I did buy a cute pair of sandals. I wanted Clarks but they only had 2 pair and I didnt like them. Gotta find a good place to buy Clarks sandals... they are awesome!! You should try them!!

OMG I wished I knew about this store before going to Bad famous footwear. Customer service is wonderful and very polite. The Lady at the door greeted my Husband and I. Then the staff assisted us with looking for a blue heels. Very pleased with the values and quality of shoes. Thank you so much for all your help and the great sale.

No more buy one get 50% off. Just go to the mall where you can choose from many to get the ones you like. You are paying retail anyway. No reason to come here unless it’s more convenient to come. But a few stores down there is Rack Room Shoes. They are offering buy one get one 50% off. And staff is nice and helpful.

Went in looking for summer flip flops (not cheap thongs but good flops that would last a few seasons).They had a decent selection and I found a style by Sketchers that I loved and I wanted to buy them in both great and brown but their size selection wasn’t great and they only had my size in grey. I got those and a cute pair of Sperry canvas sneakers but I still need a pair of brown flip flops.Would have loved a one-stop solution.

Id give this store no stars but its not an option the male manager was the absolute rudest staff member Ive ever had to deal with. Without a doubt I recommend you shop at a different store than this one. Corporate needs to be aware of this individual.

Went in for a specific shoe, wasnt available in my size, but Christian actually helped me find an even better match in the same brand. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, faster and easier than any experience Ive had in another store.

I was happy to find a shoe store that opened at 11 on Sunday, rather than noon. I was even happier to find a good selection of shoes in my hard-to-fit size! There are plenty of chairs to sit on to try on the shoes (important if you have an elderly person with you). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Huge selection except for the toddlers shoes. My other daughter and I were able to get our shoes, but noticed the toddlers didnt carry any wide shoes like the other sections did. So that would be my recommendation. I asked 2 employees and we all came to the same conclusions.

Payless closed, dont have many choices. Some of the prices seem too high. But store is always clean.

A sale ended Tuesday but the employees didnt remove the sales sign. The head sales lady gave me the shoes for that sale price. I know that is protocol but in this day and age sales associates dont seem to follow that without resistance. This lady did it willingly and happily and even apologized. I have limited motion in my neck and shoulder and this one young employee helped me by looking up high and finding my size. He was nice and friendly too. Therefore, my experience there was surprisingly pleasant.

Went in to exchange a pair of shoes. Was not greeted.. just immediately clerk looked in bag and stated we dont carry these in our store. (WHICH I CLEARLY BOUGHT FROM SHOE CARNIVAL) And dismissed me. Who trains these folks? Rude!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family went in this Sunday to buy shoes for my 11 month old daughter. It was surprisingly empty in the store. I saw 4 other families/customers besides us. We found the kids section ourselves. We browsed for about 5 min before I had to go find someone to help us. I asked the young ladies (2 of them) working 1 isle over from where we are looking at shoes if one of them could help us. The elder of the two said that they were stocking shoes and were busy!! (I am Serious!) I finally asked again if they could at least just measure her foot. She said, I guess but I will have to go, ugh, get the thing to measure her. I presented my daughters right foot and the girl asked if that was her right or left foot. (My daughter is sitting in my lap). I said it it was her right and she says no its her left. OK! Really! I told her never mind we would go somewhere else. She said ok! Will never go back to this location.
