My family and I have been Norcal customers for nearly a year. It is important to me that my family have good quality foods... grass fed beef, free range chicken, and organic vegetables. It is a painless way to keep food in the home ready to go when I am pushed for time ( always ) It is so much better for us than fast food. The ground beef is incredibly tender and tasteful, I never noticed really the taste of ground beef until I had theirs...it was far superior to grocery store meat. When i lost my job last year, they were so understanding and compassionate. They let me make our payments when we could vs when they were due. It helped us so much, not to mention the freezer being full of food while our income was so little. They gave us a freezer to keep our food in!!! Amazing! I appreciate that they use use local farms and have incredibly high standards. This family will always be a Nor cal family!!! it saves me a bundle not going to the grocery store twice a week. Call Jennifer and ask her any questions you have...she answered all of mine and never lost her patience or was anything but courteous. Ray is great also...he will help you plan how much food you need. Our first order was almost exactly on target with how many meals we prepared each week. The Groves are raving fans:)

One of the owners came out and told me about the certified organic food and how much the meat would not shrink and would taste really good. Yep! The one thing he said is that it would defrost fast. Nope. He also said the software they created would decide how much I needed. It was too much. But its lasting a long time. I hope I am not obligated to buy the same amount.The vegetables are indeed delicious. The pre-made foods are okay - the stuffed breast of chicken totally lacked flavor but the taquitos are really good.I remember the owner did say he would check to see if all items are my order were gluten free - he must have forgotten. All in all, Id say a good experience that I will continue.
