Terrible customer service! No one ever answers the phone or it’s busy ALWAYS and if you go in the store they won’t acknowledge your even there. Best just go to Lowe’s and save the time

I was greeted promptly and sent to a desk less than 5 feet away where the older lady was on a personal phone call and never even aknowledged me, just kept chatting on the phone, 10 minutes and she never got around to helping me. That is very rude and unprofessional

The store is so full of boxes and appliances that you can barely look at them. Prices are the same as if you were going into a well-kept store. Really disappointed

If i can buy local, i buy local, support my local community. we have bought several appliances from Appliance Mart, right across from Walmart. when it came time to buy a new washer, we bought one from them. they told us that if anything went wrong with it in the first year, call them and they would come out and fix it. my washer is making an awful grinding noise between rinse and spin. i called them on June 3, June 10, June 24, June 30, July 6. here it is, July 9th and no one has called, no one has come. My one year was up June 22nd.. so im wondering if they will even honor the warranty.. if they ever show up. Last time i spoke with them, Keith told me he would put me on the schedule for Wednesday... well, its friday, after lunch. I know with the Rhona going around everything is taking longer.. but come on... 36 days.. what if it didnt work at all. I can tell you this... ill never buy another thing form that company again.

Called numerous times to get service on refrigerator that we bought from them with no response. Even went by twice and still no response. They were really fast to sell the appliances but repair service is no where to be found.

Service no where to be found. I called twice and spoke with the owner both times to schedule service on my Whirlpool dishwasher which is only 2 years old and leaking. Told me he would call me back both times and 3 weeks later, nothing. Called one more time and a women told me they were backed up at least 3 weeks and all 3 techs were off during a Tuesday. Crazy.Do not buy from this place.

My parents bought us a dishwasher for Christmas but we didnt get around to installing it until mid January. It automatically didnt work so we called multiple times to try to get a technician to come look at it. On the off chance that you could actually get through when it wasnt a busy line, they wouldnt answer the phone. We did finally manage to get a technician to come look at it and he said we had plugged into the wrong breaker and that should be a simple fix. We fixed that and it still wouldnt work, so I called multiple times again this week with rare answers to the phone. They finally said someone should be here Saturday, today, yet here it is 2:00 p.m. on saturdy and they are closed and no one would answer the phone today. I have even called the technician that was here last week and he wont answer his phone either. Its very frustrating to not have a working dishwasher when I have a one year old thats constantly dirtying up bottles and sippy cups, not to mention clinging to me so its very difficult to wash dishes by hand. Go somewhere else for your appliances

Very friendly old fashioned way of shopping for appliances. They offer free delivery, pretty good prices and are willing to work with you, but be sure you know what you want because they will try to up-sell.

If I could rate this company -1 star I would for the lack of customer service they do not provide. The owner, Keith whom I called personally said he would call me back and never did. I have bought all my appliances from them and have had nothing but problems. Dishwasher and oven now on the blink and called had a service man come out and said he would be back and never did, no calls to say he would be returning or not. Just called the store again to complain and need to know if and when anyone would be returning. Just fed up and will never use them again ever. They used to be the place to go back in the day but they have gone down hill. The gal that answered this last call was rude and not willing to listen to my frustration or even make an effort to apologize for the inconvenience.

Local and family owned. My family has been doing business here since they began. You wont find better service or better prices. Mr. Keith and his staff go out of their way to help you. I wouldnt dream of shopping any where else for appliances.

So far I still have a broken washing machine. I called and they initially responded very quickly. They replaced a part and I paid them and it still doesn’t work. I have attempted to call many times. Only got an answer twice. Both times I have given all my info over again. Still no one here to look at machine. Twice someone was supposed to come and twice I have put everything on hold to be home and twice...nothing. I’m very disappointed as they were highly recommended by good friends.

Owners are a lovely couple. Their prices are competitive considering their free delivery and parts for hook-up. This is a mom and pop place with old fashion way of doing things. They service all they sell which is a big decision in my purchases. Their service department however is not good. It seems you cant make an appointment for a time and day. Its when theyre available and usually call they day they are. Initial instillation of my dishwasher was not balanced and made the top rack slide out when the door was opened. When I called, they said they would fix it. Never showed. I went in and talked to the service guy. Said hell send someone as he walked away form me. Never happened. Called recently about a water intake problem. They sent someone who said they need to order a part and should take 1 or 2 days. That was over 4 weeks ago. Never showed up again. I order the part online and will have my plumber fix it and balance the machine.

Prices are great, big selection, very knowledgeable home-town service. Will buy from Appliance Mart again if I need anything else!

Called and scheduled a service call for my washer and was told they would call me when available.I called back a week and a half later, and was told to be patient, they will call in a couple days. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks and still no call to give me a date for the service.

My 2 year old freezer was not cooling properly. I called Appliance Mart on July 2, 2020. On July 3, 2020 the service person came and told me he had located the problem and would order the part. He was very professional.On July 23, 2020 @ 11:00 I called in to check about the part. I had not heard from anyone since the service call. Mr. Allred answered my call and said the person he needed to talk to was on the phone, but he would talk to them and call me back. At 5:00 that afternoon I had not received a phone call. I called back and he answered the phone and said he would let me talk to Mrs. Allred. Mrs. Allred told me that she could not find anything with my name on it. She asked for the model and serial number. She continued to tell me it wasnt coming up in her system. On my 4th time of reading it she said, There it is. She then asked two people if they had been to my house. Both answered, no. She then told me it must have been a person who didnt work on Fridays. I told her the person came on a Friday. She told me she would ask him on Monday and call me back. On Wednesday of the next week, July 29, 2020, still no phone call. I went to the store. I was there 45 min. Neither knew what was going on, and I had to start from the beginning. They could not find anything. I asked if we could just start over by getting someone to come back out and look at the freezer. Mr. Allred said, Thats what we need to do. They put me on the schedule for the next day. I waited all day for the repairman. At 5:15 I called and Mr. Allred answered. He said my work order was with the person on the route and he would call them to see where they were and call me back. No phone call was ever made back to me. On Friday morning I called in and Mrs. Allred had no idea what was going on and said the part was in. When I reminded her that they could not find anything on it and a person was supposed to come the day before she said, Well when it leaves my hands I dont know anything about it anymore. At that point I told her my patience had run out and I was finished with Appliance Mart. It is sad because they used to be really good. They had a great business. It is time for some help in the store.

I was disappointed by the non responsiveness. I had to call 3 times to get a service call. Then was even more upset of being billed $76.77 for the repair person to use a thermal reader to confirm both thermometers (freezer and refrigerator) were correct. Nothing else checked. He said I most likely had a freon leak he said it would be cheaper to buy new refrigerator than to repair it. I would not recommend them to anyone for refrigerator service.I went to appliance mart to pay bill eventhough I didnt agree with charge amount and advise supervisor what steps his repair person had done. But the man behind the counter didnt want to hear it. He said he would pay the bill and gave me receipt back after he marked it Paid.However, I did have a good experience when they repaired my washer. The repair was done quickly and price was good.

I tried fixing my dryer myself to save money. Unfortunately I failed. But the employees at Appliance Mart were such a help. They tested all my pieces that I brought in to make sure they worked, told me what else to check, and were so great about it. My daughter lost a screw I needed and an employee sifted through her junk drawers to try and find a replacement so I didnt have to spend money on a box of screws. The last thing that may be wrong is the timer and they didnt have it in stock. So the employee said I was welcomed to look out back at old dryers people dropped off for junk and if I found what I was looking for, I could have it for free. WOW! They werent after my money but wanted to help me. I have to have one of their techs come out next week to look at it, but I know Ill be in good hands. You have a life time customer now. Thank you.

Good selection and excellent service department

I called and made a appointment for someone to come out and look at my washer. I work from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. The lady I talked to said someone would come out and take a look at it for me on Tuesday afternoon and I would get a call 30 minutes before they came. So because I work Monday through Friday I had my mother-in-law stay at my house waiting on the repair man and he never showed. I never got a phone call either. I called them at 1:30 and they said someone should be there by 5:00. I again tried to call around 5:30 because no one showed up. No one would answer the phone. I do NOT recommend for anyone to call them for any kind of services. Its very unprofessional to not show up and wasting my time and my mother-in-law who sat here all day waiting on you.

Had just bought an open box washer from a retail store and the internal hose was ripped. Flooded my laundry room and kitchen 😪 Lowe’s didn’t have the part and sent me to the Appliance Mart. Lucinda helped me and ordered my part for me to have in 2 days. Great customer service!

Im glad everyone else had better luck than my wife and I had, We bought a Kitchen Aid Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave and the Hood. Spent right at $6,000 Dollars and we had Problems out of everyone one of them except the Hood. Lol. First the Frig. Messed up and they fixed it, then the microwave went out, had to buy another one, my stove started messing up and the Service guy said oh, just unplug it and they would not come out and look at it, been doing that for a year now. So now my Stove is gone and they dont even want to talk to me. It was supposed to have a 5 year warranty on the parts but the service guy told my wife that she bought the kind that was difficult to work on. The warranty is still on the parts but when I called and told the owner that we havent had nothing but trouble out of this Stove he hung up on me.. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. If this is the way they run a Business..
