We were doing a renovation and wanted to reuse our old granite countertops. While moving the old tops from the old cabinets we broke it right where the sink is. I called Artistic and Denna told me Id be Crazy to replace the tops. She has a guy named Rodney and he came out and repaired the tops and the results are fantastic!!!!! Rodney is very knowledgeable and professional and a hard working man even though he had 3 broken toes!!!! Cant say enough good things about the company!!!!!

Dena and her staff are wonderful!! They installed new cabinets and vanity top for my master bathroom. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding job they did!! What a pleasure it was to do business with them. Dena, went out of her way to ensure this was exactly what we wanted!! My kitchen is next and this is definitely who I will be calling!!

Update: following the installation of our cabinets, we had some problems. The sub-contracter was unresponsive and unprofessional and we were worried that we had just paid out thousands of dollars for workmanship that did not hold up. Dena at Artistic Granite stepped up and made everything right. All drawer and cabinet fronts are now replaced by a much better carpenter. Kudos to Artistic Granite for being a company run by people with business ethics and old fashioned customer service based on doing the right thing. They still get our 5 star rating because of their professional response to the situation. Our recommendation is even stronger because nothing ever goes 100% perfect in remodeling but if you can partner with a business like this, you are better assured of a good outcome.Our recent kitchen project was completely in a timely and affordable manner thanks to the professional guidance of Dena and her crew at Artistic Granite. We did extensive research and gathered bids before deciding on a contractor for our total renovation and we are so glad that we chose Artistic Granite! If you want a contractor who will call you back and show up on time and do very nice work, we highly recommend this company.

My project started around the time that the pandemic hit and we had to put everything on hold. We ran into some complications with the project but when the quarantine was lifted Dean made sure that the problems we ran into was resolved. They stand by their word and work with you to make things right. I am very please with the outcome of the job!

My project started and a couple of days later the first COVID-19 shut down started. The staff spoke with county officials and got permission to complete the remodel. If you are looking for granite and/or cabinets at a great price with exceptional service where you feel like part of the family, this is the company to go to. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with their installation & products. How else would they have been in business for so long with so many competitors? I loved working with them so much that when given the opportunity to fill in when needed in the office, I did. So, I can honestly say that I have witnessed the measures they will go to to assure customer satisfaction. That being said, there are just some customers that will never be pleased despite any and all attempts to resolve an issue, as those are the ones that ignore directions to ensure correct measuring & installation or simply want something for nothing. Not only do they offer specials and a wide variety of remnants at incredible prices, they provide a discount to our military members & veterans as a show of respect and gratitude. How many companies do you find today that do that? Not nearly enough. Most importantly, they are not afraid of expressing their Christian beliefs, as witnessed by the decor all over the office. The fact that a good bit of their employees are family members speaks volumes about their dedication to resolution and their core beliefs. Not many people can tolerate their family members on a day to day basis, much less work with them. And, their custom cabinet prices are incredible!

This kitchen remodel was the third job that I have worked with Artistic on. The previous two were just for new granite. Hind sight being 20/20 I should have just contracted them for granite. First of all, Dean who is charge of the cabinet portion is unorganized. I cant tell you how many times I had to repeat items we had clearly discussed over with him. I wanted a stand for my kitchen aid mixer. I assume that Dean forgot to order one because he called me to tell me to pick one up from Home Depot because if he ordered it would take too long for it to come in. Well, I looked at Home Depots website and its not available in stock, but by special order and would have taken the same amount of time for me to order. But after, I read the reviews for the mixing stand it turns out that Dean ordered the wrong cabinet for it. I even jokingly suggested that he get himself an assistant. Furthermore, Dean only came to the job site once or twice to check on the progress. He even had the audacity to ask me if I was satisfied with the kitchen. What I am satisfied with is that its over Deana the owner is extremely unprofessional. One day I called her to ask her were the contractors and she blatantly refused to speak to me. Mind you the project started mid-October and it was now nearing Christmas. She ended up eating crow and calling me back when she realized she was wrong. Moreover, she had the nerve to state that she was ready for the my job to be over with and wanted me out of her hair. Well the feeling is very mutual. The sub-contractors for the cabinets whom my husband knows from other business tried to cut Artistic out of the job. Robby asked my husband why didnt we just come straight to him instead. Furthermore, the laborers stated that they kept putting my kitchen to the back burner because they had more profitable jobs to work on. We had a total of 3 work stoppages lasting between 1.5 to weeks. One day they didnt even show up to work. A job that I was promised would only last 2 weeks at the most lasted 10 weeks.

This company is knowledgeable about the products they sell and friendly. Customer service means alot and determines if you will do business. This company has grit Ill felt good when I walked in the door. Installers are professional and friendly aswell. My fiancee and I felt comfortable with expressing what we wanted and expected. Ariel is a wonderful sales representative who knows customer service. I will be doing more business and spreading the word. I give them a star rating of 10 stars.

Dena, Ryan and Dean made my experience a great one. THE OWNER DENA IS JUST AS SWEET AS CAN BE VERY GOOD BUSINESS INTEGRITY. I greatly appreciate honesty, integrity and keeping your word and this business did just that. I have had terrible contractors that were deceptive and straight liars that caused damage to my home and my heart so I was a tough customer. I was literally afraid to have any work done on my home after my experiences with bad people. BUT DENA worked with me, she was kind, honest and patient and it worked out perfectly. The quality of the work was great and I would recommend this company to my mother and that speaks volumes. I would highly recommend them for their integrity and workmanship. My husband and I downsized and moved into a house that was 30+ years old and had had no remodeling/updates. The kitchen and bathrooms desperately needed help. I contacted several general contractors and either their prices were too high or they were not interested in a small project. I had priced cabinets and countertops at a big-box store, and it was going to be too expensive. A dear friend told me about Deana, and I decided to go by her shop and see if there was anything we could do to freshen up these rooms. I even told her I might be wasting her time, and she said it never hurts to ask! Her prices were very reasonable, and we ended up purchasing countertops, faucets, and cabinets from her. Every single time I went by her shop or called, someone got right back to me and helped me with whatever I needed. I dont know if Ive ever been in a business where I met virtually all the employees and every one of them was as kind and helpful as these folks were. I knew anything we did would be an improvement to the house, but the project far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful! Remodeling can be a stressful process with all the demolition and people working in your house, but Artistics part of this project was seamless. They were so very professional, efficient and friendly. I cant say that I want to do a remodel again anytime soon, but if I have to, Ill rush right over to Artistic. I will actually miss Deana and everyone at her shop; theyre the best!

Dena and Ryan give great customer service. We needed a certain kind of marble for a table top, which they were able to locate for us. Not a big job, but appreciate their time and effort in locating it and having it cut to size.

Very poor service the owner Dena was very unprofessional. The contractors glued my mirror under the granite. Just sticking to facts. She sold me faucets purchased by her for 25 to $35 for $100 she also tried to sell me two different faucets with two different makers from Amazon for my double sink??? Who would do something so distasteful. I was very disappointed and she refused to speak to me and or assist me. She pushed everything off on her assistant Pauline to take the brunt of my distress. The slabs are fine but if you want quality service this is not the place.

InPrices were great for what they did. The granite wasnt polished in one bathroom appropriately. The granite wasnt flushed. The workers talked bad about the person that installed. They had to come back three times. When I asked them to come back to polish the granite, after calling numerous times and being put off off each time, I was told only if my husband wasnt home because he used profanity in front of two workers.The workers used his tools and then went and told the mother who is the owner, he used profanity in front of two grown a-- men, in his house. It was never towards them. Will never use them again or refer anyone. I was appalled that Deanna would ask a person to leave their home when they paid for the service. How can you tell a person not to be in their own home when you are finishing up a job you didnt complete and was paid in full.In response to that email you posted. If you all have the 10 commandments you are not abiding by them. Thou shall not lie. You didnt give me anything. I paid you in full. You didnt come back 3 times for me. The first time the sinks were forgotten. The 2nd time the granite wasnt cut right. The third time all the time was making it fit. When the template was done you should have said something then if you didnt know how to cut the granite or if it was an extra charge. Dont give me that. You Were Not Present. You have a prosperous New Year too. No I dont want you to come because if you tell a lie one time you will do it again. When my husband was talking to your son it was about the other contractors that were also working. Your son was also telling us about his neighbors and how much he disliked them. You dont have a clue. We hired someone else to clean all the yellow markings off the granite. I will not post anything else because i know the truth, Kevin. Thanks again for the experience.
