This store might be small, but it does have the basics. Some items were not in n stock, but it can be ordered online. The sales associates answered my questions and were helpful. No line to get in, but they do have a limit.

Ordered hair color from this location. Kept coming back for 2 days. Place is always close. No lights or open sign. Looked in . Nobody in. Called their number as posted outside on the glass. No answer or pick up; phone always w/ busy tone. Whoever is managing this branch doesn’t come to work or salesclerks are also lazy to come to work. I came here different times, like 5 times, & the place is always closed. The employees here DONT want to work !!! This location is the Pits !!! Sooo irresponsible !!! You need to HIRE NEW employees !!! 😡😡😡😡

Friendly team!However, don’t ever ask for recommendation or help. Please do yourself a favor and research a bit or trust your instinct about whatever product you need.The team and specially the store manager try REALLY hard to make sure that you will leave the store with a couple of extra and unnecessary products. It happened twice(2) to me!They will prescribe you a list of products that will actually reverse your initial plan!!! They have no knowledge yet talk like experts.If you can, PLEASE avoid this store or at least DO NOT engage in a conversation with their team.

Store was not open when I got there. It says they open at 10am. I arrived at 10:45am doors were locked and no one in the building.

First of all a star because. They have no variety of product and second because they are not responsible for opening at the stipulated time. They want to open wings 8 and while the customer waits an hour for it ...

I looked up the hours of this store and 8:00AM was the time given. I was 5 minutes early so I waited. At 8:00 I walked to the door and it was locked. The sign said the hours were 8:00 AM OPEN. I walked to rite aid did some shopping came back to Sally’s and the door was still locked. This was 8:53 AM. I waited an hour because the wrong hours were posted on the internet and on the door . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Bought a Peanut clipper, tried it one day, did not work properly, returned to this shop, they refused to exchange it for a clipper that worked properly. Will never do business with this shop or company again.

What kind of business doesnt open on time?sally beauty supply does.at least the one on monument was late opening. They finally let me in 10 minutes later. They had a large selection of products and customer service was ok but I think I will stick with my favorite location of clayton unless I cant get to it.

Always find what I am looking for. Prices are great.

There was a sale sign posted on Palladio products. The products turn out to be not on sale. Sale signs are misleading. These are makeup products.

Great place but sometimes parking is bad and staff at times dont understand the products.

It says online 8pm but its store hours posted says 7pm

It is always VERY stocked good prices Good and Quick attention clean parking.

The staff is very friendly and always try to help you.
