We were looking for rims and tires for our 2017 Road Glide. Faith Cycles had a set of used black rims with tires listed for sale on marketplace. We drove about four hours from Maud, Tx to Conroe, Tx. to purchase them, upon arriving we spotted a 21” precision cut black and chrome rim. We purchased 21” rim, set of rotors, fender kit and two new tires for front and rear.Faith Cycles had everything we needed in stock and installed within an hour of us arriving. Trent, his brother and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Their sales and service was the best part of our trip. We highly recommend the drive to meet them and their fur babies.

I dont know how their bikes are because I just buy their pellets used for smoking. Customer Service seems pretty good though.

I had them put some 16 inch ape hangers on my 2016 Harley Davidson and they scratched the new ape hangers, then said they didnt do it. So they told me they would give me 50 dollars for the scratch, but if I wanted to go to the scratch and sent store. I would have got them used. The left side of my handles were crooked, so I had to go back to get them pushed in. Please dont use this company they are dishonest. I own a business myself and I dont do business like that. I love the bars, but not the work they do.THEY LIE TO YOU.

I found a piece of wire in the tube type tire on my bike. They inspected it, pulled the wire out. After checking it for leaks assured me that the tire was ok. They could have very easily sold me a new tire. I appreciate the honesty.

They wasnt the most friendly but they did explain to me why they dont work on older motorcycles

Although I ended up not buying a bike from them, they were great. They showed me several bikes. I was going to buy a bike from them, but an opportunity came up to buy an older bike instead and it fit my needs better. I was serious enough about buying from them that I had already been approved by my bank.

Trent Short the owner is a fraud. Don’t let the Christianity front from any of them fool you. Beware of any auction Trent has people bid them up he is totally crooked. Battery or motorcycle I wouldn’t buy anything from them. If you do thoroughly check it out ask about warranty etc. most of motorcycles have been wrecked really bad. Large percentage of all reviews you see are fake go look at Yellow Pages Trent Short the owner even put his name on it and reviewed his own business. BUYER BEWARE

Went looking for a bike with a friend. Small inventory mostly harley davidsons. The shop driveway was hard to find, had to look around to find anyone. Once we did, he didnt seem very interested in helping us, but he did eventually get another man who was helpful and kind. More of a repair shop than sales.

The people at faith cycles are helpful and friendly. Prices are good and they have fast service.

They did excellent work on my street Bob and had quick turn around on the work, I will continue to have my bike serviced here for maintenance and accessories

Great people but they take no pride in their work, about 3 months ago I took my bike there to have hard saddle bags put on it and I paid for the parts in advance and was told they would call when the parts came in so I could drop my bike off to have them put on so, I waited about a week and no call so I called them and they said yes your parts are in and I ask when did they come in and the guy said a couple days ago so I just blew it off thinking they were just busy so I took my bike in and they said they would call when it was done and it should be done by Friday I dropped it off on a Wednesday so I called Friday around 6 and ask if it was done and he yes that he had finished it yesterday.... Ok, so I got there and realized that he had put electrical tape around the mounting bracket to keep them from moving, I didnt think much of it because they were on and I was happy for that..well about a week later I had my 9 year old daughter on the bike with me, going about 60 mph and the bike jerked because she moved suddenly so I stopped to make sure everything was OK and she showed me that the foot peg had moved and her foot slipped almost causing us to wreck they had to take them off to mount the bracket for the bag and didnt tighten them back up!! so I fixed that and a week later the other side come a loose with my wife on this time.. So last night I was at a fund raiser and someone said your missing the rubber boots that go under the bags that keep them in place... Wtf ??They also relocated my turn signals and they basically took a bar and used the license plate screws to wedge it in place which blocks the bags and makes it difficult to open them so it isnt even bolted or attached in anyway.. I would never take my bike back or recommend this place to anyone I know.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! came highly recommended from a group im in on facebook. Recommended to my coworker and long time friend and made a deal on a bike and then they sold it out from under him after deal was made and finance paperwork was submitted. I have no FAITH in this classless group of people.

Changed my Honda shadows rear tire at a very inexpensive price and the service was quick. I left it that morning and I had my tire before lunch time.

Parts and service when you actually need them. They are not closed on Mondays, and they do custom, maintenance, and repairs.
