I went there shopping for a particular pair of boots they show on their website and couldnt find them on display. Nobody came to me to offer their assistance in finding what I was looking for. Very discouraging, I do understand just about everyones short staffed these days. I wound up ordering the boots I wanted off their website. I had them shipped to the store and when I went to pick them up they were exactly as described and fit me perfectly. The staff that got me my boots when they came in were very friendly and helpful.Two thumbs up for that 👍👍

I was pleasantly surprised with the inventory. I bought my first pair of boots and had such a great experience with the customer service. They also had many cute dresses. I wasnt impressed by the heat selection, but overall, I had a good experience.

Boot Barn has the most fashionable selection. You can get some great deals on the sale rack! Cute boots and again great markdown prices. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Not my best Boot Barn experience. I couldn’t get past the roach carcasses on the floor beneath the sock display and scattered around the area where you’d sit to try on boots. Left feeling nauseated. As big of a company as Boot Barn is, you’d think they’d be able to afford to hire someone to keep the place presentably clean and sanitary to accommodate their customers and not appall them.

Usually really helpful but I guess that’s only if you shop by the checkout counter, that’s where they all hang out. I normally come in to buy my husband a hat which is by the front, today I got no assistance in the boots.

If you have a size 7-9 foot, you only get about 10 options of boots. That goes for western or work. So if you want to try on a boot you saw online, they probably don’t have it in your size. But any other size has a ton.

This is a fairly well stocked Western wear store. They were very helpful. My son loves Western wear and they had a great selection of kids Western wear. We were able to get him Wrangler jeans on sale way cheaper than online. Now that rodeo fever is dying out, consider supporting a local business here.

These folks are exceptionally helpful and attentive. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is definitely here. They have a great variety of goods available and i recommend this place if you are in the area. They have a customer for life in me because they pay attention to detail.

No sales associates to assist you. When you are spending big money to buy nice boots you expect some assistance. All the sales help were chit chating behind the front desk. Sorry Cavenders got our business instead.

I’ve always enjoyed going to the Boot Barn, they have an excellent staff that always helps out & is very friendly. but as I went in today the new young lady working in there named, Jordan I believe was very rude, & had a dismissive attitude with a nasty demeanor. Management should really look at who they’re hiring.

I went in looking for boots. There was no sales help. Lots of square towed boots but not much else. Like all the boot stores Conroe you have a choice of D width or EE. Nothing else. Complete waste of time.What is about marketeers these days that only want to sell to certain foot sizes and sell trousers with only even number inseam and no lengths for shorter legged people as in 28, 29?Well this store lost not 1 or. But 3 pr. of boot sales, as well a any beltes, Jeans or shirts.Never going back.

Horrible service there more than 45 minutes trying boot after boot. No one said a word entering, while trying on, or when left. Youd expect with the price of boots some one would have offered assistant. Cavenders will get our business they at least greet you when you go inside.

These guys and gals are awesome! I had a horrible experience at Cavenders and tried Boot Barn out for the first time. The employees kept to themselves, instead of the Cavenders vultures, but were willing to help when needed. Bennett helped me pick out a hat, as I was a first time buyer, and turned my hat buying experience around. The other employees there were also very friendly and started conversation. The customers here even seemed happier! I highly recommend stopping in, I know Ill be back!

I found a nice pair of work boots but the MSRP on the boot was $15 less than what Boot Barn had as the price. The lady at the register wouldnt price match so this company just lost a sell and a future customer.

1. The female employee dropped a loud F bomb that I heard across the store.2. She seemed really aggravated when I asked her if I could try on pants (she was on her cell phone)I tried on the pants I wanted, to verify the size, and left. I work too hard to give my money to people that could care less. You folks need to check on your employees once and a while.

Well, lets start by saying I purchased a $300 pair of boots 3 months ago, that have been worn maybe 10 times at the most and the entire bottom has rotted out. So, today I go to Boot Barn to buy 5 pairs of Jeans and 5 new shirts. I needed in the dressing room, since Ive lost alot of weight and gonna pay high dollar for jeans I want them to fit right. It was a inconvenience for the lady up front to let me in the dressing room with my Jeans..I said mam can you please unlock the dressing room so I can try jeans on. Rolled her eyes, and opened the door. Said not a word. I said Thank you...She walked off like screw you. No problem, she didnt have her coffee this morning....Ok, got my jeans now! Lets do shirts, so I get 7 shirts to try on...(Again Boot Barn stuff is expensive as F so it better fit right before I buy it) dressing room is locked. I go to the front again cause you cant find nobody around..Mam, need back in to try on shirts. Jerks her keys off the counter and walks over to let me in. I said Thank you she didnt say anything and walks back to the front. I do my business come out with my shirts! Ok, Im ready! I spent $764 dollars....at a store. . With the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I will NOT go back, if I spend $5 or $10k every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and associates should be happy to help. This lady obviously didnt get milk from her cow this morning, but as a business owner myself...Ill be damn if I have someone working for me thats gonna treat my customers that way. Form your own opinion folks, hope you get better treatment then I did!

Better prices and sales than you will ever find at other western wear places, but by no means cheap. Service was rather lacking at this location though. Other Boot Barns in Houston area have been much more helpfull, but this place is much closer to home.
