I’ve been shopping here for two years. They have the organic and gluten free products I need at great prices. Lately though the employees are super rude at the 10 items or less checkout area. They don’t even say hello or act friendly. One clerk literally never looked at me or said a word during our transaction. I get that face masks make it hard to talk, but it isn’t that hard to say hello at a minimum. Many clerks are talking with co workers instead of acknowledging the customers. I’ve seen it happen a lot. I find Trader Jo’s employees to be so nice and on top of their game.
This was a quaint little Whole Fooda. Not as large as the other ones I have been too But very nice. I definitely will go again. Service was excellent. All the employees were very helpful 👍🏿
Such Wonderful people at this store. Took great care of my return for. Amazon.
Nice clean new Whole Food in Concord that is supposed to be less expensive than the typical Whole Food. I really appreciate that they have non-GMO goods, dont use antibiotics and have special member prices on Wednesdays. However, the prices are still quite high. There may be an occasional item that is a good deal, but overall not a cheap place to buy your grocery. They have a lot of precooked goods that cater to people who dont want to cook which is pretty convenient. I love the water filter station by the restroom. I also love that they have a electric car charging station directly outside their store. I would give this place 4 stars for convenience, cleanliness and being innovative, but downgrade it to 3.5 stars for the high price.
They have many organic stuff and good prices. yull love it
Always clean with fresh vegetables, meats, baked goods and cheeses. Nice liquor assortment and an area to get fresh food made to order. I always find what I need here and the employees are always friendly and helpful.
Good variety of mostly healthy food choices: fruits, vegetables and some cuts of meats. However, pre-packaged meals and other items often have high amounts of salt, sugar and cholesterol or any combination of these unhealthy ingredients. So like any other food market, you need to read labels.
I thought a high-class quality store like this would have prices off the hook. I was happy to find that Whole Foods high quality food was a reasonable price. Surprise!
Great organic produce selection as well as a conventional produce, it is worth noting that the prices are slightly lower than those of WF. The hot food/salad to go is enough variety for a quick healthy grab n go. The bulk aisle is a big disappointment but not the frozen section. The staff seems enough and friendly.
Love the food bars.. yummy!!
Wow! I really thought this would just be an edited version of a regular Whole Foods store but it is entirely its own thing and I was honestly very impressed. All the budget staples are available but in addition to that this location bosts a hot bar, soda self-serve, a taqueria (yes!) and even its own Urban Remedy inside the store! The building is bright and spacious, things are easy to find and there are a lot of intuitively packed convenience items. If you are trying to eat healthy on a budget and/or a tight schedule this is definitely for you.
Plenty of parking, a couple of free EV chargers out front, and a nice clean store with friendly employees
This was my first time in a new Whole Foods 365! I’m a long time fan of Whole Foods before the merge so I’ve been a bit apprehensive of the new merge. The new look is spartan but also clean & fresh looking, gone are the woody tones of brown & green that flanked previous store walls. The new look is modern but has cool fares that I wasn’t expecting. When your first walk in, there’s a small pop out section that houses all of Urban Remedy’s products. I’m a huge fan of these on the go very healthy meals so I was happy to see them incorporated in such a cool way. It appears that most old brands are still there and most importantly, that great smell that the old Whole Foods has is still there! A little lavender mixed with something relaxes me immediately- thanks for keeping that Amazon!
Nice store on the expensive side..They have a salad bar and a hot food bar thats decent
Came here to get a seeded baguette for my fiancee, and they had one, which was great. Also got some cookies, which were different but delicious - a couple apple pie ones and some toffee ones, which were sold by the pound. They had a short line for people with only a few items, which I appreciated.
The Gems supplement was not yet available but the clerk knew exactly what I sought. As crowded as the isle was its amazing how short was my wait. Kudos!
The young man that helped me in the wine section was great. Beard, very nice, knowledgeable .
This is the worse store ever in customer service matters. The cashier (stacy) never say good morning or hi. I smiled her and she didn’t smile back and even worse she never smile at all. I use to go to Ignacio valley store and that one is most better that this one. I came for a bee polen and they didn’t have it, also the medicine and vitamins section is so small. I do not recommen to go to this store, never ever. The Walnut Creek’s one are much better. Also I was so hungry and I bough one bacon and egg sandwich and is was horrible 🤮
Its a smaller Whole Foods but its generally less crowded than other stores.
Grocery clerks make me feel good about shopping at WF. Store is clean. High prices are consistent with register. WF displays ingredients not in package food.
Found everything I needed. Great Customer Service!
Good service; nice people…
I always enjoy coming to this location- not only do they sometimes carry things you have trouble finding at other locations, but the employees here are almost constantly offering to help assist you :)
Good selection on quick bites options
Over rated, pastry dry, cut frut no utensils
While there is an ok selection of groceries here, its not a huge variety. The prices are decent for the quality they carry. However without the prepared food section, I only stop here when Im on my way home, because its convenient.
Beautiful place to go shopping.
The salad bars are open which is great.
Very clean and wonderful store layout! Everything felt bright and nice. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Love Whole foods is a good place to shop.
Places is to expensive they have alot of good stuff but can get it at sprouts
I love it here
Clean store, well stocked, bright, kind staff, social distancing observed.
Always great prices, variety and customer service.
CleanStaff rocksAlways stockedMy go to storeUpdate 12-1-2020Having moved to Concord less then a year ago. This is my favorite place to shop. While I have used Whole food via amazon shopping to have it delivered. They shop at the one in Walnut Creek. Which never seems to have anything I need in stock. The one in Concord however does. Plus I absolutely love their staff. Anytime I have ever walked around lost or asked for help. They have dropped what there were doing an gave me their full attention. Even when I said it was ok. Just to point me in the right direction. They still always walk me to it or try to find the items for me.Plus checking out is always fun. They don’t rush you and you get to know the checkers! Julie is one of my favs! While some of the customers may be disgruntled because they have to wait in line. That’s life. I don’t mind waiting. While it may not be the closest store to me. I will continue to shop here. The staff is always wonderful, fruits and veggies are always fresh, great quality meat, and so many choices! Despite being a smaller store.
My old work concord whole foods the red headed step child of the whole foods world..hello peeps go see Josh or Richard in the kitchenJohn in the meat dept b4 2 produce denise thats my homie Ill ride on anybody for her.. also check stands my girl julie what up wit cha boo. Sammie corrina Jordan.. o ya how can I forget Donna Dave ruth Taylors denise the home boy drew droopie and my fav of all mr RODGER....LOVE YA BUDDY
Clean Grocery...Organized very well
Its a 365 Whole Foods! 🤓 ... not sure what that means, though 🤔 ... gotta do my research 🧐 ... Lol 😅 ... nevertheless, it is one of the newer Whole Foods in the beautiful Veranda Plaza & a great place to get high end, quality & organic food & products 👌🏼👍🏼👆🏼
The delivery service seems to be very good! It beats impulse buying and standing in lines to enter or check out.The quality of the produce delivered is great!
Good store
I frequently shop at the traditional Whole Foods in Walnut Creek, and Mill Valley. I eat only organic foods, and I know that Whole Foods will have the items Im looking for. I decided to shop at 365 Whole Foods, to check out their selection of products and prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, and prices at this new store. I was able to get most of the items I needed, and the prices are less than the traditional Whole Foods. The only reason I gave the store 4 stars, is because they didnt have everything I needed. In addition, there is no butcher or fresh fish department. All fresh meat, and fish products are pre-packaged, and there is a smaller selection to choose from. However, I still highly recommend this new version of Whole Foods. The prices are definitely better than the traditional Whole Foods, and the selection of fruits and vegetables are excellent.
Great customer service and outstanding employees absolutely loved it
Great store, great products!
The 365 version of Whole Foods doesnt stock many of the items I shiyp for at the full version of WF
Busy but doable. People close while shopping
Excellent selection of foods with a helpful staff. Foods are more expensive than other places however fruits and veggies are fresh and of top quality. Great selection of healthy make a meal to go.
I bought some halibut that was very good, I dont usually by fish at a supermarket, I was pleasantly surprised, also the staff was friendly.
Nice and clean place, but a bit pricey for my taste.
This place is what every Whole Foods should evolve into. It has a very European grocery vibe; a more advanced Fresh & Easy Market feel. I love everything about this store. Its very clean and organized. It has a great selection of product and they are electronically marked for easy pricing and ingredients listing. Their hot bar is more inclusive and yet there is still 3 other hot food choices to choose from. Im totally in love. Even though it is much smaller than a traditional whole foods, it still feels like it has everything you need.
Has lots of options for a healthy eating life style....but I must say that eating healthy does cost the average household more and mostly you see singles or adults without kids here....no kids roaming the isles which speaks of a family not being able to afford the foods offered.
Most overpriced grocery store of all time, $6.00 for off-brand ice cream
One of the only places with oatmilk ice cream. Thank yall
Love this place! Great prices and good quality products. Most importantly, good service. The employees are eager to help customers and seem to be positive uplifting spirits. The check out lines go very fast. Good Job 365!
Not as large or fully stocked as other Whole Foods.
Clean, calm, friendly and WHITE! ;)
Clean. Friendly staff.helpful
Love that store
If you are looking for vitamins and thinking this is a real whole foods store... it’s not. It has a tiny vitamin section with only 365 brand items. The store has low shelving so you can see the whole store - another way of saying it has leas than half if what you’d expect to find in a real grocery store. Off to sprouts. Better name...Half Foods.
This store is my new favorite. It’s a lot like a regular Whole Foods but without the crippling bankruptcy. In all reality, I’m a long time fan of Whole Foods, but the prices can really get to be a bit much. This place has a similar feel but the prices are far more reasonable.
Nice store in a great shopping center. Kind of underwhelmed with the experience. It is a very sparse market. Going from the store in Walnut Creek where you could get almost anything, I was disappointed. They have fruits and veggies and that was highlight. The meat department was empty. They had prepared foods and that was ok but not the quantity, same for meat department at a big/normal Whole Foods. Dont know if I would go back, probably just goto to Safeway or if I needed the experience go to Walnut Creek instead.
Awesome selection, good prices. Main problem is check out! Usually not enough staff and the conveyor belts are so short you have to run back and forth between loading the conveyor belt and bagging your groceries.
Brand new clean store! This location is a bit smaller than most of the Whole Foods stores Ive been to, and as such they dont carry everything you might be used to finding at Whole Foods. That said, they do have a lot, including ready-to-eat hot food. Everything is well labeled and organized and they have very helpful staff. It definitely makes a nice addition to my neighborhood!
The food by weight area has a good selection. They have pasta salads, Indian food, Pizzas, and more. They have a good salad and fruit bar. There is an area in the front with shaded tables and chairs. It is located within a new shopping center. Plenty of parking.
Very clean and great authentic customer service. Its a totally different atmosphere than Im used to at other grocery stores. Very pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Too many people shopping to keep distant from others.
I love that this is here and I can bike to it. It has mini-restaurants inside of it including a great taco bar where you order through a tablet and they hand you your food 5 min later. My only issue is that the 3 tacos (which completely filled me up) I ordered with flour tortillas completely ripped open the moment I tried to pick them up. I want to eat tacos with my hands, not with a fork!
Cant say enough good things about this store. If I lived closer it would be the only place I shop. Clean, well laid out. Amazing slection of packaged meals, delicious hot bar. Amazing soda on tap (try the coconut soda) and delicious fresh meat. Also did I mention the workers are insanely friendly and seem very happy to be working here. Love this place.
I see what theyre trying to do here but the effect is sterile at best. While the lockers for Amazon pickup is convenient, the food store is lacking in the number of products they carry. Its kind of like Sprouts but not. Just my 2 cents.
I went here for the first time on their opening night, and it was a very pretty, bright, open, inviting grocery store to shop at. This might even be the first Whole Foods Market 360 that has opened as far as I know. There were several things that had very good and competitive prices, but there was a lot that seemed somewhat expensive as well. I also liked that they had several food stores that were included as part of this experience. I ended up coming back a few days later to try one of their bowls, even though Chipotle was a half a mile away.
So, I love this place. I just moved to this area from Marin. True to some of the Marin stereotypes I was freaking out over where Im going to shop and do they have a Whole Foods?!! Adding to that is the fact that Im a plant based vegan so my options start to dwindle really quickly. This place is huge! Everything is super fresh, clean, organized, and staff are pleasant. It has way more options for someone who eats like myself than the Whole Foods I use to go to. The attached Urban Remedy and Next Level Burger are awesome too and Im finding that the prices are way more reasonable than I was use to (making me feel a little less annoyed about the Whole Paycheck feeling you get when shopping at a traditional Whole Foods). Check this place out!!
All was good!
Lacks vegan variety but that seems to be congruent to the area. It’s a decent size with competitively priced organic goods. Overall pleased we no longer have to drive all the way to Walnut Creek.
I love how everything is digitized, including the price markers. Great place to grab food for lunch. They have a hot bar just like the regular Whole Foods at $7.99 per pound plus a custom burrito/pizza ordering. Produce seems competitive priced, similar to Safeway but better quality.
Great selection of foods. Its bright and open. Fun to place a custom taco order in the back while I kept shopping. Great deal for the price.
This is the only whole foods Ive been to so take this review with a grain of salt. The store was clean and the employees helpful. Every food item I purchased from this location was bad. Suppose that could just boil down to the items I chose but when 10 out of 10 things miss the mark Id just rather write a place off.
This Whole Foods store in one of my favorite as ALL Whole Foods stores are a little different and they dont ALL carry the same products
Clean and well lit store. Helpful employees. Close parking with two EVSE.
Really love this new Whole Foods 365 store so close to my house. I can walk there it’s so close. I bought many of the same items that I usually get at the Walnut Creek Whole Foods for less money. So happy to have a Whole Foods in my neighborhood. Can’t wait to try the plant based restaurant in the store. A friend said it was great.
To be honest, this place hasnt lived up to the hype for me. The food selection hasnt been anything special and the prices are average, but Im most disappointed in the service here. Almost every time Ive ordered from the taqueria, the cashiers will be doing other things and orders will build up. My biggest gripe though is how slow the checkout stands are. This isnt because theyre busy, but the cashiers are just really slow AND most of the other ones are closed. I think the store could benefit from at least one self checkout machine for those who just need to buy one or two items and I think it could make a big difference.
Very clean and well stocked store. Employees are very kind and helpful, and they have a really good vegetarian burger place inside
Looks nice
Although this is an aesthetically pleasing new store. As a Whole Foods it is very disappointing. The inventory is isnt much and couple that with the shelves not being stocked as needed my trips there have left me disappointed and frustrated because I was unable to find what I came in to buy and had to stop again somewhere else. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. I have given this store a fair 3 strikes and Im done.. for a while at least. I hope they improve..
This is basically a smaller Whole Foods but better organized and well stocked, which is all I can ask for. This was my first time visiting and certainly not my last because i really liked it here!
It’s a very clean looking store but if you are looking for vegan, raw food it’s not the place to go! The 360 is like a Trader Joe’s! It was a waste of my time. But you are looking a trader joe type of store it’s great! If your looking for what Whole Foods usually is, then it’s not the best! No organic salad bar or any organic hot food! A real disappointment! But, at least I know not to go to another 360 again!
Nice staff
Good selection and process, helpful and friendly employees, plenty of free parking, and easy access to the freeway
Compared to San Francisco stores this one is the best. Everything on it’s place. Wide space for walking. Not crowded. Great choice of everything.
Amazon RUINED this place. It looks cold and has lost all its personal touches. I can find all the same stuff at Safeway for less and have a better experience. I give this place 1 year before it gets closed or sold to a smarter company. Amazon should stick to selling things online because they have no idea how to set up a store in the real world. Horrible service, people are not cattle, they want a personal and human touch. Go to a Nugget market if you want super fresh foods and A+ customer service.
They have a limited selection of their soups. No low sodium choices. Their hot bar leaves a lot to be desired.
Lack of produce and what was there looked tired
Our favorite grocery store, the best in our surrounding. High quality and organic food. Friendly and courteous staff.
I love coming here! The place is always immaculate and the workers here are super friendly and willing to help. I also appreciate how fresh all the produce is.
Love the fact that they have a plant based restaurant and a 100% green car charging station so convenient its awesome
This is the first Whole Foods that I’ve been to that looks like this. Most are a bit bigger and offer a better variety of, well, everything.
The food sold there is great & fresh quality you expect from Whole Foods at an affordable cost. Friendly reminder: If you have but allergies be sure to read the labels before eating free samples. I learned to do this the hard way😊
Great food selection. Store was extremely cold
It was my first time in the store.I was very impressed. Some of the prices were good.I like the fresh fruit, salad & food part. I plan on going again soon.
