Good products and pricing, very poor customer service. Said hi to associate, no response. But they scream hello to random people walking in. Order the item I want and they tell me to pull around back. So I do and they get mad at me for parking where I was told. I move and then have person beg me to take another color of the item I ordered or be prepared to “wait a really long time because it’s in back”. No apologies just visible frustration on their part that I elected to keep the color I purchased. Disappointing experience after everything I had heard. 2 stars but could easily move this 1 and ask for refund based on attitude and if this isn’t ready in 30min like they promised.

I went to the conre Texas store to buy a product that appears in the facebook information and the page appears as available in the store, there was no stock and the staff was not very attentive

Called to ask about a specific winch being in stock, didn’t say which. Employee responded with, “let me find out for you.” And got put on hold. Stayed on the phone for an hour while I drove to another location. Do better guys.

This place just gets better and better. Their tools are actually well priced for the quality u receive. 10 yrs ago it could be hit or miss on whether any quality was involved.

Not a very good experience this day. Had a labor day sale going on, and went to pick up a 30 inch floor fan. They were out of stock. They also did not give me a rain check. Said I could go to another store to get one. That store was like an hour away. Not very good customer service in my book.

First off, I hate this place. They have lots of cool stuff for very reasonable prices.I almost dread coming here because I know Ill find something I really must buy.Take today, I needed a compact, right angle impact wrench. So I bought that, some extensions, impact adapters, some swivel adapters, a swivel 1/4 inch air hose connector, a new creeper for sliding around on, an O2 sensor socket set and of course a magnesium fire starter for the kids.All this for less than 300.Im not sorry about the drooling mess I left over by the tool chests.One day I may have to get those for All the tools.

My husband loves harbor freight. Today I went with him and used the restroom while I was there. There is no ladies room at harbor freight. There is a mens room and a unisex restroom. My husband said the mens room was pristine. Sadly the neglected unisex restroom was the opposite. There was a small roll of toilet paper that will soon be empty, no seat covers, and the soap dispenser was actually lying unusable in the floor. The toilet was very dirty. Looks like no employee has even looked in there today. My visit was on a Saturday morning.

Great place to get something in a pinch. Its hit or miss with the tools, but Ive had good luck.

Helpful staff, great selection and warranties the way theyre supposed to be. Anything wrong with a tool you bought, go to a Harbor Freight, give them the broken tool and you walk out with a brand new one. No questions asked. No hassle of having to ship your tools and wait several weeks to get it back.

My son is rebuilding an old car. We went in here to grab a few tools and left with everything that we needed. We were greeted and asked if we needed help by a few different individuals. We spent quite a while in this store because we were uncertain about a few different items. I can definitely say that it was time well spent because the staff there explained all of the different questions we had for them. If you are looking for any items that Harbour Freight carries, I would recommend stopping into this particular location. I particularly liked the fact that when asking all the questions that we did, the employees did not make us feel like a bother! Thank you guys for the wonderful service and experience!

Harbor Freight has lots of tools at bargain pricing, They have a solar panel setup that is 100 watt with charge controller and basically everything thing you need,not counting the battery, for under two hundred dollars. Tarps are a great value as well as hand tools of all types. Dont forget to get put on their email list so can receive their specials and coupons.

Why do you guys hire people that dont wanna do their job? I called to see if they had an item in stock and they guy got mad at me for not knowing the item number.... he hung up because he said he wasnt going to be able to find the itme although other stores had no issue finding it. The info i gave him was The $69 tow bar.... Im sure he could have found it but he didnt want to look it up. You guys need to do a better job with costumer service. Out of all the hardware stores you guys are the worst.

They do not have a lot of items at this location that a lot of other HF stores have.

Details on specials and discounts hard to understand....items on display but unable to determine if in stock unless you ask someone....written instructions on assembly not clear but found a video that explained better!

Let me tell you what - Tyria took GREAT care of me. When another store told me they had the 6500 Predator available, I went there and was sorely disappointed. They apologized profusely as the should have checked physical inventory but didn’t. They called Conroe and they had it, allegedly. I called to confirm and for them to check their inventory and Tyria came through. “I’m looking at them right now honey. I have them right at the front door.”I explained the situation and how I’m driving from South Spring to get to her. She took care of me for the inconvenience and deserved every word of this review!!!

Does not have a foldable utility crate.

They carry a lot of great tools and accessories. I was surprised to find that they sell air compressors, but dont carry spare belts for the air compressors.

The whole reason you go to harbor freight is because its cheap, you know what your getting and you need to get things done. So why would the cashier not have the same urgency that the customers have. I would have gone to home depot or Lowes if I wanted to spend all day at the register waiting on cashier s who hate there Job. Usually 5 stars, I am disappointed Mr. Freight Tools.

They actually have decent tools for cheap prices I wish the tools were made in America though thats the only part of going to that place that I dont like is knowing that Americans arent benefiting from the sell of the tools as much as they should be

I believe this store would double its profits if they just moved 200 yards south to TX-105 or 336 for easier access and the parking is horrible, Im here a lot. This store is too valuable to us tool guys. Please look into this.

Make sure ur not in a hurry when u visit this place! Bring extra cash! You will spend a good amount of time browsing up and down every isle. Bring extra money too. Never fails, you will leave there with things u didnt come for!

Typical Harbor Freight... they use to have cheap tools for when you needed to buy one that you will barley use... but slowly have been raising the prices and not the quality. Going to start shopping at the better stores again.... Price difference no longer is big enough to justify buying cheap tools from Harbor Freight.
