Cool store, I made the mistake one time when I was here of buying the way wrong size pair of shoes. Had no problem doing a return.

Order day after Thanksgiving, items still have not shipped, got an email that part of my order was canceled, and another email with a different shipping date. Cant cancel my order and get a refund until I receive the order, then they charge you to return it and wont refund my money for another 10 to 14 business days. Unacceptable! Reached out to customer service and they were no help. Buyer beware you may not even get your order, or on time for Christmas if you order from them.

I used to love the fashion here, but it has gone down hill in my opinion.
