Could not recommend this place more. We came in with an old PC that was being used to control a machine at my shop. They worked with our unusual situation (having to mix old and new components) until we were able to make a working system that could interface with my machine. Absolutely amazing service!

I showed up without knowing what I was getting into with my PC build and they showed me what I needed and helped me get to where I needed to be. 10/10 service. Will always recommend them. Thank you guys for showing me the way lol

I stopped by Horizon after a horrible computer (refurbished) purchase from Walmart. I was frustrated and confused by the lack of support from Wal-Mart and their 3rd party seller. The representative at Horizon was SPECTACULAR. He provided the missing parts I needed, took the time to explain important details about the computers functioning capabilities, and eased my mind. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, patient, and kind.

Great stuff, although pricey on some, it is still lower than other stores.

My second time visiting with Mike. My HP Pavilion with Vista Home finally gave out after 11 years 😂🤣😂🤣 Dropped if off to Mike Thursday am. The cost of repairs for that old of an OS did not make repairing it an option. But Mike did create a boot CD that allowed me to start it and access my personal data. Plus he loaded it all on my new machine that I purchased from them. And! Had all this done and back to me by end of the day!! Great service, price and advice!! 👍👍👍

So Ive finally gotten around to sitting down and writing this on the computer I bought from Horizon. Ive been too busy playing games that my old laptop (2009 Mac, victim of a beer spill, RIP) couldnt even begin to load.Now the manager (owner? sorry, been a while) gave me a whole lot of information that I didnt know I needed, and then some. From the start, I felt like he was on a mission to to give/find/build me a product that matched my needs instead of just pushing a quick marked-up display model and calling it a day. He checked the specs of the most intensive games I planned on playing and used that information to inform my personal build. I was there giving the OK at every step of the process. He even check in, days after our consultation, about a quad to six core upgrade for free (yes) and the fan backlight color (and he changed it from green to red.) He even offered to show me the steps of putting my custom computer together, although I was a no-show for that, for which I apologize. Further research on the parts for my new computer shows that the price I got was excellent.Overall, I consider the staff, especially the manager, transparent, informative, and reliable. Ill go here for all my computational needs from now on.

Will have all u want 100 less. Great price abd was ready same day. Transfered data and computer warranty for free. Finally found a place with great service and price. If youre looking to buy a computer youre better off buying a computer from best buy stock price. I recently bought a computer for around 300$ just as a foundation i didnt inspect the specs thoroughly i assumed it was a great place with fair prices boy was I wrong. this computer which I am writing this review from is worth max 180$ and thats quite a high price for what it is. I do not recommend purchasing fully built computers from them or refurbished computers theyll put windows 7 in it and raise the price by 120$. I cannot speak for their other products though.

The absolute best place to get anything computer related. I had a computer that would shut off after a hour of gaming, I took it to several places with no luck. I took it to Horizon, 10 minutes after I dropped it off they called me back saying it was fixed and the fan was seated wrong on the processor that Best Buy had installed. Theyre are local people thatll take good care of you without up selling you stuff you dont need.

Went there to have an old computer scanned for any lost or forgotten files, home videos and pics before I trashed it. They were quick, helpful, and friendly. Called me back in 2 hours. Price was very fair. Never use Geek Squad again!

Had a very pleasant experience at Horizon. Didnt know what to do about the shattered bezel on my Lenovo U530 (turns out it was like a disease for that laptop) so I took it in and they quoted me a great price to epoxy everything together. Turnaround time was great and service was fine. Vick is the man!

Was looking for a local repair shop for my notebook and PC. The notebook technician, Vic, was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem the same day and had it repaired quickly. My PC had a virus, so they completely cleaned it of viruses, spyware and other programs that we had inadvertently installed all within 24 hours. While I was there, I noticed that they still sold Windows 7. What a relief to find new Windows 7 Notebooks and PCs. I had been looking everywhere for them but all retail stores carry are Windows 8 units. I will definitely come back to buy a Windows 7 PC from them.

I stumbled across this place in search of specific hardware locally to avoid shipping costs and lengthy waits on receiving parts. After arriving at the shop and speaking with the employee that decided to engage me (middle aged man with glasses and condescending attitude.) I found their knowledge of computer hardware to be quite basic. Ive been building computers for 12+ years, with extensive knowledge of all hardware involved. I was basically told I was wrong about the part I needed and treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. The experience was enough for me to forgo the search for local hardware in the event that I need more and simply order it off a big-box website. At least the websites dont argue with me about what I actually need and how to install it.

I called the company and brought in a DVR that was not working. Mike took the hard drive out and tested it and said it was bad. He installed a hard drive. He said if it did not work bring it back. It did not work,so I brought it back the next day. He didnt know anything about fixing DVRs, but he got angry when I brought it back and told him the hard drive did not fix the problem. He charged me $50 for the labor, but would not put the original hard drive back in it when I brought it back, even though it only took him about 5 minutes to take it out and put one in. He just said he was not going to put the hard drive that was in it back in. I was not happy about that at all.

Our family has been doing business with Horizon for over 8 years now. We have bought over 5 computers with the company and they all turned out to be the best that we have ever purchased. We recently suffered from a devistating house fire in which it required our data to be recovered. Mike recovered every precious, little photo, logo, document, video, that we thought was lost forever. Not only that, we replaced our burnt ones with even better ones! A Samsung laptop, and a custom Asus 1 TB, Quad Core processor tower with a beautiful 20 inch monitor. I dont know what these other fair to poor reviews are all about but they need to continue to shop at Best Buy because they are apparantly too cheap to appreciate good, decent work. If you want a system made for you that will last a long time, go with Horizon. If you wanna go cheap, go cheap and you will get what you pay for. I know I did.Keep up the good work Horizon!
