Terrible customer service. I called because I’d been to 3 other stores atp and everyone was out of Crown Apple. When the employee answered he told me they were out of the 1.75 and I said that’s fine I’ll just buy 2 or 3 of the .75, he said ok. I get here and there’s a sign that says “limit 1”, I go up to the counter and explain to the 3 employees that were standing there that I spoke with someone and they said it was ok to buy them. I told them I know there’re usually restrictions and that’s why I clearly stated on the phone I was buying two or three because you’re out of the 1.75. The employee to the side didn’t even want to admit he was the one I spoke with at first then said he never heard me say that but you said ok though. OK THATS FINE BUT IM HERE NOW. WOULDNT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TELL YOU TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION SINCE YOUR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP?? This is why I’m frustrated. I did my due diligence as a customer and called and asked, you messed up, and you still can’t make an exception? I need the drinks for an event tonight and their suggestion to me was to drive to another one of their stores that’s even further out of the way than the hour I already came instead of making an exception. Ridiculous. Employees mess up a lot, they clearly don’t listen to the customer but it’s how you fix it.

Good staff and theyre normally always stocked more than most locations.

Clearly the Cabarrus County ABC is handling the liquor shortage compared to Mecklenburg. This store is small but always has a good bourbon selection on hand!

They definitely just picked up the phone didn’t say hello or anything and just put the phone down. Wow. It’s 8:38pm! Terrible customer service.

Not from NC so I found it expensive!

Bought some whiskey and the paper bag broke pans my whiskey bottle exploded. Manager would not give me a new bottle or refund or discount after returning oh to the store 10 minutes later 👎

Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for a store this size. Finally this location has a Made in NC section! Parking is a bit of a pain because of the traffic from surrounding restaurants. I park at QT and walk over do I dont have to fight traffic in the parking lot.

The staff were courteous and informative. They even shared a bit of humor. I just wish they werent on so many restrictions e.g. closing hours and days. But, who am I to judge?? :-)

Just a typical ABC store I believe it is located in Cabarrus County. The staff is onay but not very social or to knowledgeable on drinks but that could also be seen as a good thing.
