Best experience with this store! My husband and I went in to just look at furniture for our youngest child (3) and walked out with a mattress and bed frame. Top notch customer service. I am so pleased with the quality of the furniture that we purchased and know that it will last for many years to come. If we ever need another kids bed.... our money will be spent at Cozy Kids. Wish we would have found them sooner.

The furniture is great & the service was awesome! We had a delay in one of the pieces due to manufacturing, but I knew what was going on & got communication regularly. Delivery was excellent & they even cleaned the dust off before leaving (Josh, the delivery person, was so nice & showed a feature on the dresser that I didnt know about).

Went in to just look at cribs and ended up leaving with a full bedroom set, stroller, and car seat! Cannot recommend this place enough! A friend of mine kept telling me to skip the box stores and go straight here. I wish we listened because they had exactly what we needed. Absolutely amazing experience!Included a picture of the beautiful bedroom set we went with. Prices were very compatible to what we’ve seen elsewhere but their knowledge and guidance can’t be beat!

At 36 weeks pregnant, I went into this store looking for a glider for my baby’s nursery. Not only did I end up with the perfect glider, but also a beautiful, well-built bedroom set. Helen and Paul were so nice, and wonderful to deal with. Our furniture was in stock, and delivered to our house on the scheduled date. Everything was so easy, and it makes me a lot less stressed knowing we have the nursery furniture here now!I really liked the first chair I sat in- it fit my body well, was comfortable, in my price range, and was a glider and recliner. However, it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive, and being so close to my due date, I wasn’t sure about ordering a chair I may not get to use immediately after my son is born.Helen then said she had a chair that may work, and it was in stock and could be delivered as soon as we wanted. It was a custom order, and they had accidentally submitted two orders instead of one, so there was an extra chair and ottoman just waiting for someone to buy! It was originally a lot more expensive, but due to the mishap in ordering they were trying to sell it and had reduced the price significantly. I sat in the chair and it was perfect. Part of the reason I hadn’t bought a glider yet was because I’m picky, and none of them seemed to fit my average-sized frame (5’ 4.5”) right or were comfortable. This one happened to be just as comfortable as the other one I liked, and I liked that it came with an ottoman as well.While we were looking at the chair, I noticed some bedroom sets that were also marked down, but still new and very nice looking. I had already bought a (cheaper) dresser, but had yet to buy the matching crib. I saw the Stella Baby Kensington crib in a medium stained color, and it was beautiful. I generally like a mix of modern and traditional furniture styles, and this was a great combination. Not too ornate, but very classy and elegant. The set, including the crib, large dresser, and nightstand had originally been priced at $1999 (and at that price I wouldn’t even have considered it!) but was now offered at $799 simply because the style had been discontinued.I was pretty certain of the chair and the nursery set, but took a day to consider it and called back to confirm that I wanted to buy it. We purchased it from Paul over the phone, and my mom called back later to schedule a time to deliver to our house. Delivery charge is $69, delivery and assembly is $139 but the furniture we bought was already assembled in the boxes.I had been to several furniture stores and baby stores in search of a glider and nursery set with no luck, but Cozy Kids had just what I needed, and made the process so easy!

They gave us their honest opinions along with full information on the products we were interested in. Also, they give you your space and their extra special attention when you need it. He understood my needs, wants and wishes. Based on that advised 3 different crib sets. He was friendly, relaxed, and not pushy... he realized it was a big decision. My wife and I bought a car seat from Cozy Kids furniture a while ago and Paul was extremely helpful with all the options. The day our child was born, we had some issues with the carseat and I called Paul to see what I could do. Not only did Paul drop what he was doing that day to help me out in a pinch, but he was extremely kind, considerate, and understanding and he fixed the issues with the seat! I said to my husband, these reviews are all fake. Every single one is raving about this Paul dude. He got his family and friends to write the reviews.We are TIRED of pushy, overpriced furniture stores and TIRED of scouring marketplace, trying to purchase listings from random people who never answer messages.We walked in and, yes, Paul was very nice. But we were skeptical. The pieces were all really great quality and reasonably priced. He also directed us to his clearance pieces in the space next door. They do not dance around with prices. I hate when furniture places do that. Just tell me how much the dang thing is.Well, he did. And he helped us weigh the options of what kind of beds / arrangements would work best in our space for our 2 boys. Paul really did help us get the most bang for our buck and invest in a piece of furniture that we will be able to use until our boys are grown up. He also gave us a great deal.We paid a very affordable fee for someone to deliver and assemble the furniture for us, which they did today. The man was efficient and polite.He was here for about 3 hours and took all trash with him.Ive never had such a painless furniture purchase experience. These people arent trying to jerk you around. They give you what you want, and try their hardest to work with your price range.

Everything in this store is so cute!!! They have tons of options for all things kid! From a bunk bed with a slide to basic cribs, this store is great! Paul took the time to show us lots of unique pieces of furniture but wasnt a pushy salesman at all! He explained features and helped us find our perfect dresser with a topper! We had a great experience at Cozy Kids Furniture. We did not feel like they were trying to oversell us on anything, and actually recommended a cheaper product that I was originally looking at due to the small difference in the actual product. We had a personal touch by Helen, but she did not hover over us as we looked through the store for what we wanted. This was our second stop when looking for furniture for our new nursery, and knew immediately that we were going to leave this place happy.

Do not go here. Horrible customer service. We asked the owner or whoever it was for help and we stood waiting for at least 5 minutes while he was on the computer. Also, he does not wear a mask which is totally unacceptable during this pandemic, it is against the public mandate, and he is dealing with pregnant women. Stay away!!

We purchased our nursery glider today and had a great experience! After having no luck at buy buy Baby, Pottery Barn, or Target, I came across this local store and I’m so glad we checked it out. They have a beautiful selection of baby and kid furniture for very reasonable prices. Our experience was quick but personal and we are so happy with the glider we chose!

My husband and I were beyond impressed with the level of customer service we experienced at Cozy Kids. We had a great time picking out the furniture and both the owner and employee were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was the same you’d expect in a big box retail store but the item quality was far exceptional at Cozy Kids. When we experienced an issue with the manufacturer not including the hardware in the box, Paul the owner was right on top of it in touch with them and having them send us the parts right away. At one point during the process, he even offered to deliver the hardware to our house which is next level customer service. Being an excellent business owner is defined by how you handle the unforeseen hiccups and Paul truly took care of us from start to finish. It was so refreshing. We are so in love with both our beautiful crib and comfortable glider. We’ll be returning customers for sure as we grow our family.

We absolutely love the furniture that we bought from Cozy Kids. It looks great, and the price was great as well. We had a snag with the delivery not happening on time due to some back ordered items, but Paul absolutely made everything right in the end. They absolutely know baby furniture, and our nursery is all set thanks to Cozy Kids!

Late delivery (4weeks). No instruction manual. 1 broken piece. Late replacement (2 months after constant contact). No refund policy (so you are forced to wait). Terrible customer service.Ps: Wrong replacement piece. I would not recommend this business.

Cozy Kids not only has great quality childrens furniture, it has the best customer service I have experienced from a retail vendor. My daughter was looking for a childrens armoire for her soon-to-be-born babys nursery. We looked in many places before we found a nice one at Cozy Kids. We ordered one in gray and waited for it to arrive. The furniture vendor had a problem with delivering this on the original scheduled date and was running over three weeks late. Paul, the owner, was concerned about the piece getting here in time for the baby. He suggested that we look at another vendors armoire and he would place an expedited order to make sure one or the other got here in time. The expedited order arrived first and he personally delivered it the next business day!!! Ive never worked with anyone who worked so hard to make sure their customer was taken such good care of. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!
