The customer service and communications is very poor. Ive been lied to and feel cheated. Not only out of my money, but my time as well.

I worked as a painter and body repair tech.Rob the Owner is professional and strived to give the Customer exactly what they requested at the Best Price possible. Took care of the court of us that works at the 105 location.

They appear to be fantastic at what they do, but they have a very limited selection of items for the do it yourself type.

I had them fix my head gaskets on diesel and also do an exhaust delete. The used the original bolts when they put it back together instead of studding it. They had to take the cab off of truck to do this job but failed to mention to me that the cab bushing needed replacing. Instead of letting me know and replacing the bushings while cab was off, they put it all back together with the bad bushings. Now it is costing me $1000 to have them fixed when it would have only been about 100 when they did the work. They were also to do a complete exhaust delete. Well, apparently they only did a partial as the egr and all on top was never taken off. Costing me again to have it fixed correctly. Just like the other guy on here, Rob will not return calls or texts. It is a same that I hear about the bad reviews after I have them do the work. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE OR REFER ANYONE HERE. And before you come back on here and write a reply that I never tried to call you, I call BS. I have called, texted and even came up there several times to rectify the situation

Heyy cutting edge Ive been looking up 200 jeep Cherokee sport xj car door removal mods and was wondering if yall could do that for a reasonable price. Went there to get some fender flares put on my 07 Chevy avalanche for $60 which is a good price He put them on came inside and asked for the money then he told me that they were fitting funny he brought my truck around front The fender flares had a inch and a half gap on them Hey says man I don’t know what to say I said well I guess I’m just gonna go home and take them off he says that sucks if he knew that they look horrible wanna keep putting them on So I’m out 60 bucks and I still got to go home and take them off

I had dropped off my classic car there to get fixed at the beginning of summer. They quoted me on 7k dollars for repairs and 2 months to do it. They ended up charging me 10k and took about 7 months, during which the owner never answered his phone, and jerked me around about parts and work being done on it. One of their workers kicked in my door speaker by repeatedly opening the door with his foot. They left it out in the rain several days because my back 5 by 9 speakers shorted out even after I told them there was a leak in the trunk. They ripped up my trunk interior and didnt put it back together, my front bumper was loose along with my windshield among many other small issues. and there were several imperfections in the paint, so theyre paint guy either is terrible or he was rushed to get my car out the door. I only went to this place on a recommendation and it was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic.
