I was at this location and Alexea was above and beyond superb customer service she was helping out from the midtown location there happen to be some specific vitamins I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable about all of them. I asked if I could leave her a review with her permission someone should know that Alexia from the Midtown store working at the Concord mills store today deserves a treat!!!! I enjoy the curbside pick up and every time I go, the ladies are always pleasant!For the past month I have had issues with the store pick up. So I call customer service, they tell me to call the store. I call the store and talk to Austin. He says he doesnt know and I need to call customer service. I explain what they tell me and then he starts dismissing me to end the call. He sounds young but no reason to act that disrespectful to a customer. Im done

Great shop and large selection but the staff is Amazing! They are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They made me feel so comfortable to ask all kinds of questions! Will definitely be back.

I would highly reccomend this shop. They have so many natural healthcare items that most places dont have. They have a huge selection on items and prices.
