Had Coolidge install Amana system 7 years ago. They did a great job and I was very satisfied. Beginning in Oct 2019 refrigerant began leaking and had a company come add a pound or so and then again spring of 2020. I asked them to check for a leak and one was found in the outside coils. I called Greg to have him come look at it since he installed the system. He told me on June 6th he would be out the following week. I text him back 2 weeks later (today) and he responded that he was too busy and refused to check the system and potentially replace the unit which is under warranty. Very disappointed that Greg is unwilling to back up the product he highly recommended. There are many companies out there to choose from, this not one that I would select.
The Coolridge team did an outstanding job installing 2 heat pump units in my new home. I greatly appreciated Greg (owner) being very meticulous on how the systems needed to be installed. He ensured things were done to his standard even when it meant re-doing a few pieces of the work. I highly recommend anyone needing HVAC service to contact Greg.
Coolidge is a rock-solid company, one of the good guys. A friend recommended them to me several years ago and I use them on a rental property and my personal residence. Several times they breathed new life into faltering systems installed by another company when they could have tried to sell me on a rip-out-and-replace. Given how complex HVAC systems are, its great to have someone experienced you can trust to advise you on the best solution - not the most expensive. Deal with confidence!
We were incredibly pleased that we called Coolidge late on a Sunday morning and they came out within a few hours and solved our issue quickly and cost effectively. The serviceman who was onsite was polite, respectful of our conflicting personal commitments (little league baseball) and efficient making the repair quickly.
Ive been using Coolidge for my heat and air check ups and issues for several years now. I use them for my home as well as my business. They are timely, honest, ethical, and very fairly priced. I recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC servicer they can trust.
Great company, the owner is a very smart and educated person will recommend to everyone..
I’ve used this company for several years. They service our office and my home. The guys are always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. The last service call was to my home to service my 20 year old system. I told Greg that if it was time to replace the system instead of fixing it, let me know. Turns out a part that was previously replaced had failed. It was fixed under warranty. No charge to me. I could have been sold a new unit but was treated ethically and honestly. That is a rarity. Thanks Coolidge.
I love these guys! We have been using them for six years. We never have to question whether they are trying to take advantage of us. They truly care about their customers and do what is best for them. I highly recommend them!
Only thing I appreciate about this company is that they got out to diagnose the problem quickly. My heater wasnt working and I was told that it would be $2500 to fix three parts and that it would take three days to get the parts in so that I needed to buy a new unit that they could install next day that would be $5000-$9000. He had also told me that my unit was too old to be worth fixing up so that I either needed to invest in space heaters or just buy the new unit.THANKFULLY, someone recommended Shriver Mechanical Heating and Air so they came out to look at it. Turns out there was only 1 part that needed to be replaced and it was only $500 (including labor) and had a free 2yr warranty AND only took him 20mins to fix. He looked at the other parts that the Coolidge technician said needed replacement and they were completely fine.Im livid that a company I turned to in a time of need would take advantage of their costumers and their lack of knowledge in order to get more money out of them. SO HAPPY I got a second opinion.
Professional and on time everytime!!!
