Good service with employees helping out and such. However, there were so many people checking out and a whopping 2 open checkouts. Add more cashiers on your high volume time please.

Ordered curbside pick up for one item. Currently waiting over 20 minutes and still no item. Tried going inside to get it, to get told to go back and park on side of building. Parked there, called, and told to go back to front. Called in the front and asked to just pick it up because Im waiting. Told no, they will bring it to me. Still nothing. Call again, then told to go to side of store again. This is ridiculous. I have things to do!

Gentlemen at the auto care were awesome. Very friendly and attentive. Had my flat tire fixed in no time!

Opened completely and that was the only good thing! They only had 2 registers open and at least 20 to 30 carts at each register. They didnt have any self checkouts opened at all! Some people with one item or a few items left there items sitting right there and left store.

I love this Walmart they always have what I need and if not, will go check in back to be sure. I also love that when my wine bottle broke in the parking lot from me not bagging it properly, they replaced the bottle, mostly due to the fact the bag had a hole but still, evn if it was my fault they replaced it. I love them!

Not well stocked, their delivery service sucks. I have lived in converse for a month and they cannot figure out where to delivery my orders. They need to better their delivery service.

Today I purchased weekly groceries, home, health, and apparel products of +$150. Walked the entire store from department to department. A few low stock or out of stock issues. BUT, when I went to the jewelry department to purchase and item that was $140…. I was told told, “you can’t touch it. It’s too much of a risk. COVID.” No rocket scientist, but how does that make any sense? Really? I can touch everything else, but that 10k gold ring is a super spreader! Get real @Walmart @theladyinjewelry

I never been dissapointed at this Walmart. Although Its not the closest Walmart to me, it is the closest SUPER Walmart. Unfortunately I left my house around 3am this morning to get essential Items and take my meds; without realizing, their hours are still at Pandemic Stage Hours. I will be glad when they return to a 24 hour operation. At that point if everything else remains the same I will change my rating to a 5 Stars. Until then, 4 Stars it is.

I am visiting from Michigan and needed a refill on my meds and the pharmacy staff there helped me get my refill meds from my pharmacy in Michigan and were very helpful.

Horrible customer service! The young kid was the most unfriendly cashier!!! I will never go to FM 78 Walmart in converse. I will drive a little further to kitty hawk Walmart, where apparently that is the only Walmart that trained their employees properly.

Another good store in a good location but when you call the grocery pick up, its exactly what it says.......they dont pick up when called. Called 3 times and on all 3 calls it rang until an automated operator came through.

Bought a bag of oranges and not even 3 days later I look down and find one of them with weeks worth of mold on it. bought a brand new tire from them and that blew put less than a month later. the service center changed my oil and didnt bother didnt bother tightening my oil plug. my new mechanic touched it with his finger and it fell out. I wouldnt recommend going here for anything. find yourself a good mechanic and a better grocery store. this place will get you killed. I just bought this car last November and almost lost it to these idiots.

My friend returned a cell phone within 5 days with a receipt. It took 3 hours! We had to wait until one of the network reps arrived. It seemed like we were the first folks who ever returned a phone to Walmart! I promise you, I will never buy a cell phone from Walmart again!

Been going to this Walmart for years. I was in super early (close to opening) and out in no time. I love when I dont have to deal with the traffic of Walmart !

I bought a loft of bread when I opened it was moldy really bad mold. I took it to the store at the customer service the lady at the customer service told me to open the the bread plastic cover so she can see. She didn’t want to touch it. Then she ask me if I have receipt for it. I told her no I threw away the receipt. She I can get a another one for exchange. I went in side the store and got another one. Then she asked me my drivers license and my credit card. I just left the bread with her and left. I ask to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager. My point is I just came to show them that they are keeping mold bread on their shelves. Please check any bread you bought maybe moldy. See the picture.

This location is always hit or miss on clean or messy, stocked or out. Lots of roads to get into the center so thats nice. Had issues getting gas here, so not recommend. Prices advertised on the big sign were not correct.

I go to the Walmart Supercenter in Converse rather than the one near me. I pass by it on my way home from my weekly doctors appointment. I prefer it because its a nicer & cleaner store. Not to mention the staff is more polite, pleasant & helpful. Im always able to get a handicapped parking spot and a rider cart too. I appreciate that I dont have to check myself out and can get carry-out service every time. It is easier than the self-checkout at my local store. It is difficult trying to scan & bag the items Im buying while using a rider cart. I enjoy my overall shopping experience every time!

I was surprised by the new layout, and how clean and fresh the store looks. I had stopped going there and was coming home the back way from Walzem.

Decent walmart. Pretty big sized and we went at night so there wasnt anyone there but I can imagine it gets pretty busy. Had everything we were looking for and then some and it was cleaner then our home walmart

Went on a Sunday many dairy items not in stock, only a few checkouts open and long lines for self service. Also noticing the in store wallmart shoppers tend to block the isles and shelves from customers. Some move for you others ignor you and act as if youre bothering them. Overall I prefer this Wallmart to the other in my area for selection, just have to time it for a different day/hour

I enjoy going to this particular store. It really is nice and clean. Not really crowded. A very nice place to shop.

I can fine where thing are on the shelfs and not have to ask any one also walk around the store to get ti get my walk for the day in

I really like this place. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. There are a few employees that have not so good attitudes but, they try hard to keep there bad days to themselves.

Went to TLE for an oil change. As always, Wes, the associate I interacted with, was most helpful. He recommended the appropriate service for my needs. He did not try to upsell anything unnecessary. Service was quicker than estimated by almost 30 minutes.

Its the evil Walmart! 😈 So criticized for everything but we still cant get enough if it. The Bluff location is never too busy and includes a pharmacy, electronics, home improvement, etc. The grocery selection is much to be desired, but if your after junk food, its got ya covered! This location also includes an eye center and a Subway. Wait, a sec; wrong Walmart! I thought this was the one in Flour Bluff, lol. This location is 4 stars as well. I mean, its Walmart!!! If you havent been to Wal-Mart a few thousand times while living in South Texas, you are strange 🤔 or a hippy

An employee was very kind and helped me with what I needed in the electronic department.

They had my order ready in about 45 minutes, and the order was accurate. But. They threw the eggs in the trunk and gave me expired milk.So....... typical walmart service I guess.

I have been doing mostly curbside pick up for most of the pandemic. Other than the out of stock items which is understandable, everything has been great. Even when I have to go inside everything is as it should be and the staff is professional. Definitely one of my favorite Walmart locations.

Not 1 AA woman hair color in sight- ohh but there was an aisle full for white women- go figure- there was no mgr in store to tell me why not ??? Oh but there was a coach “mgr” whatever that mean he had no clue what I was talking about so I called corporate made complaint and was told to talk to a store mgr bc they would know why there’s no AA women hair dye in the store - awful horrible store 😣

WalMart is WalMart, but the people at Walmart in Universal City on Kitty Hawk Rd. are very helpful and friendly. It makes a difference.

So today my 12 year old had an eye exam at the eye Dr office there. We showed up early so she can pick out the frames she wanted. Which surprisingly didnt take as long as I had thought. So with the extra time we had we went through the store to grab a few odds and ends while we killed the time until her appointment. We grabbed our stuff and went through self check where Tyler was so nice and amazing. So we were just waiting inside the store infront of the vision center waiting until 10:30, however the entire time we were being stared at my an employee at the front door named Amilia. This woman made me, my fiance, and my daughter so uncomfortable we decided to wait outside.as we were leaving she asked for our receipt, no problem there. But we didnt grab the receipt from self check so I went to talk to Tyler about getting a copy because Amelia refused to let us leave. So I went to the service desk and spoke with one of the managers Joe who helped me get another copy of the receipt. At that time my fiance called me to let me know amilia was calling a manager, I let Joe know what she was doing and all the events that lead to the situation. Amilia refused to let me fiance and my child come to me at the service desk and straight out accused us of shop lifting. When clearly we hadnt. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I understand she was doing her job bit acusing us the way she did infront of my child, she scared my child. Thats not ok. This experience has now left a sour taste for us and we may just go to another location.

Went to Walmart at around 11.45am, to see that there was a line formed outside. It was around 20 degrees outside and for some reason they were only letting 20 people in at a time, one person in one person out. When I asked why that was, I got a response of, I dont make the rules here. I was in line for 15 minutes before I saw one person come out. At the very least they should be able to explain the reasoning for this but they couldnt and the fact that there was snow and it was so cold out doesnt help there case. Very disappointed that walmart treats customers in such a manner.

I only went in for a few groceries. I found everything I was looking for. There were open cashiers, which was nice. (Last time I was in, it was all self checkout!)

I ordered a video game on Black Friday and arrived today (the last day for pickup) to pick it up at 5:45 in the curbside pickup area. I checked in and waited. Around 6:30, I get a notice that my order has been canceled because I didnt pick it up. I was VERY angry. Manager comes to customer service and says I can just buy the game in store and Im shaking my head no ro full $60 price, but we later find out it only went up $2 in price from $28. The kid knocks the $2 off after I give him the look, but nothing else for the inconvenience. I really thought I would have to pay $60 for this game. No explanation for why they canceled my order. Ive had enough of this store with rotten meat, a Black Friday Blackstone griddle put out on the floor on Oct. 31st but they refused to sell it to me or offer a similar item or a rain check, and now this. While the employees are never rude, this store manager does absolutely nothing to satisfy the customer when his store is in error. Terrible manager.

Just a query; why install one-way aisle arrows, social distancing signs and mandate mask wearing if your staff dont follow them or enforce them on customers?Numerous staff without masks walking the wrong way up aisles, as well as customers. 6ft measures not abided by, people crammed up close at checkouts.Social distancing measures are effectively non existent, so just why not quit the pretence your store has measures in place?It’s fine, but don’t pretend you are doing it, so that those who choose to social distance can go to a store that actually does it. I have seen it down very professionally elsewhere.Last time I shop in your Converse store.

Today has been an extremely challenging day for customer service at this Walmart. When you call as the customer you are met with harsh attitudes, rude tones, sarcastic comments, unwillingness to help, aggressive behavior, and an overall dislike that any customer would have the audacity to need help with any situation at all. The store on Kitty Hawk has employees whom actually care about their customers. It’s really sad the the location on FM 78 is allowed to be blatantly obvious in their discontent with their customer’s, because they know nothing will happen to them. I accidentally made an online purchase from the FM 78 location, rest assured you have taught me to never cross paths with your location ever again. Customer service needs to be taught to the individuals that answer the phone. I’m so thankful I have my Kitty Hawk location.
