I was in accident where somebody rear-ended my Volkswagen and took my car per Geico to mobility collision. I had damage to my bumper, back passenger quarter panel, brakes, trunk alignment and overall alignment of the car. The only thing they fix for me was my bumper... Everything else they said was not covered.Thats BS I would never recommend anybody take their vehicle here that wants it fixed properly. If there was an option for no stars thats what would my rating.

I had I horrible experience with this collision shop. They did not fix my car properly and continued to say they could pull my file when then had never seen my car prior to me taking it to them. When I opened my door to get in all my seats were covered in dust and mind you they tell you they give you a complimentary detail. They made every excuse in the book. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you want the work done properly.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the folks at Mobility Collision Centers, literally by accident. I am sure happy that I did.Back in December of 2020, my wife was in a minor accident. All cosmetic damage to the rear bumper and quarter panel. Well, the crew at Mobility really took care of us. They explained everything to us and hid nothing! That speaks to the owner’s and how they project their expectations to their staff.As a customer, you have to take the time to thank and appreciate people like that. They don’t come around often enough.So thank you Mobility Collision Centers for making things right, even though we were in an accident we sure appreciate all of your efforts in making us whole again.

Customer Service is top notch here! When life has smacked me down and insurance is rubbing my face in the mud, leave it to The Body Shop to help you out and sympathize with what youre going through. They are great at explaining things and have people skills that you cant just find anywhere! You will not be steered wrong with them, they will treat you right.

Recently sent my vehicle to Mobilty for a quote for repairs. The sign in front of the business advertises free estimates. When I went to pick up my vehicle because I wanted to get another quote they told me there was a $200 charge for labor for the estimate. When I asked what the charge was for they said it was for there technician to crawl under my vehicle for the estimate and that they had to pay there tech for there work. I spoke with the owner about this charge and then they started to tell me they weren’t charging me for an admin fee or storage fee. If you are looking for a free estimate for body damage to a vehicle I wouldn’t recommend you take it to mobility. They will sneak charges in on you without your consent.

I had front end collision repair done on a Honda Civic. The body work and painting was beautifully done. But also important was the attention that Curtis and his staff paid to fixing the damage under the hood.I did not have collision insurance. I feel that the cost for the repair was very reasonable given the amount of damage and the parts that needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I recently took my car to Mobility and they did a great job! very nice looking space and friendly staff. The job should have taken longer, but was completed in a timely manner. Will continue to work with this location.

I had a minor accident on the freeway and my car had a small dent in the front fender along with some scratches. I took my car to 3 body shops. The third one I went to was Mobility Collision. They gave me a price for the work that was about $200 less than the other estimates. They did the work quickly (I once had a car in another shop that kept it for 2 weeks!) and I had my car back within 3 days. 2 months later, the work still looks good. I have recommended Mobility Collision to a coworker and recommend them to you if you need body work done on your car.

Finally found an autobody with honest, reliable and good workmanship! The owner was very direct, honest, gave me all the options and solutions to my repair job. Worked with the insurance company, got the repair done within a very reasonable time (didnt lose my job or rent a car for week). Another satisfied customer. While waiting there, saw other customers with same reaction as me. Thanks to all my friends who recommended me this autobody and can see why they share my confidence and satisfaction

I was rear ended and the tow truck driver recommended this shop. It was on my route to work and close to the accident site. Everything was done correctly and my car looked amazing after and feels great. The ladies at the desk took great care of me and answered al of my questions (which there were a lot since I’ve never been in an accident before) thank you mobility!! My car was also done early and I was able to leave my rental at the shop which was amazing too.

Amazing service, Sam was helpful with process dealing with insurance, and rental company. He was attentive and kept us in the loop the whole process. The bumper was fixed with ease from the accident and got our van back in clean condition, it was detailed and looked amazing! Good shop and makes process easy and smooth. Highly recommend and will go back if and when needed

Stay away. Worst service and repair. Very high turnover in staff. Too way too long to complete repair. Missed part of repair as didn’t do a complete evaluation on vehicle upon receipt. Had to return twice after initial pickup for continued issue due to poor repair. When tried to pick up the first time, car hadn’t been test driven to make sure it was ready. So when we did test drive it, there were issues. Find another option unless you want headaches. Ask around, reputation in community is poor.

I was in a hit-and-run car accident last month and everyone we spoke to regarding the situation, from the police officers to our insurance company, weren’t very. The guys at the collision center were so friendly! Everyone we talked with at mobility was very attentive and always had a smile on their face. They got our car fixed quicker than they said they would too! All-in-all, they’re the chick fil a of collision centers.

I was in a car accident and the tow truck driver recommended this shop. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. Customer service is the number one problem here. They wanted me to sign a release to work on my car even before I had verified insurance information. Good thing I did not prematurely sign this. My insurance company did not approve and it took 5 BUSINESS days to get it towed to my preferred repair shop. I also had to physically drive to the Mobility collision center to sign a release in person for my car to get towed. I did attempt to call them to ask them questions about my car to ensure it had been towed away and the female co-owner would not allow me to speak to anyone there and hung up on me during the call. DO NOT GO THERE!! No amount of beautiful or pretty interior atmosphere can make up for a business owner, human being to be rude to another human being, the customer.

The best experience Ive ever had. Received daily updates about the status of my truck and never had to call once. A rogue tree branch flew towards the passenger side, creating a hole through the windshield, denting the dashboard and damaging the hood. From the start they were very professional, detailed and offered many options that were cost effective. Within a short time, the truck seemed even better before the damage. Would give 10 stars if I could. Many thanks to the staff, estimator, body shop and paint employees. Couldnt be happier and couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you.
