I was going to purchase two brand tires but my dad had strongly recommended I take my car in and have someone look at them because they kept getting flat. From the customer service the moment I walked in to Ray helping me out with his expertise knowledge and awesome personality, I left so super satisfied knowing I only needed one tire patched. They were quick and efficient with the time spent and keeping my pockets a little heavier before walking out the door. Will DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone who needs service done on vehicle!

I must give 5 stars for the elite service that i received in Aug 2021. Ray made a recommendation for a particular set of tires for my car which i did not like the look of. Instead of me going with the recommendation, i selected a different set of tires. After riding on the tires a few days, I decided that I should have listen to the expert. Rough visit. Got the car back with brake issues and found the struts were only on finger tight. Our dealership got us straightened out. People were friendly and upfront and gave a discount for the issues...Will probably give it another chance.

So, before I say anything, it should be known that I know a good bit about my car. Im not sure of every little thing about it, but I know more than your average lady, Id say. I did not make that known to these guys when I came in. I wasnt trying to be deceptive per se, but I always keep quiet when trying new places like this to see if the mechanics will try and swindle me. Its happened to me enough that I look out for it all the time now. Im really happy to say that the men who helped me were awesome.I had a screw get into my tire yesterday and called them to make an appointment. Very friendly customer service on the phone. I got there and while there was a slight miscommunication from their call center and the business itself regarding the price quote I was given, I cant fairly blame that on the people working there so I wont. (I was told the work needed would be about $50 and it was about $80, which honestly is not unreasonable at all considering the Toyota dealership quoted me about $250 for the exact same work).My tire deflated over night and I had to put my spare on and drive on that to get there. All the work that I asked to have done was to have my tire patched, oil changed, and a tire rotation. I also asked them to check to see if there was anything that needed attention soon. They patched my flat and put my sister back where it was supposed to go, making sure it was secured so that it wouldnt rattle around when I drive, as well as aired all of them up I believe.It took about an hour and a half (which they warned me if would be about that long and it was no problem. I always bring along a book or some work whenever I go to get my car worked on anyway) and they kept me updated on it so I wasnt just in the waiting room limbo you can sometimes fall into at a car repair place. I appreciated that.Once done, they explained all they did without talking down to me in any way and were extremely pleasant. The main thing I liked about them though was that they did not try to pressure me into buying something I didnt need or talk like I wouldnt understand what they were saying. They offered to let me sign up for their discount card and when I asked if it was similar to a credit card they didnt try to lie and say it wasnt, and didnt try to push when I said no thanks. One of them even came out with me to teach me something about my tires really quick and I was on my way!Overall, theyve definitely got my business for whenever I need my car to be serviced and Ill be recommending them to anyone I meet that needs repairs or the like.The two that helped me were Will and Ray. They definitely deserve to be noticed for their awesome customer service. I hope this review helps others find them so that they can keep getting good business!

I had to take a moment and compliment the Mavis team at the 929 Iris Drive location on the great job they do. This is a store that was previously a NTB and before that NTW. I know this because I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. In the past this store has not gotten the credit it deserves!! For me and my family, we can always count on Ms. Gillette and her team to get your car in and out - safely. One night I had a problem with my tire (nail) and got in right at closing. The team repaired the tire even though it was technically quitting time. I truly appreciated their efforts and it allowed me to get home without any issues. Sure, sometimes, there is a short wait but they advise you of that up front. They are dedicated to the community and are good neighbors. One thing I really like is that they stand by their word and their work. You cant ask for more. This store provided exceptional customer service during what could have been a stressful time for me. I cannot say enough good things about Ray and the team at the Conyers Mavis store. We had an incident with one of our new tires that we just purchased in December and we were trying to avoid having to buy a new tire all over again. We first went to the Mavis store is Covington and they were less than helpful. We then decided to go to the Conyers location because they had the tire we needed in stock. We spoke with Ray about needing to have a claim processed with Michelin in order to get some kind of credit towards a new tire. Ray went above and beyond to help facilitate what we needed to get the tire taken care of. He was friendly, honest, empathetic and extremely helpful. He exemplified excellent customer service care and that radiated throughout all staff members. We had the best experience here and will be making the drive to continue to use this store instead of the closer store to us. The staff truly do take good care of you and they turned us from wanting to buy tires elsewhere next time, to wanting to stay repeat customers with Mavis. Excellent job team!

I recently had quite a bit of work done at this location and my service was outstanding. I had to wait a slightly longer than expected, but Gellet and Ray extended amazing courtesy. Their service is excellent. Gellet thoroughly explained my service options as well as anything recommended - which is pretty hard to find in a car maintenance business. I really appreciated that. Ill definitely be returning to this Mavis location.

Our car broke down in the parking lot of this shop, while waiting for our roadside assistance to come,, these people were overly kind to us...the staff tried to assist us in every way possible even tho they weren’t able to fix our car because of it being a import they suggested for us to take it to the dealership....but they were just overly helpful to us up until the time they closed ..the lady receptionist even volunteered to drive us all the way back to Athens Ga where we lived! We really appreciate their kindness and consideration ....FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was at Walmart Tire department yesterday because I was feeling strong vibration in the front suspension of my 2006 Beetle. I had purchased my tires from Walmart less than a year ago. Walmart sold me two new tires but didn’t Fix the problem. I took the car to Mavis on Iris Drive. They gave me a free inspection discovered that the trees were separating sent me back to Walmart where the tire was replaced. They were so professional, the technicians at Mavis I am truly grateful.

Came to get 4 tires plus alignment, at 2:30pm, its already 7:10pm at the time writing this review, and on top of that they were not even able to get my alignment done cz my car was too low for the equipment that they have! They are not ready to receive new customers 1st and last time that i do business with with Mavis Tires & Brakes.Prevously was a 1 star review, but I got a call from the store manager and he was very polite and kind, and asked me to bring the car back, that he was going to do the alignment himself and also offered it to me for free plus an oil change, i told him that the oil change was not necessary cz i just got it done a week ago a the Honda dealership. The way that the store manager managed to recover his trust and business with me gaines him for me to change my review and also gave me an opportunity to bring my car back for future maintenance.

Beware...almost over a month ago, i took my car to be serviced. I heard a screeching noise off and on, when i break. The mavis tech in Conyers said my breaks looked new and recommended my by two new tires...totaled to $321.00. A few weeks later problem got worse, so i took it to another mavis shop on 212 or GA-20 and that tech said breaks look fine. Well the problem became horrible...so i took it to Good Year in Conyers today...i needed break pads...problem fixed. I will never go back to mavis tires the former NTB.

I really enjoyed my first experience with the iris drive mavis I usually go to the other two conyers locations, however I was very pleased with the service I received and the friendly Associates. They greeted me on the way in and they informed me throughly on every question I had and they services both cars I had brought up there within a reasonable amount of time. Overall very pleased with there services I received today btw I got an oil change( BMW Z4 ) & back brakes & rotors ( Scion tC) done overall very good customer service always satisfied with Mavis Tire services every store I’ve had great experience so nothing short of the standard I’ve come to know from mavis Tire.
