A gun store is as personal as a good barber. Found this place and don’t want another. They’d probably prefer I buy a gun, but for now I drop in to relax.

The prices are considerably lower than all the other places I checked in or near Charlotte. Very knowledgeable about all the guns & rifles I asked about & NC gun laws. A little ride from Charlotte but Im so happy I did the prices are amazing. I would suggest before purchasing a weapon anywhere else in or around Charlotte to definitely check here first!

Made my first gun purchase at a gun show from Rob and can honestly say it was an awesome experience! The selection was extensive, the prices were great but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! They do not have the typical attitude that a lot of gun sellers give off and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire transaction, from browsing with my other half to asking questions from the personable young assistant Josh (a credit to his parents for raising such a respectful young gentleman) to the actual purchase. We visited almost every booth at this large show and no one was as welcoming and helpful as Repent. As an inexperienced user who really doesnt care for guns, this seller has my respect for being so top-notch. Thank you for making my first gun purchase a great one!

I absolutely love this place! Not only is Rob knowledgeable at his craft but he genuinely cares about his customers. I wont buy any other guns from anyone else but HIM. I highly recommend him to all my friends who are looking for new guns, etc. Hes a great guy.

This place is top notch and are men of there words .I bought an AR10 from them at a gun show. I got it home and it had a problem, I spoke with the owner at a different gun show and he ask me to bring it by the shop. This is over an hour away from me, so I called them on a Friday evening and they were out of town for a gun show, they told me to be there at 10am on Monday. They were there and very helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. They did not have everything built for my gun so I had to leave it. They replaced the parts that needed to be replaced, fired the gun to make sure everything worked, then the owner of the shop drove halfway to my house to deliver the same day. I am very pleased with the customer service and work they do.

The place to go if you want the most knowledgeable staff around when it comes to anything having to do with firearms. They do a ton of gun shows so they are usually closed on Saturdays, not sure why it shows open on here, because they rarely are on weekends. May want to call first on the weekends. Otherwise, prices are super low and they are great guys.

Best kept secret in the Charlotte area. I have to admit, a few weeks ago I didnt know about Repent Arms, but now I do, and Im glad I have found them.Both of the men working there are great guys, very knowledgable about firearms and accessories. Honest and fair businessmen, which is rare these days.These are the type of guys I want to do business with, or just hang out and shoot the breeze with all afternoon.Great selection of guns and accessories. If they dont have it they can get it. And their prices are amazing. Great prices on guns, mags, ammo. Great to trade with as well. Very very fair on all their deals.Even if your not in the market to buy anything right now, just stop by and talk with these guys. You will not be disappointed. Ive always had nothing but good experiences with them. I dont really like ordering firearms online, so its cool to have a local gun store that has guns that youre actually into but that might be hard to find elsewhere. They also helped get a trust set up for a suppressor, which is really nice.

Rob has always done right by me. He is a joy to work with is always willing to help those with less knowledge. Wont give you that stupid unwelcoming feeling most gun shops will. This guy sold me a messed up Mauser at a gun show and has ignored all my emails to him about it. Stay away this guy is shady. Seems nice, but has no business ethic. Sold me a non-functioning firearm with out so much of a mention that it would need parts. Another 90 bucks on parts and I still cant get it working properly.

Not sure what the guy is talking about with the messed up Mauser, but that really doesnt sound at all like Repent Arms. Not in the least. Rob has met me at 10PM at night at his old location to give me a magazine, when I found out the Ruger 10/22 I bought from him at a show was missing a mag in the box from the factory. He didnt have a factory 10 round mag at the time, so he just gave me a 25 round, at no extra cost. Any other store would have referred me to the manufacturer.Little things like that make a difference, and you dont get that kind of attention at just any store. I will continue to use Repent for anything I might need.
