A great discovery … I love shopping but shopping for floors isn’t my thing… this small little shop tucked in the back by a under construction Floor Decor has everything I was looking for including very patient staff. I stumbled upon them trying to see if any floor decors had what I was looking for, only to discover everything was sold out in the whole state. So I noticed in my Google search there was Floor & Tile next on the list…so I went for a visit. I took home samples after realizing their prices were comparable to floor decor and they actually had the product or similar to what I needed. Nice selections of carpets, tiles, vinyls and hardwood of popular manufacturers at fair prices.

Had an excellent experience. The crew came in and finished putting down hard wood on my steps, foyer area and dining area in 1.5 days. Highly recommend. They are also economical.

I had an excellent experience with Flooring and Tile. Will is so very knowledge and helpful. He wants you to have the job you want and need. The install crew were great. I will definitely use the business again.

William is a very good salesperson and helped greatly. The family of carpet/linoleum installers, a man his wife and son, are never going to be allowed in my home again. We have spent a lot is money twice now on carpeting and linoleum from this store.This time the furniture was damaged, the Sheetrock was damaged in several places. The bathroom was used and paper towels were flushed down the toilet as it was new and we had not furnished the bathroom yet. Aside from that they had no business using my bathroom as their own. Guess they figured I would never find out.We called the store and Will said we neededTo talk to Faith. We emailed her as he said. We emailed her 3’times she wrote back once asking for more time to talk to the installer. Never heard back. We wrote back twice more with no response.Finally called back today and instead of saying oh we are so sorry for the problems she said well the installer said he didn’t do it. Well heck, of course he’s going to deny he did it !! They offered a furniture scratch kit. Fine. What about the dents in my Sheetrock? Never ever again will they get my business. I’ll pay more elsewhere

Only place around Atlanta that had access to the same wood floor built with our home. We placed more down in an office and bedroom to continue the flow. Its been about 3 years since their install and only 1 board is a little loose when you walk across it (bedroom) and could be glued down again. They tied my office in with the previous install and its great. Otherwise, sharp install. Prompt talent.

Great service by William and he has the knowledge to assist you with your renovation. Also the setup display of wood makes it easy to make your selection. I bought some engineered wood and glue from this location. My floors are beautiful.

Bate and switch ....Ordered tile and told the salesperson not to deliver before I make sure it is the correct tile.Received a call Your tile has arrived.I drove to the store and in front of me was this totally different tile.I rejected the tile ...I was wondering why they even called me to to the store( red flag).They said they would order the tile again...2 weeks went by and I received the call againYou tile has arrived.I drove back to the store and sure enough they presented me with the tile I had ordered.Date was given for the installation...The guy arrived to me residence and started to lay the tile....after the third tile, he started to lay the tile I had rejected in the first place!I was livid!The installer told me that he doesnt have more of the tile I had ordered except the 3 pieces! I made the installer pick up the tiles and send him back to the store.I have ordered tile for 3o years.Did they really think this was going to work with me?Who does this?Good news I ended up going to Floor& Decor and got beautiful tile and am saving for $2600.

Dont waste your time with this place. Came in to have a look at some product...after 15 minutedls of listening to the only person in the stores personal phone call....we left. No pricing on any product so you have to have the salesman. If the employee cant get off the phone with their wife to go to work....I have no buisness for you.

GREAT service! From experience I know how difficult remodeling is... You never know what you want or you find 53246 other products that you want to know all about. Well Flooring & Tile REALLY hit the nail on the head! They told me all the information I needed to know on the products I had bought and really helped me with picking the products out when they saw I was unsure. Overall a great experience keeping in touch, installation, and sales! LOVE my kitchen!

We would give them NO STARS if we could. So let me start by saying when we initially went in to check them out, they were very welcoming, seemed to have decent pricing & we wanted to keep our business local to support the community. We went in 2 separate times to check & double check what we were ordering. We were shown one book for our carpet option & selected the color. We went to several other carpet places & price shopped the EXACT COLOR & ONLY color we were interested in before we decided to give our business to this place. We were ordering a sturdy, low pile office carpet because were having it put in our first babys nursery! An exciting time! We wanted something sturdy & long lasting. As all parents to be we have been on a tight budget getting ready for our little one to join us.They only install during business hours & my husband & I needed to be working so my parents let the workers install the carpet. It is the completely WRONG color. When we called to work this out, they never apologized for the mix up or showed any remorse. They didnt want to admit fault & blamed us for choosing the wrong color & DENIED ever showing us the carpet book we ordered from. Now people make mistakes. Thats life. I understand. Maybe someone accidentally showed us the wrong carpet book & when they went to order it in a different system it pulled up a different color matching the same code & got it mixed up, so be it. Well never know & thats our only guess. But seriously people, own your mistakes. I have designed my babys nursery from start to finish & would NEVER even look at the color they put down because it doesnt go with ANYTHING else in her nursery. I know what I wanted & I know what we ordered. Like I said before, it was the ONLY carpet color we shopped anywhere. We just price matched. They dont want to help rectify the situation in any way possible. Im 8 1/2 months pregnant & on a major deadline & budget. I am appalled by their business ethics. This is a morally corrupt business with NO integrity & WAY to much pride. Humility is a virtue. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!

The house I bought had tile in the bathrooms that were installed by Flooring & Tile Superstore of Conyers, GA. Shortly after we moved into the house we noticed that one of the separators they put in when they install it was still in the grout in one bathroom and in our other bathroom part of the floor was not even grouted.The company called and told me that someone would be out early the next morning and the guy showed up late in the afternoon. He did not speak English well and I couldn’t understand a word he said. I showed him what needed to be fixed. When he finished it looked okay but upon closer inspection we realized that when he took a screwdriver to the grout he to get the separator out he cracked 3 of our tiles and the grout was not the right color.I called to complain and sent pictures to the company. They sent out their supervisor Patrick who looked at the tiles and he said to my husband and I that the grout was all different colors, and would we like it to match? We told him that we would like it to match as much as possible. He said he would take care of that.A month later they sent the same idiot out with a helper. I couldn’t believe it, then the supervisor Patrick came in after them and I told him I wasn’t happy to see the same guy back here and he told me that he was going to stay to make sure the job was done right. The guys were finishing up and asked me to take a look and I asked them about matching the colors up. They couldn’t understand me and Patrick the supervisor had left before the work was completed. I had to contact Faith at their office. She told me they were not going to do that. I took a closer look at their work and the grout lines on my tub are not straight and one tile is cut at an angle to come over my tub and the three tiles they replaced do not. Today Faith called me to inform me that they were not coming back to fix their shoddy workmanship. At this point I am going back to the builder and if he doesn’t get it done right then I have no choice but to sue over this matter. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.10/25/18 - This is in response to the company’s response: I purchased the home in August 2017 so the one year warranty should have started then. Your company left a spacer in the tile and then your contractor used a screwdriver to take it out and cracked my tiles. He chose the wrong color to put in. The floor has only been cleaned with a steam mop with filtered water so their was no discoloration from it. I didn’t select any color your contractor did and it wasn’t the correct color. The builder had a competent company come and stain all the grout and it looks perfect now. It only took the stain and less than 4 hours for him to make the grout look the same color. Your company had agreed to do the same and then you didn’t keep your word. My builder has moved on to another company and anyone who is thinking of using your company should do the same.

I got great customer service as well as professional installation of my counter top and back splash. I will be returning to vinyl floors installed.

Dont purchase anything from this place. Carpet quality is poor. Business practice poor customer service. They lie and act as if your to blame for their poor quality carpet. Do your business with a company that has better representation than this one. My carpet is a mess from day one and the installers told me that the carpet was poor quality. This carpet has spots, discolorations and it was not stretched out properly, also the carpet padding was not installed properly. I can feel the areas where it was cut too short and there are empty padding spaces between the walls and the padding. DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!It is very poor business practice for this company to post a reply regarding what they state as attempts to resolve the issue with my carpet when in fact the young man who came out the second time to correct the issue with the padding stated that the carpet was not stretched, the carpet padding was cut too short and the carpet that was placed in my master bedroom has and still has a color defect. He stated that he would report the issue and have new carpet order as well as new padding would be put down. I called as he instructed me to do so and was told by a woman that the carpet I have would have to be order because they do not have any in the store. I waited and never heard back. I personally could not reach back out every week because I had four families members to get killed. The poor customer service part is that when I finished dealing with the death of my loved ones I did in fact each back out serval times to the company and was told that the carpet had not come in. I never heard back. I called one last time and was then told that it had been so long that they refused to resolve their poor carpet issue that they caused to my home. Now when I write a review and file a complaint against the company they of course want to make a post ad if they really tried very hard to resolve the issues they caused. The carpet is not of good quality truth, the padding was cut to short truth, there is a permanent discoloration of the carpet placed in my master bedroom truth..I did nothing to cause any of the issues with the carpet; however this company is the issue. Poor business practices and poor quality carpet. That is not the fault of me a former customer. If I could post pictures I would. Don’t buy from this company or else you will regret it just as I have.
