I needed a 13 year old safe that I had bought from a different safe company moved from my basement to a different house. John at the Concord store quoted me a price and confirmed my requested move date. Not only did his guys show up on time and with the proper equipment but they took exceptional care to not damage my floors, door thresholds, pool tile, and grass and then re installed the safe and answered all of my questions before leaving. It is fantastic to see a company with employees that care and do everything they say they are going to do and more!

Bought a safe here recently. I spoke with the store Mgr. Jon several times before making my purchase. He answered all my questions and his positive attitude did not change when I inquired about lower costing/smaller size safes. Jon was very knowledgeable about all the brands of safes they sale and others I told him I was looking at. I REALLY did not plan on spending what I did on a safe. To be honest it was Jon’s customer service and positive attitude that made me buy a safe from him. Even after getting the safe loaded in my truck he said to me call him with any questions or concerns I may have. Hard to find customer service like this anymore.

Sales was a great experience, delivery was great as well!. But I had an light issue and sagging top shelf when delivered. I was a little disappointed at that time because it wasnt cheap and wrote a bad review but then they reached out and was able to fix all issues. What a great company I am so glad I went with liberty safe and liberty safe of Concord! I highly recommend buying from them!

Great place to shop for gun and general home safes. They have a good selection of different sizes and interior options. The sales staff was most helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Be sure to take your room & door dimensions with you, as I did not, to get one that fits your needs.

At Liberty Safe of Concord, the owner has an excellent knowledge of the product, no pushing sales pitches used, and several products are on display to view and ask questions about. I would highly recommend this product over the others, but dont take my word for it...go visit and see for yourself.

Great store. Jon was very helpful and able to explain all the differences between the safes and accessories. Lots of displays. This was the only real safe store I found in Charlotte. For everybody else, safes are a side line item. Delivery and installation was fast and I like that the delivery guys work for the store.

The man that works in here is a former Marine and is very knowledgeable on all things safe related. The showroom is great and has just about one of everything you could think of. When I walked in he explained everything to me had an answer for every question I had and told me about products that I didnt even know existed yet, the technology of the safes has greatly improved over the past 10 years not that they were bad to begin with. The man that works here is extremely helpful and Ill be honest Ive been pricing out safes all around Charlotte area for about 3 months now and the prices here are fair if not the best around Plus the selection is much better than most other places and they can ship it right to your front door and have it installed no questions asked. The best part is the safes come with a lifetime warranty on not just the safe but the locking mechanism as well. If youre in the market for a safe for cabinet I would definitely recommend these guys before going anywhere else. I also would like to add the fact that this guy is not a pushy salesperson, he works with you to help you find the perfect safe for your home and to fit your budget.

Jon in the showroom knows his product and was a great help while making my decision. The delivery crew are friendly and knowledgeable Liberty employees and took great care, flawlessly delivering and mounting a 700 lb safe. It’s an awesome safe and very glad I took my time to find the perfect one!

A great experience. I had a gun cabinet that I needed to upgrade to a safe for valuables, guns etc. From John in Sales, to the white glove delivery, it was done perfectly. If you need a valuables or gun safe, they have the best quality for the price and it is a excellent purchasing experience. I would absolutely reccomend.
