Great customer service. Greeted ad soon hit the store 🏪 front

I returned some shoes and didn’t want to exchange them for anything else at the time, so the the cashier gave me a receipt for store credit. Since then I’ve tried to use store credit numerous times towards other purchases and every time they tell me they can’t accept any store credit because of a system upgrade. Why is that my problem? This has been going on for months. What kinda company doesn’t accept store credit that they issued to a customer. I even tried emailing their customer service and I get no response. It’s basically like shoe palace has stolen $125 from me at this point.

This place could be better if they worked on their customer service. Waited about 20 minutes to get run up. And when I got to the register the girl was just laughing and giggling with her co worker. It wasnt busy enough for them to not give great customer service. The only girl who was nice and asked if I need help was Jessica I believe that was her name.

I have never written a review online before. I tried to return shoes today that I bought on March 23, I realize that I passed the 14 day return policy but the website said it was a 30 day return policy. They refused to let me return the shoes. Ive been having health issues and I live far so I drove there today and the employees were so rude. I notice that is the same experience everyone has and the manager keeps saying that it is an isolated experience and to give the store a second chance. This is your opportunity manager to contact me and let me return the shoes. Thank you.

I just called to see if they are going to get a pair of shoes I was looking for this weekend and the guy that answered was so rude and he hung up on me. The store just opened an hour ago so it couldnt have been that busy that u answer questions before I even ask and then hang up right after ur done answering questions I didnt even ask. I guess Ill be going on line to order them.

I do not even give them a full star. The manager there Darnell is very rude and disrespectful to his employees as well as customers.I would not recommend anyone go there.. After he was rude to me and my kids he told us to get out of his store I told him I want his supervisors number and he said Yeah after you get out of my store. My kids are only 8 and 6 both terrified of the way this guy was treating people!! Never again..

I called to see if shoes were in stock and the employee left me on hold and never came back. After I hung up and call several times the phone was never answered.

I mean yeah they have nice selection but the customer service... now thats something to think about.. i mean not all of the employees were rude but one i was at the mall with my girl this weekend and i put some merchandise infront of my clothes to see how they would look and a employee was all like damn stop being gay. and i jst stood there couldnt believe what he said so i jst dropped the stuff and bought my shoes at champs.

Shoe Palace be taxing on their shoes they always increase the price a little bit more than what it should be and they never really have the sizes that I want I like Shoe Palace at the shop here a lot but now I usually tend to shop online or at Finish Line
