We had carpet replaced on our stairs and upstairs, about 1200sq ft. Showroom was well stocked with quality flooring, staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. Men came to install the following week. They were efficient, friendly, and skilled. We are extremely pleased with this purchase and will return.
Great experience when using them 5 years ago. That is no longer the case. Just a bad experience all around. The contractors they used did not do quality work at all. I expressed my frustration with the company with no apologies or admission of coming up short on service. I would never use them again.
Good selection of top brand flooring. Tonya was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable of all flooring; we found that we could trust her help in selecting our carpet. Furniture moving and Installation went very well and their prices were good too with nice satisfaction guarantees. Many thanks.
Great pricing as well as the install. The installers showed up on time. My wife is very picky and hard to pleased. She was amazed when she got home and saw the new wood floors. She is hard to impressed and they blew her away. That is what matters the most. Thanks guys !
Love my new flooring! The crew was skilled and friendly- enjoyed having them in my house. I wish I could show you how well they did around my stone fireplace.
I cant say enough about All Floors and More in Conroe. They are the only ones I call when I need something done. I just finished having them lay wood look tile in all my living areas and it is gorgeous. I have had them tile and remodel two baths and a half bath. If you want fast, efficient and friendly call them. Tracy and Carlton are the most honest people I have dealt with and I dont question the quote. Being they are both men they are very helpful with ideas also. Just love them and hope I never run out of stuff for them to do!
We recently had a new shower and master bathroom remodeled by All Floors n More and everything turned out great. My wife even chipped a tile 2 weeks later and they came out and replaced that tile for me. we recently hired them to do more work.
Recently had 1900sf of wood floors installed and we love it, great prices and great staff! We will call them again soon, they were in my neighborhood website referrals so I knew they would be good.
We love the tile work done by all floors n more, wood tile is the way to go!
My experience was almost identical to Debs. Tracy was great, considering the incompetent owner he is having to work for. The installers did a fantastic job, once it was finally complete. Same thing though, paid a deposit well in advance, materials were late, crews showing up at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. My bathroom was out of commission for almost 2 weeks. The owner is a joke. He blamed it on him hurting his back, got in to a ridiculous argument with me (the customer) over the many excuses as to why the job wasnt going well. I think the owner is just an immature 30something and has no clue how to run a business. Because of Tracy and the nice work the crew did, I might use them again if its a room I can do without for a few weeks. The price is good but it was a pretty lousy experience.
Omg...my husband and I bought flooring from them over a year now and have been having trouble getting them to fix the problem...I really donr have the energy to go step by step one that they did wrong...we have had them out here to the house several times...but no, we placed calls to the owner and he only called back after my husband visited their store several times...then even fired the man that sold our flooring to us because he told us he was sorry about it and was trying to get owner to call...the guy was fired after he told us that we were right for wanting the job done right..spent over 30,000. I am warned anyone who want their floors to be done right without fighting to get it done..dont, dont go there...now we are trying to get the money back for the work on just the back porches...they used wrong material, omg wrong...if the owner doesnt respond by Friday I told my husband, sorry baby...I am sone playing with them and I will sue them...my husband owns his own company and has a TOO big of heart, but not me...I am done...I will post what happens...ck on anyone foing to go work in your house and remember that they are great at first, but its not their true coloring...good like and hope this helps
Worse company to work with. Chris is very good before getting your work done but after that it is very difficult to reach them. Very Poor quality of work, they messed up floor installation really bad and now its very hard to get them back to fix it.
Good display of flooring products and very helpful and knowledgeable manager. Good price!
I met with Tracy and picked out some tile for our upstairs master bedroom and adjoining hallway. He understood that we were putting the home on the market and felt like ripping out the old carpet would increase the re-sale value of our home. A deposit was paid and a contract was signed. Tracy and this particular store were strongly recommended by my step-daughter and son in law after several jobs performed at their new house.A few days later, a gentleman arrived to take measurements. Afterwards, Tracy called and set up an install date and explained what had to be done ahead of time. Those task were quite reasonable. Actually, the install crew did most of the heavy lifting and moving of my bedroom furniture in order to perform the install. However, there was a snag. The day before install, Tracy called and informed me that he had underestimated the quote on our contract. He had failed to note that the bedroom and hallway were upstairs, as written on the initial measurements. Due to that, Hardie backer would have to be put down as well, before the tile could be laid. This increased the price considerably. I was not happy at all, but since my home was going on the market in less than a week, my options were limited. The installation crew (2 younger Hispanic males) arrived around lunch time and immediately went to work. As mentioned earlier, the install crew moved the majority of the furniture out of the way, saving my back...thanks!It was obvious the install was going to take much longer than anticipated due to the adding of the Hardie backer. The installers worked until around 7 pm and left. The wife and I had to sleep in our respective guest rooms. The next day, the install crew arrived around 11 or 12 once again, mentioning a work truck that refused to start. The install crew worked pretty much continuously until around midnight to finish. Very polite young men, who did a good job and worked pretty hard too.A finisher (installer who re-stretches the carpet where necessary) arrived the next day. He was very polite and professional as well. Dont let appearances fool you...After everything was done, I received a phone call from the owner. He had heard I was unhappy about the additional charge, almost 1/3 of the original cost. He agreed to deduct the cost of the Hardie backer, which added up to more than $200!Eventually, I met Tracy back at the office and paid him the balance. He apologized for the mix-up concerning the Hardie backer.Overall, I was pleased with the install...the floors look great!
Great, cheap floors!....
