We returned to Color Interiors after a Big Box store mis step... Dennis was very helpful and helped us pick our flooring. he also came out and measured that day as he had an opening later that day.. we then had an estimate for installation scheduled for two weeks. the big Box store took two months+.... we got a call from Color Interiors in a few days stating if we wished our plank flooring was available to be installed. we jumped on it.. a few days after that we had another call that if we wished we could have the carpet installed. everything was installed in a week. the installers were extremely professional. after we moved all the smaller items they moved, replaced all the big items.. they were extremely professional, extremely courteous and clean up and hauled away everything they removed... we were blown away with the excellent service and the experience with Color Interiors.. if we have any other things to do in the future they will be our very first stop.. Highly Recommend them.

Dave and Brenda Clark were great to work with. I was trying to match a discontinued, 11-year old hardwood. It turned out great. We also had new carpeting installed in two bedrooms. The pad Dave recommended is unbelievably cushy. Quite an upgrade from our builder-grade carpet. Would highly recommend Color Interiors and Dave and Brenda.

When I came in the store I was helped pretty quickly, but the follow up on getting an estimate and getting questions answered was painfully slow. I ended up purchasing from here due to the convenience of the location. Their prices are competitive and selection is much better than the big box stores.

Dave Clark and his team are real pros! It was a positive experience from our first visit to the show room. Dave was by far the most knowledgeable person we spoke to during our shopping for new carpet. His installation team was Outstanding. They did a masterful job, cleaned up,and were very careful with our newly painted trim. Delivery and installation were on schedule. We are also pleased with the product. We highly recommend them.

We recently hired color Interiors to change the entire floor in our two-story house, including a staircase. David and Brenda were such a pleasure to deal with. David handled the estimate, material, and the actual work part of the project; and Brenda helped us a lot when it came to picking colors and making decisions that were sometimes hard for us to make.We were very happy with what they did with the floors, we decided to hire them to completely renovate our fireplace, which came out beautiful as well.One more thing that I have to mention is that the crew that worked in our house (Bill, Johnny, Sam & Alex) were very professional, paid a great deal of attention to details, and accommodated all our requests. We love the product and the quality of work that was done in the house. Avoid Dennis Saltsman if you go in the store front. Quite possibly customer service I have ever received and the guy cannot relay simple instructions to subcontractors or give you an accurate price within 10% of you final estimate. Out initial estimate was ~$27k AFTER measurements and my final bull was 30 because HE was short in material.On top of messing up instructions on floating our floor. He didn’t even make it right off the bat or offer a simple apology. Instead he blamed the contractors and told me he was disappointed in the communication as well. Then he just wanted to throw a bandaid in his mistakes.Finally we called quality control and they got it fixed and acted like they cared.The quality of work was good, but comes at a premium. Get estimates from Simmons or Ham flooring.

Our new house looks fabulous! We chose to work with Brenda and Dave Clark at Color Interiors for new wood flooring throughout, tile in kitchen and redesigned fireplace. Brenda was great with design ideas and recommendations! Dave oversaw all installation and ensured everything was perfect onsite! I had not worked with Color Interiors and walked in hoping they could match my existing wood floor for a connected addition. Met Dave & Brenda Clark who were knowledgeable & very easy to work with. Finding a match for an older floor is extremely difficult, but they were able to recognize what I had and made an exact match. Their pricing was reasonable and were able to complete on the day we needed it done. The individuals installing were very good and communicated with us the whole time what they were doing. The installation quality was great and they were conscientious on moving furniture & clean-up. Would highly recommend them.

Everything about their sales team seems to be true when it comes to them following up with their customers. As an installer for this company the salesman I worked with was taking up on projects he obviously couldn’t fulfill. I started taking work orders that were way behind schedule. Some projects were behind as bad as 3 weeks. They expect my team and I to finish in unreasonable times. We still would meet due dates but the whole process was a mess! Customers were always very upset from the beginning because their projects were 2-3 weeks behind starting schedule. Customers went as far as offering me their contact information to take on the salesman job to let them know when and how the installation would begin and be completed. Aside from their bad salesman, the salesman would treat our team very poorly. Using unprofessional profanity to communicate, and using very offensive words to talk about his customers. This whole rodeo had to come to an end and decided we would leave this company. Please, do not bring your business here. They don’t care about their customers and ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. They could care less about your satisfaction after they got your money. They don’t respect their customers nor their installers behind closed doors. It’s a shame this is allowed.

Helped me with some questions I had about my flooring. Staff seemed helpful from my short experience.

I was looking for new floor ideas when I walked into Color Interiors. I talked to Brenda and she gave me some ideas, let me look around and then take some samples home. When I came back to C.I. Brenda gave me her input, I liked it so I went with it. The results have turned out fantastic. Dave arranged the wood floor and carpet to be installed while I was away so my house was empty still before I move my stuff in. Brenda and Dave were SOOOO helpful in choosing the right floor and getting something that really looked good in my home and wasnt at all expensive like I thought it would be. They saved me some big bucks. I loved working with them. I highly recommend Color Interiors in Spring and Brenda and Dave are the best!!!

I used them in the past and that is the reason I am using two stars instead of one.. I have my house on the market and have showing daily... So my wife puts the dog in a room and has to run to the store but while fireworks are on... The dog ripped up the carpet in front of the door. I went in and showed pics to one of the salesman and he referred me to one of his installers and said that he can fix it “no problem” I got in touch and he came out the next day while I was at work and told my wife 150 he has the SAME carpet in a roll on stock.. He would cut the carpet out of the closet and mend in a square in front of the door. I came home and could see the “mend” from the front door.. So waking up to the room I can see a perfect square that he cut out. The “same” carpet he had in stock is not even remotely close... now I have potential buyers seeing the poor job he did on the carpet and actually putting in the comments that the job we did on the carpet is not good and now I need to pay to replace the carpet in that room... Lowe’s takes forever but at least they stand being their work.. He made us pay cash.

Me and my family having been using Color Interiors for years and I must say there craftmanship is second to none. The sales team always delivers!! I love the fact that they plan out a project lifecycle and go over every milestone until project is complete. If your looking for luxury product, quality work and a wealth of knowledge from their management team, then Color Interiors is your place!!! Looking forward to my next project with them:)

Color interior helped me clean up another companies horrible installation and product.- helped me find a great wood floor with consistent coloring (unlike other floor manufacturer)- worked with other customers to arrange for us to get an install crew in time for us to make a tight move-in window- tore out the old flooring- cleaned, polished, floated and sealed the slab (all which was missed by other company’s installer)- worked through a holiday weekend- delivered a fully installed floor that looks great ahead of scheduleThanks so very much. Chase and Alex’s install team went above and beyond and took a bad situation caused by one of your competitors and turned it into a high quality success!Great to do business with someone who delivers on what was sold.

Dave and Bre were AMAZING to work with! Bre broke down everything I needed to know about the flooring choices. Dave set up the installation and even came out over the weekend so we can get the project done sooner rather than later. The flooring installation was great and the guys were very professional. Dave even came by to check in on the installation afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. Great company and a fabulous team to work with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!They do a poor job and then pressure you to pay the full amount. We had given them options to either fix the poor job or waive the remaining balance, but they dont want to do either. This ordeal is still going on after 1,5 years. Please do yourself a favor and dont buy from these a..holes!

Love our floor but the sales process was painful. No communication, throughout the entire process and not one time did anyone ever check in on the job or ask how we were doing. We were also shopping for counter tops and no follow up. Would not recommend.

Our flooring was installed by another company and we ran into problems with the baseboard finishes. I reached out to Color Interiors to see if they would help and correct the problem. This was such a small job but so important to me. They took it on, ordered the correct materials and completed my flooring project. There are not enough nice things to say about a company who is willing to fix someone else’s mistake. The owner and installer are the kind of gentleman you want to do business with.

Kris guided me through the selection process which was easy since the store had so many samples available. His subcontractors did excellent work and everything was done smoothly and on time. He followed the work to make sure my bathroom remodel was done to my satisfaction. This is the second remodel he has done in my home!

Very happy with how they listened to what I wanted and gave a fair price.

My family and I were there for about 30 min. The employees saw us wondering and never offered help. Everyone seemed to be in their own world. Never coming back.

I have been to the store 3 times, made numerous calls and I cannot get the salesman to finish what we started. I threatened to go somewhere else and he finally called me a few times but now he won’t. I did everything he asked me to do and I’m tired of trying to “pull teeth”. I’m going somewhere else.
