I was nervous and Beth made me so comfortable with everything. She explained the results in an easy to understand way. She took time to explain the differences in the aids and every question I asked. I felt very reassured that if I were to have a problem or need help she would be able to help resolve any issue. They do have different price points and also a leasing program, which is what I may decide to do.

He compliments how the entire staff, from Andrea at Reception, to Beth that does almost everything else, communicate well with each other, and are so personable with him and all his needs. They call with friendly reminders about his appointment times, or with changes that may need to be made. From the time I called to make an appointment through my first visit at the Beltone Hearing Care Center in Conway, I have had a very positive experience! Andrea, the receptionist, has been very kind and helpful, and Beth was very thorough and attentive in addressing my hearing needs during my initial evaluation and screening. I had talked to Andrea several times over the phone as she is making appointments for all 3 Beltone offices. We went to the Surfside office and Linda was very helpful but my Dad has a hearing aid dome stuck in his ear canal and she said she cannot remove it herself but was so kind and helpful and was able to get us an appt in Conway in a few hours. She also cleaned his hearing aids and let us know that his amaze charger was not working. (My Dad’s been in an assisted living facility and we haven’t been able to see him for 5 months but could tell he was in desperate need for getting his hearing aids fixed)...so went to Conway and got to meet lovely Andrea and Beth. Beth tried to remove the dome out of his ear and it was lodged too deep so the called and got us into se someone at the minor emergency building next door....after irrigated his ear over and over... the PA was successful!!! Yeah!All people with Beltone were amazing and always have been. We have always gone into Beltone in Charlotte with Joe and we miss him too... he is such a dedicated professional. Also a shout out for Marquis in the Charlotte office was so helpful today!

Took their time to properly diagnose my issues and show me the newest technology which helped me to hear what I was missing.

Going to Beltone was the best thing I had ever done. Beth Orlando HCP was over and above in helping get straightened out with my hearing aides. I liked that she was so patient with my problem of hearing. She explained why I needed certain hearing aides and how to use them as to benefit me the most. So happy I went there.
