Easy to send the package, but when I had a problem with my delivery I called and got a voicemail that said well reply within 24 hours. They didnt. Called again a couple days later, still no reply. Finally went back into the store and was able to get my problem resolved quickly, so their in-store service is good but dont expect them to be available by phone!

I had a problem with another store and a return package and they helped me sort it out in no time! The employee I spoke with was super helpful and understanding. 10/10!

We have been using this UPS Store for our business needs since they opened and we could not be happier. We truly see them as one of our business partners. Jessie has caught typos or design issues while printing our materials and alerted us immediately so we could make updates. They have printed signs, cards, flyers, post-cards, and bound business presentations for us that are always stellar and help our small business look like a proper professional organization.

I received a UPS package, but the shipping store had combined multiple other people’s items in the box. Each had the packing label with it. I took to this store bc it was the closest so they could send to the correct people. They refused to help in any way, said I would need to pay again to ship the items or return to the original sender. I was told to take it back to the store that made the error, as if I have any idea where that is or would be near me. This is unacceptable and leaves little confidence in using UPS for shipping.

Absolutely the best UPS Store in the area. These guys know how to take care of their customers. The longer weekday hours and being open weekends were one of the main reasons why we chose them, and their superior level of customer service was why we stayed even though they werent the closest store to us. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using this store.

These guys were extremely helpful in helping me pack and ship some very heavy, oddball stuff across the country. It arrived safely, and they did a marvelous job packing it securely. I definitely recommend this store.

Visited to return Amazon items, very easy just scan code I received from Amazon and give them the items, they pack them label them and send them. The store also has mail boxes, photocopying and shredding capabilities.

They charged my husband for 28 bucks without even explaining what and why they charge for. 8 pages for 28 bucks? Seriously guys? Is there anybody knowledgable who can speak first before putting something in the system? Im really disappointed.

Service was awesome! Printed out my label for me and sent my package off. Didn’t have to wait in a crazy line like I would have had too at the post office.
