I just drove by Einstein in Concord and discovered that its closed. I look forward to them opening again soon, and hopefully with the same crew. The crew there has always been very nice and do a good job.I drive from Tilton for a great cup of coffee and a bagel. Oh my God these are the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a real shame that right now they are practically closed most days. And I can’t understand why there is not a line of people around the block every morning waiting to get it.

Ordered via phone for pickup, which was a quick and efficient process. I got a milk chocolate coffee cooler, which was good, a little stronger on coffee flavor than expected. I also got the farmhouse breakfast sandwich, pictured. It features a cheesy hash brown bagel, egg (I went with one, but two is standard), bacon, ham, cheese, and a country pepper schmear. It was very peppery and so delicious, if just barely this side of too salty. The country pepper schmear really made the sandwich.

Amazing farm fresh sandwich on the green chili roll beast mode. Just cant wait until you people open up that dinning area.

Seriously love this place! Who doesnt like bagels? And they have SO much more. We visit this location about once a week or every two weeks. My daughter loves the pumpkin bagel when they offer it. Im a huge fan of the hash bagel. Cant go wrong here. Just wish it was a little bigger location. Honestly, they should take over the failing business next door location.

Until I retired I lived in New York City, an epicenter for good bagels and smoked fish. After moving to Concord I tried Einsteins bagels. My opinion, not even vaguely like anything I had in New York. Judge for yourself, as for me, I wont be back.

With no indoor seating you just go in and order a delicious bagel any way you want it, grab coffee and leave. Simple

Over priced food to say the least. Over $6 for an overcooked sausage, egg and cheese. Not to mention a bagel with cream cheese is more than $3. Not worth it in my opinion.

Having driven past Einstein Bagels a thousand times I finally decided to stop in for a quick bite. Having never been in before I was surprised to learn that they offered an array of sandwiches and beverages as well as bagels. The staff was super helpful and friendly while I took a few minutes to make a decision. I decided on the apple cinnamon bagel with the honey almond shmear. This bagel was to die for! By far one of the best bagels I have ever eaten! I was very happy with my experience and cant wait to come back!

I ordered a large order for a company holiday breakfast. The order was perfect, complete on time, and delicious! I highly recommend for catering. I am eager to try a lunch catering order.

Friendly staff, nice environment, and good food. Theyre very accommodating when it comes to removing an item from the order. The bagel selection is pretty good, and it seems like they have one to suit just about every mood. Good stop if you want more than just cream cheese, but also good if thats all you want.

The crew at Einsteins is pleasant at anytime of day even when the rooster is still sleeping. Keep the yummy bagels coming!

Pretty routine chain bagel shop. Not sure why but its the place several different groups of hikers seems to stop at on the way from Rhode Island to the White Mountains so been there a few times. Pumpkin muffin with icing very good. Egg sandwich with spinach not the best. Everyone else seemed fine with their stuff.

This is one of the best coffee and bagel places you will ever experience. We were only in Concord for two nights, but we ate breakfast here each morning. The variety of bagels and breakfast sandwiches were amazing, and the quality of the food and beverages were worth every penny. Wish we had an Einstein Bros. Bagels in Maine.

After a kind of crazy day I stopped here to grab something for dinner before heading to my class. I didnt realize until after that I had shown up AT closing time! Despite that, the staff here was so nice and polite to me! I really, really appreciate their friendly attitudes and will absolutely be back (earlier next time of course)!

The food is actually really good, lots of flavor and decent portion sizes. The specialty coffees (those made behind the counter) are also wonderful, Ive tried a few.The two star is for the service. They usually have the same staff, so at least empliyee retention is okay. Whats not good is their organization- every single time Ive been in there, the line stacks out the door and it takes about 7 minutes per person, even if you order a simple bagel with cream cheese and a coffee.Typically in that sort of setting, there is a couple of employees on sandwiches/food, one barista, and a person or two on registers. Service moves with fluidity. At Einstein Bros, they have no such organization. It seems that its a free-for-all behind the counter, and the lack of structure shows. Its certainly enough to avoid this location on a weekend morning, or during common rush hours. Hopefully management can do something productive about it

I must say these are my favorite bagels. They are soft and very flavorful. I got a half dozen of bagels and kept them in the fridge. Had them for about a week and a half and would have never guessed they werent fresh. They were just as soft and delicious and when I first bought them.

Best breakfast sandwich in Concord, Coffee is always amazing. They have a entirely new menu, designs on the cups and season blebds of coffee. You wont be disappointed.

Been here before while visiting family. Had to make the pit stop because their bagels are the best.

Food is always yummy and staff is friendly. Its a shame the place is so dirty. The HVAC intake and exhaust vents are caked w/dust. The ceiling tiles are dingy /dirty/dusty and a few have had water stains for years.

The people were very nice 😊. The bagels were fresh 👌 even though it was late in the day. The coffee was also very good.

Superb service, I had a Chorizo Sunrise with a Chai Tea Latté. They prepared it skillfully and served it with pride. Absolutely delicious. Also a wonderful place to get bulk bagels. They helped me sign up for their rewards program easily. Ill be heading back in to get more bagels next week.

I am always in search of bagels, and this place is really good for a chain bagel place. Variety of bagels with alot of different type of bagel sandwiches to choose from. If you can make a good bagel sandwich with chorizo in it, you have my heart.

My son loves this place! While it is a bit more expensive than you would normally expect for a bagel or sandwich. It appears to cater to the higher class bagel aficionado rather than the average Joe. While this isnt Dunkin Doughnuts you can still walk out of here with a bagel and a cup of coffee. The bathrooms here felt dated and out of place. Also it can be difficult to park during the busy periods. Seating is also available, but limited it tends to be a grab and go during peak times.

They literally NEVER have any of the good bagels left. MANAGERS MAKE MORE CINNAMON SUGAR BAGELS. geez 🙄

Not a bad place. Its been here for many, many years. Used to be better. I found myself in the area and wanted a taste of nostalgia. Good unique selection of bagels (i.e: 6 cheese, spinach florentine, jalapeño cheddar.)Eggs were precooked and looked microwaved. Coffee is ok. Competitively priced breakfast sandwiches, and a (very) few baked items. A bit slow in the a.m just 2 people working the front taking orders, preparing food and cashing out. But there were 2 more in the back. Not sure why they werent helping with the before work crowd. Bagels were dangerously low in quantities, but it may have been because they run a Monday special -13 for $7!Kid friendly-they had childrens books and coloring books available.

However my favorite bagel is sold out by 1-2pm almost every time I go. The sugar plain bagel is so good. I could literally eat 2-4 of them at one time.My question is if you sell out of this almost every day why not make a few more?I completely understand you don’t want waste but maybe make less of the other ones and more of the ones people want .It’s to the point that I may just stop going there completely because it’s always a letdown have to leave without getting anything almost every time I go .The lattes are decent. Better than DD’s but. It Starbucks..Whoever replies to these could you please let your team know and I’ll be happy to change my rating to a five star if this gets changed.I normally go on thursdays and mondays,fyi :)
