I was disappointed in the lack of service. One person was there doing alterations. She did not acknowledge people coming into the store and did not offer any assistance. I had called ahead of time to ask if an appointment was required and was told no appointment needed for the consignment area. I attempted to find the consignment area on my own by passing the person doing alterations. I believe it was in an area that was not accessible without store clerk help. The people in line waiting for their alteration appointment were very helpful and directed me to another store in the area. We traveled 75 minutes to be disappointed with this place. On a short time frame of 2 weeks to find a prom dress. Do not recommend!

Surprisingly good selection of used wedding gowns. Pricey, but some are brand new, never been worn before. Not bad service, just not exactly friendly or overly helpful. Guess I wasnt sure what to expect walking in. One woman was nice and helpful after I came out in a dress. Seems like they do a lot of alterations here too which is great.
