My daughter was helped by Sarah Jr to find her perfect prom dress. She asked my daughter first to look around. She sensed right away that my daughter is a bit overwhelmed so she asked different questions to find out what kind of dress she’s looking for. Long story short, she made my daughter feel comfortable and helped her by showing her different dresses she might like. She was there assisting my daughter while she tried on all the dresses.Kaley helped us when we came back for the dress and she was also very courteous and nice.The staff acknowledged us as soon as they see us and helped us as soon as they were available.

Awesome selection and customer service

We are rating their prom and tuxedo store only, not their other store. I agree with one of the reviewer, this is a very stressful place. Their sale associate was extremely condescending, rude, and behaved as though she didn’t want to help anyone. When she overheard us telling our current associate about the date of our event, she laughed at us loudly. The two sale associates kept laughing with each other and mocked the situation at our expense. We were okay if the truth was that it will take (3-4) weeks for a dress to be delivered to the store. Things happen in life and that’s why folks go shopping at different stores to find what they need. Please do NOT come to this store. They have very rude, immature, young associates that do not care if the store makes money or provide a level of customer service that the owner would be proud of. For the record, this associate has short brown hair that looks like a bob cut hairstyle. She will be the first person to rudely tell customers off, or how things operate. Then she will quickly disappear and not want to help anyone.

Wide selection of dresses and on top of that the staff is so enthusiastic and helpful! very pleasant experience!

Over all our experience was very good my daughter got a beautiful dress had plenty of dresses to choose from. My only irritation was that we spent over $500 on her dress and it did not come with a garment bag. I assumed it was an accidental oversight and when I asked for a garment bag the girl scoffed and told me that garment bags cost extra.So we walked out with the plastic dry cleaning bag over our $500 dress.

Amazing place! Big selection. Plenty of colors and styles for many occasions. Not many quinceanera dresses but a few on site, and they have an amazing online selection. Very nice associate helped us. Will be back definitely!

Absolutely amazing! A family friend had recommended gesinees and a few other places to me and Gesinees was our last stop. For months, I have been searching for that perfect prom dress! Online, in store, and even custom making. I went in with my guard up because none of the stores had dresses I could actually try on in store. The women were extremely nice and helpful! They gave me my color rings and my mom, my dad, and I went searching! My mom found a dress in my size and thought it would be nice to try on. And do you know, that the first dress was the dress that I fell in love with! Everyone in the store was in awe and thats when I knew, this is it! Completely in love! I felt so beautiful standing there! The most stressful process had then been turned into the most amazing process! Thank you to everyone in gesinees! I HIGHLY recommend them! They really care about you and finding the right dress! And to me, that is so important! They have enough people in there to help everyone, so youre not left wondering what to do while awkwardly standing around and looking at other girls try on dresses.

Expect to spend a long time at this store as you get different responses and options according to the different employees that assist you. No clear policies, no real options, but yes, they copy your ID and your credit card for anything minimal you rent.
