We had a great experience working with Brochu Nurseries. They helped us design a brick walkway which also included regrading our yard, a partial new lawn and trimming our trees.The crew was professional and knowledgeable.

Ordered a tree. Planting cost was equal to price of tree. The tree never produced any leaves. Replacement we picked was $50 difference. So no big deal on the planting cost, as they say they will guaranty the tree and replace it with one of equal value. But then when the tree came in, it was $350 less then the one we originally selected. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PLANTING COST. Their response was, at least we didnt charge for taking away the other tree. Really!!!! They said they have been in business for xx years. Maybe it was because their parents understood how to treat customers.

Lenny did a great job on our lawn and brought in compost and rich soil, grass is growing great!

They did a great job planting a large sugar maple and two lg rhodies with good instructions. We got worried as there was a drought a week we were away and they were very responsive in soecting the tree which was ok. Very happy

FRUSTRATED & DISAPPOINTED I had 4 yards of mulch delivered to my home. The driver asked where I wanted it put. I showed him where to leave it. On the tar driveway in front of one of my perennial beds. He dumped it on my perennial bed. He could see that I was upset and his response was it will keep my plants warm very frustrating.It is very difficult to dig mulch out of the pile rather then off the tar. I couldnt dig from the bottom of the pile because I would have dug into the hostas below the pile.I emailed them my frustration and never received a response. Very disappointing.

The owner and his son are a bunch of angry jerks. would never let them anywhere near my property or jobsites. What a joke.

Staff is abusive and rude. Very inappropriate behavior!

This is an unprofessional business, they do not deliver the products they describe. Staff is rude and abrasive. I will never return. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
