Bagels are great it just sucks that the only GOOD bagel shop in Conway is closed on weekends. How can we have Really GOOD Bagels for Saturday or Sunday breakfast when there not open?

First ti.e visiting, very friendly staff and the food was amazing pricing was reasonable and you get what you pay for. I am extremely pleased with my visit and will definitely be back.

Ive gone to Starbucks for years. Ill now go to Einstein Brothers instead.They serve better coffee thats also cheaper. The food is exceptional and the service is fantastic.

Staff was mean and bullied me. They point out my physical flaw/handicap and won’t stop pointing it out in front of my friends. I was humiliated. Even after leaving the counter, the staff went out of their way and followed me out of the store to continue bullying me. Will never do business with them ever again.

Ive been trying to contact this place, but the number listed is a fax number. I would like to stop by and purchase some bagels, but Im not a UCA student, and I dont know if the location is open to the public. I used to frequent Einsteins Bagel shop when I lived in Dallas, TX and was floored when my search for the closet location to me was right here in Conway! I used to love their Mango Bagels (seasonal). Please let me know if the shop is available to public!

Bagels are very hard to bite into. As if stale. Don’t bother!

It’s REALLY good. The Turkey bacon avacodo is the best.

I really love to stop by here on my way to classes, but the past couple of times have been nothing short of frustration. My order is either always wrong or forgotten due to their inefficient paper trail system. While the staff is always nice, I wish they would put more care and attention in the orders.

First time here. Everything is pre-made, heated in a microwave and either under heated or overheated and gets hard by the time you can eat it. 2 coffees, a bagel and a burrito was 22.50$ and it was basically leftovers microwaved. Seriously disappointed, wont be back.

They were out of several different things we wanted but the grilled chicken sandwich I ended up with was very good.

Let me just first say they do not honor the rewards system that Einsteins bagels have! also that selection is very small!. Oh they dont accept Mastercard seriously there on a college campus and dont except Master Card! So by that they cant scan my barcode on the app because they dont use it and they dont accept Mastercard so all those reasons I would never come here!

Espresso machine was down, that wouldve been fine had they had other things in stock, which they didnt. If the next visit is good Ill change my review.

Wish they would carry garlic bagels. Also the last time I went there they were out of garlic and herb spread. Its hit and miss with service here too.

The staff here are some of the dumbest and rudest people youll encounter. The food is severely overpriced for what you get.
