Nice and clean environment to fill up with unleaded fuel with s as m internal combustion engine vehicle.

They are always mclean and go the extra mile to make sure everything is sterile!

I love MAPCO but this station in particular I do not. The store itself is great the way it is setup. But the people... especially the one working the food counter on 12/12/19 at 5pm was rude. And then I asked for ranch after buying $12 worth of food and she only gave me 1.. like really? I just left the store. Will never come back to this one.

Definitely my favorite gas station / stop in Conway. Very nice pumps and location! Nice selection of drinks, food, and deli. It can get kind of busy sometimes though and have a line inside. Only major complaint is the bathroom is always a little dirty and the soap has been out multiple times. How can employees wash their hands if there’s no soap at all? Definitely the best place to stop for gas if traveling through Conway to Little Rock or Memphis. It’s very close to the interstate as well.

No guests were wearing masks and an associate had their mask below their nose. Very disturbing that they weren’t enforcing the mask policy.

They have amazing chicken tenders. I didnt get to eat any today because they were out of flour. Meaning they actually make the chicken tenders in house - not some frozen premade chicken - real chicken. Currently they have an awesome deal: for 6 bucks you can get 3 chicken tenders, potato wedges, a corn dog, and a biscuit (blueberry or regular). They also have their chicken tenders ready in the morning which I really appreciate. The Red Bulls are really cold. The staff here have always been super nice. The store is clean. The worst part is trying to get out of the parking lot on Dave Ward (though friendly strangers usually let me out).

All these bad reviews. Seriously its a 5 star system. This is a great stop. No truck parking always cheap fuel. Plus they make their breakfast sandwiches fresh. This place has become one of my favorite stops. Cashiers are always friendly and very helpful. Tho they do forget to set up your pump for Def at times. But they always feel bad about it when I tell them so.

Great atmosphere and great food. Ravin was polite and made the visit wonderful! Definitely will be back!

Stopped to get gas and shop while passing threw town, had friendly service from the front girl Raeven. It was a nice exchange while I shopped and paid.

So they dont allow refills at this time and want ti charge you full price for your soda. You can go to kum and go, circle k and Valero and they wont let you refill your cup but give you the refill price for you during these times where mapco will not. Mapco just lost a customer that spends close to $500 a month at their store.

Its an ok place to stop and get gas. I went in to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich this morning. The coffee was out, and the sandwich was cold. I will give them another chance, but I hope a manager sees this or they were just having an off morning.

Big time wasters! Wasted my time while I was trying to cash my lottery tickets out. Disgraceful place!

My biggest complaint is the lack of cashiers. The last 5 times Ive been in there was only one cashier running like crazy trying to help ten or more customers. Hard to get in and out of due to traffic. If all you need is fuel at the pumps then go for it. Be prepared to wait awhile if going inside.

Dont come to this mapco. It looks nice from the outside but looks can be deceiving. The customers are very non helpful and you cant even pay at the pump. I got $20 in gas and the gas pumped horrible slowly. This is the worst gas station Ive ever been to

Summer the manager is awesome. I left my diesel receipt theyre and she took a pic of it when I caked about it and sent it to me.....

It says truck stop, but keep on trucking. No parking at all. Continue east on 40 and theres a truck parking area about five miles out, or push on to north little rock.

Love the Mapco rewards concept but this store needs to shape up. The busiest time in the morning, lots of folks stopping in on their way to drive to Little Rock, we are in a hurry. We wanna run in and run out-2 minutes max-please.One girl at the checkout with a long, long line of customers. Girl # 2 is working with some food guy checking in all the boxes. Line gets longer.Customers should come first! We are trying to get to work people! You should have all hands on the register to get these customers through!There was a problem with the hand held computer that Girl # 2 was working with to check in items, so she ties up the only other girl on the register to get her to fix it!Line gets longer.Shape up Mapco! The rewards are a great idea-but you guys need to concentrate on custormer service and speed!!! Delivery guys can wait!

There is no respect for truck drivers. Even thou you are first in line, they will step you aside and will take care of other costumers. It seems like they dont care about our business. Not coming back anymore here.P.S. They have very dirty bathrooms.

Good gas station. Gas prices are around the average in town.

Advertising says Truck Stop on I-40 but hard to get in and out of. Doesnt have long windshield cleaning squeegee, made for cars not semis. Cashier will rip you off if you are not paying attention.

Stop to get 150+ gallons of truck diesel. Fuel registers are closed, have to go to the chicken/deli register, wait in line as she goes back and forth to get lottery/cigarettes from fuel counter. My turn, heres my corporate card for fuel. She says that I have to leave my drivers license as well. No thanks, and never again.

Cheap fuel for diesel but, the drive way for truckers sucks. It has lots of very deep pot holes.They need to fix it or I never fueling here again
