The best old school cobbler ( located in the back of the Birkenstock store) ..Hands down!! They have been taking care of my most cherished boots for over 10yrs! I wouldnt trust any other! They have a fabulous leather bags & unique hand crafted leather finds!! The owner is super talented ~ personable & kind!! I absolutely recomend & 5 stars easy!!!

I had the most amazing experience at the Concord, NH store. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and they welcomed my little dog, Flora. But even better were the pants! The Kuhl stretchy, cotton cargo pants are cool, fit perfectly and have lots of pockets to carry stuff, like a cell phone, face mask, and even my farmers knife! This is the one place I shop for clothing and shoes.

Such a friendly atmosphere! Dropped off some repairs for the cobbler out back (United Shoe Repair, who does great work!) and shopped around afterwards. Fell in love with one of the Kuhl jackets and everyone was so helpful with providing information about the brand. Had some nice conversations and I honestly didn’t want to leave because they felt like friends almost immediately. Just a really nice place to visit. Great quality apparel and accessories. I’ll be back soon! Thank you guys!

Thank you for being the only store in MA, RI and NH that had Taos for me to try on. The sales person was patient and helpful as I tried on multiple pair. And although you didnt have them in stock, the employee ordered them for me. Long process but finally got them and I love them!!!!

I tried to place an order online, however I was getting an error message servers unavailable. The owner off the store helped me by taking my order over the and mailed my purchase to me free of charge. It’s nice to see that customer service is still a high priority with some companies.They have earned my business for any and all Birkenstocks.

Great place. Came here to get birkenstocks sandles due to foot issues and reccomendations and they not only helped me find the right shoes, but also fitted me to them. A month later I came back because of breaking in issues and they helped me out with the issue for free!!!
