Great place to buy fish and seafood. They clean and fry the fish without extra charge if needed. But they couldnt package it well and fish got soggy when we reached home. They show the origin of the fish and whether wild or farmed on the price tag. There is a wide selection of Asian groceries and goods but mostly from the Philippines. Rambutans were the best Ive seen.

The best, the employees were nice and one of the side stores named DesignCO or something like that sold Filipino merchandise and was great quality.

This is definitely a place to shop if you are looking for food from the Orients. This City Supermarket is mostly known by the Asian community but easy to love by everyone! You can make a selection in their food court if what you want to eat and shop at the market. They have a watch repair stand and a real state company as well. By the way there is a huge parking lot! One of my favorites in the court is Grill City! They have fresh meat in a skewer always grilling!!!

Veggies are fresh and everything is organized. Just dont know about grocery on line. Other market they send not fresh fruits and veggies hope not in your store. I once work at sprouts farmers market.

Very poor customer service!!! How could a cashier sarcastically answer back a paying client? I forgot my wallet in my car when it was my turn but it was not rang up yet. I told Wendy, the cashier to put it on the side, do the next man behind me and I will be right back. It did not take me 2 minutes to be back. The man was just finishing up when I came back. Wendy started the next customer knowing I was already there. after that next customer, she told me to go back in line and I said no, my things are already right next to you. I did not leave my wallet at the house but in the car. Wendy SARCASTICALLY answered Otherwise you wont be out here. You guys are in the customer service for heavens sake! Practice it!

AFC Tofu Pudding, known as “Taho” I recently bought was spoiled although exp date was not till July 13, 3 weeks from date I bought it. Unfortunately, not the 1st time it happened. I thought I would give it another try since it’s been 2 years and I really miss having “taho” for breakfast. Anyways, never ever will I buy Taho from this store again, and their Tapioca Pearls in syrup tasted like mold. Yeah, I agree with the last reviewer, this store sells old moldy food & they’re pricey!

Its a fine place to shop with loads and loads of non American treats and dishes to choose from its a refreshing step into another land I will go back and try new things every dayI start my quest with pork buns and a marinated chicken and Bok choy next time I go back I will try even more exotic foods Im quite excited.

The Employees at Seafood City Supermarket are Very Nice and pleasant and also very Professional.. The Prices are very Reasonable especially at these hard times and understand about the Fair market and food they sell, Everything thing there is good and clean. I will start my shopping for seafood and other food products there from now and in the future..

This morning i bought a box of goldilocks ube crinkles and paid full price. I found out when i got home that the unopened cookies are full of molds and damp on the underside inside the box. Tried calling the store to complaint and get a refund but no answer. Their receipt has a notation that no exchange and return is temporarily suspended but i dont think it should apply in this case. Hope management can see this. Here are pix of said product. It doesnt have expiration or best by date

The bbq chicken feet is hard, has no taste,unedible & expensive! For 2 small malnourished chicken feet for $2 is hwy robbery. You guys should remove this item from your menu! What a waste of money. You don’t deserve even 1 star. The system will not let me post w/out putting a star.

A wide variety of fresh fish. Free cleaning and deep fry. Takes about 15 minutes on average to prepare.

The market is well stocked with a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and non perishable items. The meat department doesnt disappoint. I dont recommend waiting for fresh fish to be cleaned unless you have time on your hands. I waited over 30min to get 1 fish cleaned. You may want to get your fish first and proceed to do your shopping & maybe your fish will be ready for pickup

Very satisfied with this store. Very clean and good location. Much larger than other locations and also has a food court as well! Highly recommend it!

I suggest that the management should always be present at all times especially during peak hours. The cashier felt so stressed, asking for help. There were NO social distancing, please be reminded it is still pandemic. Be safe.

Seafood city is no doubt the Best place to shop for groceries.The only problem is that there ate still some not all that are arogant.If we can only eliminate this attitude it will be perfect.Otherwise an excellent place.

If you love Southeast Asian products...this is where the place to be. Nice atmosphere and very polite customer service. I would definitely going back again and try to eat @ the fastfood restaurant. I heard the food there is so good. I recommend it to everybody to visit Seafood City Supermarket. You wont he disappointed!

Really poor service, they dont care about customer service, even the manager doesnt care, IS LIKE EVEN WORST THAN THE PHILIPPINES. 45 MINUTES AND THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT MY FRIED FISH WONT BE DONE FOR ANOTHER 40 MINUTES, UNACCEPTABLE.

Use to be cheap now expensive, prices over sea probably went up. Buying from here is okay until you buy fish and have it clean or grill youll have to wait nearly 40 min. I picked out two fishes to clean and it took 40 mins and this is not the first time. Highly recommend don’t buy the ice cream it’s been in the ice cooler for a while. Other than that the produce, noodle and meat sections are good!

Went to pickup som king hawaiin buns found that they were mouldy no on was interested.This place should be inspected by contra costa public health there is definitely a lack of hygiene.The checkout service is terrible so slow and not enough checkers

Customers should pay attention on your receipts. Cashiers at the Seafood city Concord, CA will overcharge you. Once i was overcharged $500 for 3 sticks of fishballs. Also multiple charge for 1 grocery item. I don’t know if its incompetency or deliberate. Customers beware.

KARMA” will take over from kin of kin! Filthy and greasy floor when you enter the place. When the customer entertaining the facility the employees looking at you like eye of a tiger and when you asked them a question they are sarcastic!!!Just went inside then went out, I thought this place changed.

Great deals in fresh produce. Good quality. Seafood is great and there are some really good deals, especially on whole fish. Cleaning the fish took a long time though, so put your order in at the beginning of your shopping trip and come back to pick it up.

Saw this and went inside. Ate at Jollibee which is pretty good. After eating, I went in to do some shopping since we dont have this is Texas. It was 1 PM 06/28/19 Friday and the cashier told me they were closed and wont open until tomorrow which is crazy because everybody is just stocking up shelves. Im not sure why they are closed on a FRIDAY.

The store is nice and fine but one of the employee (morning lady cashier) in the grilled city needs more training to be nice to the customer and she needs to explain to the customer to a better deal for the orders. This is the second time I encountered this lady. I worked in a customer service but this is not the right way to treat the customers.

The worst. Concord store is pretty but meat counter sucks . Your prices are higher than valejo store and it it seems like you cut back on some stuff. Vallejo store is 100% better.

Seafood City has an amazing butcher that always has good prices and quality meats. Great for families on a budget looking for healthy options for meals.

My biggest complaint is that theyre extremely slow at serving the customers. Ive been coming here for a year and every single time, no matter if its 1, 2 or 8 people ahead of me in line, I end up waiting a really long time. They never apologize for the wait or even say something like Ill be with you shortly. Theres no excuse for being so slow that a person has to wait 10 minutes when theres only 2 people ahead of you in line.I come here to just buy the grilled chicken, but sometimes all they have is a bunch of burnt overcooked chicken. I still come here every now and then but Id come more often if they learned some basic customer service skills, and actually had any sense of urgency when the line is long (or even short)

If you love fresh fish this is the place to buy they also clean fry for free, Filipino street food everyday.

Favorite supermarket

Horrible simply horrible.... Waiting for my fish to be cleaned took an hour. Than I had to use the rest room. No toilet paper and the floor was all wet. This is the second bad experience I had with the bathroom. I left my purchases behind called the store manager inside the store and walked out very unhappy.

Very good for Filipino things and they have basic Chinese veggies (bok choy, gai lan, etc.) but not a large variety compared to Ranch 99. Their selection of fish is excellent but there are no markings as to where its from or whether its farm or wild. For me, thats a deal-killer. If you dont care you will like their selection.The store in Daly City offers a lot more selections, and if you are looking for non-Filipino food there are better alternatives close by.

Im not sure if I knew much about Filipino food before I visited this little food mall but now I certainly know a little bit more!Grill City is one of the food places inside Seafood City. They offer grilled seafood, chicken, and pork. I liked the squid, pipino fish, talapia, and the BBQ chicken skewers. There are some sides to it, especially the beans and sweet potato were a nice addition. Prices are reasonable and portion size decent.Oh, and if you want balut - the supermarket has it.
