Wonderful store was greeted when we walked in, was amazed by the selection as my family was there to look at furniture. My wife talked to a lovely associate named Becky. who was able to answer all our questions. Showed us the prices for all options and even suggested a wonderful delivery guy named Ted, who was very helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommmend and continue shopping here in the future.

Horrible!!! Wanting to buy furniture! Waited till the man was done with the customer before us. He asked what we were interested in? Then sees another customer and starts helping her out. We were there first!!! So irritated!!!! Never again will I go to this Big Lots!!!!

It was my first time at Big Lots and I was pleasantly surprised with some of the items and deals they had. I was over the moon when I found the perfect serta futon just the perfect size 😍 I was able to add the rewards and remember to get the rewards and we saved over $60 online as well and pick up our item at the store later on for free! Cant wait to check out their mattresses soon...

Im so happy that I found my favorite chips! It has been so long since Ive been to Big Lots and the store was reorganized and their prices are better than before.

The selection is awesome everyone that works there seems friendly and helpful, thats a big plus for us.I always find some unique things here, no experience is ever the same when I go. My advice grab what you like or it may not be there again, in my experience!We had a such a great cashier when cheeking us out my coupon for the rewards club wasnt work but he applied.a discount anyways. I thought that was awesome, he really went the extra mile in terms of being understanding as I was a bit frustrated it wasnt working for like the 3rd time I had come. Because its like every 3 visits you get $5 off. For some reason my number was off linked to the account. He helped me figure it out for next time hopefully. Over all I enjoy shopping here.

Not much to say, you been in one store youve been in another.

Many things to choose from. There was a bit of a cluttered feel also and the prices were a bit high for some items for household.

The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. As soon as we walked in the store the staff greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything or any questions. The only negative about the store was that some of the shelves were not stocked. This could be due to the holidays after Christmas or possibly because of Covid messing up their supplies. Either way everyone was very friendly and I will definitely be back.

The cashier was one of the friendliest Ive come across in quite a long time. She was both efficient and informative, all while maintaining a smile for the duration of my transaction. Ill definitely be visiting this store again.

So upset with this store drove 30 minutes from my home because they said they had something in stock that I needed. And when I get there the same gentlemen that helped me on the phone says, we are actually out?! What,are you serious?! I said I talk to you. I recognized his voice. And he says no it wasnt me. When the manager came to help me she tells me he is only gentlemen working there that night! 🤔🤨

The store is clean and organized. Prices are a little higher than one might expect. They carry a variety of home furnishings, pantry food items, toys, auto products, and electronic devices. I was disappointed in their office items. They had a small section with only pencils, markers, printer paper, ruled paper, and post it notes.

Be sure and get your little plush dolls at Big Lots!

Crystal geyser is a brand of Spring water. its a lot cheaper here than anywhere. its not glorified tap water, its not drinking water its Spring water! naturally filtered from whats inside the Earth usually about 3 bucks for 24 bottles 16.9 oz. when its on sale its $2.50 a case or 4 cases for $10

Big Lots is a wonderful place to find all sorts of things, so much that their selections are limited at this time. However, there are several stores available to go to.

My overall experience shopping at Big Lots is always pleasant. The employees are friendly and helpful and always on task, very rarely do I go in and see anyone just standing around. The store is clean and easy to get around which makes my shopping easy.

Disappointed. Every one of the shelving units, tv stands, etc, involving furniture, said OUT OF STOCK, and there were now no lawn and garden items, not patio furniture, not pot for plants, nothing. Snacks were barely there, toys were a small selection, their variety in pretty much everything, was poor. Total change from how good they used to be. Dont know who is running company or took over, bit, need the ones that run it before, or at least get things back to the way they were.

Products are good, rarely ever busy in this location so it is a great spot to find your needs during the pandemic. Stick is often liw for furniture items though.

This location was built from ground up so its nicer looking than some stores. Great deals every day. Furniture, house wares, bedroom sets, bath sets, small electronics, canned goods, and much more. This time of year they have patio sets and backyard furniture.

The store was very clean, had upgraded lighting and more modern products. Just a little disappointed that the store was so empty. That is not their fault. Having to wait so long for check out is the only reason for 4 stars.

I was looking for kitchen items and a blanket. The blanket had to be gray in color and Big Lots had a queen/king option. I am going back for another one. The blanket is beautiful and very soft. Great prices for all of my purchases that evening.

Went by 5 other higher end stores looking for a recliner cover. Finally found one at Big Lots! And at a much better price point!

Ive always loved Big Lots for all of my skin care products and fun bubble baths and bath bombs for my girls. We never fail to find something else the house needs too. Love this location since the reorganization of the floor. The people that work here have always been really sweet and eager to help. Keep up the great work guys!

You can find some of the best deals in Big Lots. I always walk in never knowing what to expect so I can be excited about for my finds. I actually never spend more than I plan because I never make a budget before I go since Big Lots is my me store. Like my she shed my husband is exempt from banning my purchases in my me store.

Friendly staff. Means more sometimes than just deals. Cashier went out of her way to help a customer. She could of called someone in the back. She didnt, made the lady in front of me feel important.. The young lady who worked noon today..

We went shopping here and found food amidst the Corona crisis. We bought food, thinking everything was great, we found food! But fast forward to cooking and using the food products that we found, it was either expired or about to be expired, and had BUGS in it! We spent upwards of $50 here, majority of it being food, and we threw it all away because it was all bad. We wasted our money. Be wary if youre buying food from big lots.

The young man that helped us with the gazebo was there best. I wish I knew his name.. Great customer service.

Doing some holiday shopping. Store is always in perfect condition and lots of great offers. They also had a Christmas special and saved $20 off my purchase. Great prices already with even more savings. No wonder they are still on top.

Nice looking store, found items I was looking. They have home decor, lawn decor, things for your electronics like ear buds, phone holders etc, They have beds couches and anything else youre looking for.Side note: It was a just bit stuffy in there, needs a bit more air flow for shoppers comfort especially on hot days like today.

The employees are Awesome here. They even will go get bottled water, which is on the back wall, and bring it to you. Then load in the car. Great Christmas Stuff available too

My wife and, i were followed around an empty store. By an white lady and asian gentlemen. Made me think i was in the seventies. I gently put back anything i was planning to buy and, spent my money with HEB. Where, i spent double on all items purchased but, was able to shop uninterrupted without, prejudice of any type.

I went there looking for something small and ended up buying some bigger items due to the deals they had on book shelves, TV Stands, Cubicle Storage units, and other similar items. I was helped by Meghan who took the time to ensure all my questions were answered which helped my shopping experience...

Furntiure manager was was unprofessional, uncooperative, didnt help get our purchased ready for pick up. After store manager asked him to get our purchased ready for pick up he claimed ok came back. Within 10 min later, he did have ready. He lied by saying got busy with customers. Told him not true, we are top priority and should have gotten our purchase pulled from back like asked from store manager and had ready close to exit. Instead he lied then couldnt find purchase order and ended up having husband late for previously planned events.

Big Lots is a great place to do a lot of shopping for a wide variety of items. From furniture to rugs. Electronics to outdoor living and disaster. This location is always in good shape, never messy. Prices are also very good with great bargains

It is definitely hard to notice this Big Lots from the road I just so happened to spot it and pull over. Definitely check it out it seems pretty nice in here and they have a lot of stuff. And of course I love going to Big Lots to find a deal.

Big Lots are always a good place to find something thats a great deal. Have noticed a steep increase in pricing but, with the number of stores in the area you can find a awesome bargain. Love my demo foosball coffee table the price was right.{for me). Looks great and the kids visiting think its too neat.

Clean and organized store.The down are the empty shelfs and very narrow aisles, they had the special of sodas as the sign said mix and match ((only the ones in the cart)) was tricky to put a great selection of sodas all around the cart, with the excuse that those will be on sale until Saturday, and today is Tuesday. Btw the content in the cart was only one type of soda and just a few bottles, but there are more in the back.When shopping double check promotions and always ask if you dont wanna be spending extra instead of saving.

Bought 2 recliners from another store. 1 had a manufacturers defect but the other store did not have 1 in stock. This store did the exchange for us with zero hassle! The staff was super friendly and helpful!This store has a better selection than my store and is very clean! I will be shopping here more often!
