I cannot even begin the scam “deal” I had received by metro but I recently went here to turn off my service because I went to sprint for better service and she had brought her kid to work leaving it in a baby carrier behind her, then had food right beside her and kept being rude and staring at me and my mom even though I told her the right 8 PIN number 3 times already. Was having all the problems you could possibly have calling through the insurance company for a replacement phone and walked right in and immediately the sales rep adrian and the owner himself assisted in completing the process.. made it fast and easy and got my phone replacement taken care of. Went for help with phone not going online. Salesman told me that I was out of data and sold me another data plan. When I got home grandson called Metropcs and found out I wasnt even close to being out of data. The phone just needed to be refreshed.
