The employee was nice. I got my phone glass replaced here. Not happy with it. It already broke. It may have lasted 2 wks. I havent dropped it. Plugged it the screen was fine. Went to unplug it and the screen was cracked. Idk if the screen was just cheaply made or if it was installed wrong. Will not be using this place again!!

Had battery replaced several months ago. Battery died again. Diagnoses by shop faulty battery. Several weeks later same issue. Now all of a sudden its the charging port. I told the employee several times I wasnt gonna spend a whole lot more on this phone and he told me he would work with me since its been all within warranty. But alas. I told the employee the amount charged for the port was pretty high and it could be ordered cheaper.Only thing he could say in a rude tone was are you gonna put it in. I paid the bill and left. Will not return to this store again

I originally came into the store to purchase a spare car key and get it cut and programmed but there wasnt any in stock. No locations had any.So I ordered it online to be delivered to store as recommended by associate working.So when the key arrived they called us to come in,They cut the key but couldnt program it for about an hour they tried,so I got a refund back on the programming only. Was told to come back a week later and they would figure it out. Left unsatisfied but, the customer service was great through out whole process, returned the next day to get a total return because I didnt want to wait a week, And Ryan the owner was there, he said he could programmed it,but I insisted on a refund but didnt have the card I paid with,so I decided to go get car and let him try to program the key, it took Ryan 5 mins and we had a working key and transponder. Left a Satisfied customer, Thank you Ryan, I will be a returning customer!!!!!!!! 5 stars because Customer service was Great from the beginning to end.

The guy that helped me - a white guy that looked around 45 years old - was VERY HELPFUL. He answered the phone when I called, then recalled our conversation when I showed up 30 minutes later. He looked at my machine, pulled the batter out for me (that wasnt easy), then installed the new one. Ive dealt with the same dude in the past and he was EXTREMELY HELPFUL THEN. He also seems very knowledgeable which is nice.

Fast 1 hour turnaround for an S-7 battery replacement. Inexpensive with 10% discount for making an online appointment. No shipping back to provider and being without a phone for several days.

Way over priced batteries and reckless staff. Was having a 12v battery tested, the employee shortcuircted the terminals twice then told me it was bad.The same batteries were found on amazon at a third of this stores price. Like I said, way over priced.

My phone doesn’t charge when I went there. The guy over there cleaned it and brushed it twice . He said the charging pad needs to change and gonna cost you 79$ but I’ll try more clean and removing dust then advice me to take it and try to use a good charging cable may be will work . Now I using it and charging it normally from one week ago with problem and no cost. Thank you batteries and bulbs .

My car battery died when I tried to take my children to school. I got jumped and brought it here, bc online they had a good price for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I arrived at 8:45 the website and door says they opened at 8. It was locked up and no one was there. I called the customer service line and they said they did not have a clue why it was closed as it should be open. They suggested that I go to other location in the Woodlands. This was not an option, my kids are already late to school. Since they were closed however, I needed to wait for another jump, and go to Auto-zone down the street who was awesome and got it done in 5 min. I’ll go there from now on.

First time crushing my I phone..... it was really bad. I had just canceled my phone insurance policy after 3 years of no incidents and BAM! Crushed phone. I’m an area manager so I have quite a few employees who reach out to me daily as resource. I couldn’t be without a phone too long. It took Ryan a few tries, but he was so dedicated and didn’t give up. My phone was back in order by the end of the day and I was very happy! I would definitely use these guys again! They are great.

New store that opened up in June 2018. Great staff and selection of products. A+ Great place to stop if you need device repair on your phone, get a new battery or specialty bulbs.

They did not have the battery for my generator in stock for obvious reasons, but they got one in the next day, and called to let me know!

I took my iPhone in and they changed the charging port. 2 weeks later I broke the screen and took it to the mall. The person at the mall said it was the original and hadnt been changed but probably just cleaned. I was charged for a new charging port and should have got one. Ill never go there again and you should think twice before getting your phone fixed at this place.

So I had to settle for a regular type motorcycle battery instead of the lithium even though I paid for a lithium
