I called on Friday 02/05/21 to come in on Saturday 02/06/21 for transmission repair. Their website says theyre open on Saturdays and the young lady who answered the phone said that I could bring it in then. I arrive on Saturday to find that the shop was closed. I was disappointed because I wasted my time going there only to find that they werent open. My wife called Monday to see if we could bring it in then, she was told yes, and we brought it back. Well, to our dismay when we arrived at couldnt get our vehicle serviced because no one was there to intake it. The young lady gave one effort to call but no answer. There was a young guy sleeping on the couch that she had to wake up to see if someone was coming in and he had no answer either. So we ended up taking our car to AAMCO and they were able to diagnose my issue that ended up being that I needed a new transmission.B&C missed out on that. This experience makes me wonder if the 51 five star review for a perfect 5.0 rating is a sham. The only reason why I chose this shop in the first place.Missed out on a new customer thats new to the area with 3 cars.
