I HIGHLY recommend Potter Motors! I have taken my VW to Gary multiple times over the last few years & have received excellent service every time. You can tell he truly cares about others and that he strives to provide quality work for his customers. I moved a couple hours away from Conway but still come to Potter Motors to get my oil changed. It isn’t always easy to find a mechanic who is as honest, kind, and trustworthy as Gary! Thank you for all you do!!

I’ve always heard that Potter Motors was great but you really have to experience it for yourself. Gary was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything before taking my vehicle for service. He also made sure I was still able to get to work so I didn’t have to take any time off. After it was done, Crystal came and drove me to the shop to pick up my car. He then took the time to explain what he had done. I’d recommend Gary to anyone who is needing any automotive services!

Gary Potter & Potter Motors of Conway provided great & honest service! Explained in detail all possible causes of my AC problems & options for fixing it (and did additional work on bent running boards). He also provided information on potential costs but I never felt like I was being pressured or ‘sold’ on anything. Gary did everything possible to make things convenient for me and the final cost seemed much less than typical dealership prices. This type of service is rare these days and I appreciate Potter Motors for a great experience!

Cheaper than most places to get your oil changed and tires rotated, plus they take much better care of my car. Ive finally found a shop Ill actually stay with!

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I told him I needed a family safe vehicle, instead he put me in a car with dry rotted tires and withing 2 months the ac fan went out the shocks and struts were destroyed 2 motor mounts broke, had to replace alternator and starter, and he wanted 8000 for it... he will rip you off and doesnt care about your well being and on top the driver window was off track and shattered on me very very unsafe vehicle..

Id give 0 stars if I could. This repair shop is horrible. He had my car for almost 2 weeks, charged me a few hundred dollars that he later refused to refund & my car still isnt fixed. Extremely unethical practices & very unreliable repair service. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. Ended up having it taken somewhere else.
