Ethan Allen has always been our furniture of choice for over a decade. The quality is good and the attention to detail impeccable. However, their service was put to the test recently when the switch on our leather recliner broke. We called Brian Combs, our designer who put us in touch with Tod Pohlmann from the Ethan Allen service center. The process to order the switch and schedule the appointment took a few weeks, but Tod kept us abreast of the progress. Hendrys, one of the most professional and efficient technicians we have seen - came by, on time, and fixed the switch in less than a half hour. Showed us where the breakage had occurred. We knew Ethan Allen made great furniture, but we were not expecting the 5-star service we got. Thank You !

Terrible service from the Concord Ethan Allen store. Delivery took over four months to receive, which isnt bad, but not receiving any updates as to when it would come is. I had to call my representative to get an update on the delivery date. When my dining room set arrived, the delivery team forgot my tables leaf and nearly every item was damaged. Additionally, the table is damaged beyond repair so itll need to be replaced so I guess Ill be waiting another four months to finally have the look I ordered last year. When you buy Ethan Allen furniture, you expect not only quality products, but also quality service, and I havent received either. Ethan Allen is not the same as it used to be.

Delivery guys were awesome. Took extra care to make sure they didn’t accidentally tap a wall or scratch the floor. Very professional top-tier service

My wife Carol and I were thrilled with our experience at Ethan Allen! Following a complete remodel of our family room, we worked with personnel at the Concord, CA store to select, purchase, and install a new carpet, sofa, and armchair. The designer was fantastic. We loved the items she recommended and she informed us of a sale that would enable us to purchase them at a substantial discount and obtain free delivery. Based on the designers recommendations and the availability of the sale, we purchased the items. She followed up to advise us of the probable delivery dates fo rthe itmes, which enabled us to arrange for a new home for our old furniture and carpet, and she made certain, after delevery of the items, that we were completely satisfied. The delivery personnel were kind, courteous, and extremely accommodating to our needs. For example, they willingly moved items outside to our backyard after placing the items we purchased in our family room. Finally, everyone who has seen our family room with the new furniture and carpet has said how beautiful the room looks. Indeed, my wife Carol and I agree that it has never been more attractive and inviting! Thank you, Ethan Allen!!

Great service and follow up.

What a surprise! Was in last year and I felt like I was in the 80s but then again what is old is new again. I didnt have an appointment but called in from parking lot and was able to get in. The store has been refreshed and looks like things are changing with Ethan Allen and the style is progressive. My stylist or Designer informed me he was transferred from Corte Madera and I can see why. He knows his stuff and was able to present design options that didnt break the bank. Were working on making my new house a home. Ask for Brian and trust his judgement. His portfolio Impressed me and I can see why Ethan Allen stole him away from Bassett and Ana. Good taste never goes out of style and Brian proves that.

I called today to see about purchasing a sofa that Id been looking at for some time. I simply wanted to know if I could deliver my credit card by phone or if I needed to return in person to purchase. The receptionist was ridiculous. She kept pressing me for the designer that helped me. I told her I had all of that information but it wasnt at my fingertips ( I was driving) and I just needed toknow at the moment if I could purchase without coming back in. She lectured me about how the designers should get commission etc. I was appalled. It seems the store is far moreconcerned about commission then taking care of customers.
