didnt know anything about it. I have recommended so many people and helped people buy cars there that I was extremely disappointed in my treatment.

It was just ok. Went for an oil change and my service light was lit telling me how many more miles to go. They couldn’t be bothered to reset it. That’s the little extra most service personnel go to for their customers. I’ll be taking the extra time to drive to Chattanooga Kia for my service.

Cumberland Kia was great! I was able to get my car in for service in a timely manner. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and respectful. I had the oil change with the multi point inspection. I was in and out in under an hour.

Excellent service and kindness throughout the whole process. Had to wait 3 months due to chip shortage, but never there was a moment when I felt abandoned and or not updated with the status of the order. Once delivered, only took an hour to sign everything and move out.

I had 2 recall notices I had to bring my car in for. I was greeted right away and went over my information. They gave me updates about my car, and shortly afterwards, I was on my way. Great Service!

Service was great but very expensive. Check engine light had come on the day before and I had already been to auto zone and had it checked and done what they said and it was still on. Stopped by Kia told them the situation and they checked it and told me I needed a new gas cap. It took them maybe 10 minutes and they charged me $63. I ordered the gas cap off Amazon for $10 and put it on myself. They suggested I go to Toyota and it was $30 there.

Took over a hour for a oil change which I had scheduled, seems a little bit long since most oil changes can be done in less than 30 min. Still the service was good.

Courteous responsive staff explained repairs required and took care of everything in the time estimated.

Very friendly and personable. We able to chat about local events and people we may have in common. Paper work was all in order and easy to understand.

Although the service was quick and the employees were nice, an oil change and tire rotation had increased by $30 in the past six months. It was much more than what was posted on the website. I was informed prior to receiving the oil change, that the price of the oil had increased due to the fact that they had changed to a synthetic oil but would have a coupon to offset the majority of the cost. The additional cost was $18 ($3×6 quarts). That should have been only a $3 increase. What I was not informed of was that they also increased the labor cost by $10. According to their website I could have gotten a tire rotation, oil and filter change, as well as change my cabin filter for what I paid. Will not be returning to this dealership.

Our salesperson Adam “Scotty” Litton was awesome! He is a real upfront and honest guy which we all know is hard to find in a car salesman. Mike Bartlet the sales manager was also superb, he was the man that makes it all happen and a man of his word. Changed the oil in my car. Instead of using conventional oil which the car has had for the last 9 years they used synthetic without so much as a heads up. I would have never consented to that. My car and business will never go there again.

He was so helpful and actually listened and took into consideration what I wanted when I traded in. They was all very good at explaining things, about the cars, the financing, etc.

I was highly impressed with the service department. I had asked for a couple of items to be changed and they came back and said it wasn’t needed. That they were still good. Could of lied and done it and got extra money, but they were honest and treated me fairly.

I spent $113 to find and fix coolant leak and another $200 to find and fix an oil leak. No luck. Mylocal garage fixed them after finding the problems. In 15 minutes. Im disappointed.

Repair center is slow to resolve issues. Made an appointment to address an issue with my car. Returned at the appointment date and time. I waited almost 2 hours for the repair. I was then told that they discovered the exact issue I told them that needed addressing when I set up the appointment. I was then told they needed to order parts to fix issue, and could not give me a follow up appointment date or time. The timeline they provided was “a couple days”. Complete waste of time, not to mention losing 2 hours of work for nothing. Not holding my breath that they will contact me when they get the new parts.

Regrettably, my entire experience with the sales and parts department was disappointing, lacking professionalism, and met without an apology. If the service needed to my vehicle was not an absolute necessity, I would not return.

First off this was a very lax no pressure type of dealership. Scotty was the man to see for sure. He showed us exactly what we wanted as the first car without us even knowing for sure what we wanted. We still tried other things and came back to it. Talked to him a few days later and worked it all out over the phone to save time. Then we went home with a beautiful k5 that gets looks everywhere we go and everyone asks about it. The entire dealership is nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new car.

I took my car there for repair from collision, they took 2 months to fix it and then when I got the bill they had not only charged me for things they didn’t repair or do, they didn’t fix or put any of the new parts on that were on the bill. They had added a bunch of unnecessary stuff on the bill like windshield fluid (but there was none it when I got my car back), along with the parts that were not put on my car. They put my bill at $4000 which at that point the car was totaled they just put whatever Bc insurance was gonna have to pay for it. They had “repaired” the damaged pieces instead of putting my new parts on that were on the bill. THEY ARE SCAMMERS all they did was make my car LOOK like it wasn’t still damaged.
