I went to change my battery they change it but the employee who change it did such a horrible job. i have a Honda civic which uses two hooks to strap the battery in place the employee only who hooked one side i checked it i couple hours later i thought it wouldnt issue because they do this all day long.than the cap from the positive terminal is missing i went back (hrs) later to find out what happened to it the employee who worked on my car was not there anymore.so i told the employee that was there he went above and beyond to look for it he even apologies even though he didnt work on my car.the cap was never found😞

Tony went above and beyond with an amazing customer service experience. First time replacing my battery and he took the extra time to show me the process. If I didn’t have a 6 year warranty I’d be back sooner :)

I brought the motorhome in for both house and chassis batteries. It was threatening rain but the guys reluctantly agreed to install the batteries. They got the job done in record time and for a bit less than their previous estimate. I recommend this business for your battery needs.

Great customer service. I went there to replace a deep cycle boat battery and a riding lawn mower batter. As I was walking to the door with both hands full an employee came out and opened the door and helped me carry the old batteries in. They then quickly found the correct replacements I needed, even noticing which side the positive terminal was on for the lawn mower battery (something I did not even think of), completed the transaction and carried both batteries to my truck. I wasnt there 5 minutes, it does not get any better than that!

I think the prices are too high an the warranty has a problem other than that its a good battery

I was a customer and I got my phone fixed because I had a broken screen. I brought a brand new phone. And instead if changing screens she changed the circuit board and now the camera is not working. I went back up there to have her try to fix it and she went to the back and a guy told me she wouldnt have enough time to fix my phone. So I requested my money back, which they did give me but its ridiculous that I had to go up there more than once!!

Thought my battery was starting to weaken as it had trouble starting the car over the past few weeks at random times. Took it in to Interstate to have it checked out and it did need to be replaced. Battery was still under warranty, so they replaced it at no charge!
