My husband purchased items, dont carry my size here

If i could give it a zero i would. recently went in on aug31 made a purchase. they made me slide my card twice, so i was charged twice. now Im trying to get my refund and they told me they cant do nothing about it. tried talking to manager but she kept sending her assistant to try to help me out but she didnt know how.

I walked in for a return, as soon as I stepped in the store one of the employees checked my shoes to see if they were worn, they didn’t say nothing about them, one of the rude employee said “you can’t return those because they are dirty from the side!” I told the employee that when I got the shoe they were already like that and that I wanted a refund, the rude employee said NO! They can’t be and walk away! They are very rude employees in that store, they should not allow (teenagers) to work there.
