Very nice staff, and exceptionally clean store.
Walgreens is my favorite store to stop at for just about everything. I even pick up dinner there. Its always clean and the staff is incredible. I love this place!

Gavin, the pharmacist at the Concord, NH branch is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Please teach him some customer service. You lost my business that will amount to thousands of dollars for you.
Store was clean line was getting long associates were chatting and had to be told to take care of customers once told though line went quickly Managers jumped up and handled situation efficiently but employees should know they are there to work lol
They have great sales! Smiling faces. Come in get everything you need in one stop. The pharmacy is always speedy and efficient! The old RPHs Katelyn and Stuart were the best. Even Stuarts flu shots dont hurt!
Got a drive in COVID test here. I was tested promptly at the scheduled time, the test lady was pleasant, and I got my result by email 36 hours later 👍
Stuart in the pharmacy deserves a shout out, and likely all the people in that department because its going on a year and I have never experienced a problem during any encounter or interaction with them.In the last two weeks they have gone over the top to help me get my meds., working with the insurance which recently became very problematic.Despite a ton of work, Stuart called my insurance where it took 3 interactions, some seeming unkind, for him to get me straight and get my med. pick-up started. I am grateful.I know you all are doing what you are doing, but you are doing it with unprecedented limitations at a time when everyones patience is wearing thin. Hive-five you, Stuart, and all the folks at the Walgreens pharmacy on Loudon Rd.PS: I encourage anyone to read others of my reviews, including one of an abysmal Walgreens experience (Beverly, MA). I call a spade a spade having worked in both customer service and quality assurance, know good customer service when I experience it, as well as the bad and the ugly.
Tonight my neice and I visited Walgreens in Concord NH on London rd #11376 it was raining and we didnt notice we left are face mask at home so I popped my head in and asked the man at the register if they had 2 disposable ones I could buy. He rudely snapped at me saying he doesn’t just hand out Face mask and it was my job to make sure we had them witch I normally do just rather not walk back in the rain and have to walk all the way back! But I ended up buying a 3pack so we could shop! When we were done shopping the same man checked us out! After ringing up our items he let me know the total and I asked if I had any points I could use! He looked at me as if he was upset with my question and snapped saying I had $10.00 so I said Id like to use them! Again he snapped telling me to put my area code in! But when I did it I hit the wrong numbers and he said Wrong area code in the future it is 03301 and refused to let me use them even with ID! So I paid the full amount! I have worked in customer service for 15+ years and have been a manager for the past 10 years! I understand having a bad day but this man was way out of line. I typically don’t write complaints but his attitude wasn’t called for! He didnt have a name tag on but he was a older man small build short salt n pepper hair and not pleasant at all! Ill definitely be going to CVS from now on!
Pharmacist here is incredible, so many negative people on here yet they dont even realize what these pharmacists go through daily. Thank you all for the hard work especially for being on the frontlines during a pandemic.
If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS WALGREENS. This is now my THIRD time going back just this one day because of how many times they’ve messed it up. I paid for a 90ct of a prescription and I get home and realize they only gave me 30 but made me pay for the full 90. He then decided to tell me they wouldn’t charge me for the extra 60. I honestly have no idea how these people made it through pharmacy school if they can’t even count. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to.

Worst customer service ever! Hung up on multiple time by manager on duty and threatened by her. Will take my ten years of business to your competitor! Cant take C are of a simple issue that was an employees fault to begin with on a Sunday without the store manager. Might as well let the cashiers run the store. Why pay a supervisor when they cant do ANYTHING and treat customers terribly. Our and they cant bother the store manager on her day off...look out..hope nothing serious happens..dont bother her on her day off..I use to work for Rite Aid for years as a supervisor and before that at JCPenney. Never in my life would I ever treat a customer the way I have been treated today.. Last I knew, that how you lose customers. Already lost me as a pharmacy customer now in general and the word WILL spread..
I just waited over 40 minutes for a prescription, after the pharmacist specifically said 10-15 minutes. I finally give up and drive home. When I arrive, there is a message telling me my prescription is ready. if this were a singular experience I could probably write it off as a bad day, but it happens repeatedly. I have had it: I will be switching to another pharmacy where the staff value my business enough to be honest about how long I can expect to wait and treat me with courtesy for a change. All of my family business and the shopping I do in the rest of your store will be going with me.

Worst experience ever. Will never fill here again. Take your business elsewhere. I waited almost 2 hours to pick up penacillin! When the incompetent staff was unable to input my insurance properly they needed to call my provider for follow up- after waiting 35 minutes with no call to the provider from the staff I finally paid the $16 out of pocket so I could leave already. The staff was rude and made me feel as if I was being outrageous for expecting this to be an easy fill. Walgreens you will never get my business again.
Went in to get my wife 2 packs of cigarettes, I asked for Marlboro Menthol Black 100s. While I was putting in my phone number for their store discount card they cashier put the cigarettes in a bag with the other items I purchased. I got home and went to give my wife here cigarettes and realized the cashier gave me the regulars. No big deal I think....WRONG! I go back in and tell them they gave me the wrong ones, and they refuse to give me the correct ones. I argue with them for a min about how I asked for menthol when I bought them, but they said because I left the building they cant do anything about it. Mind you we live within walking distance to the store, and when I returned a whole 9 min had passed since the transaction. This store used to be amazing, but when Mr.Marsten left the store it has gone down hill big time. I recommend avoiding this store all together.
This walgreens does not return phone calls nor does it allow to speak with a manager when you call. They also allow the cashiers to say and do what they want to the customer. The young lady that waited on us 5-8 weeks ago did not say thank you or ask us to come back nor did she even offer us our cash receipt. She even made a statement about the size of my wife. My child ran from the store and then we got back to hotel and discovered there were 2 larges packages of the pull up training pants for girls and 1 large 300 ct advil missing from the purchase. I am sick of trying to get this taken care of. I am dying of terminal lung and kidney cancer and do not live in Concord. I want someone from the store to contact me with some type of resolution.
