Good bagels but be prepared to wait a while during the morning rush! Typically a line out the door and I waited about 30 minutes for four bagels to be toasted. They taste good though!

Definitely our favorite bagel place. We get their Asiago bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and its always so good. Their bagel dogs are also good- the dough (once heated up) is very soft and its pretty big compared to what I have got at other places. In the fridge they have sealed fresh squeeze orange juice that taste so fresh. I do wish customers respected the door signage letting customers know how many people are allowed inside at a time.Indoor dinning is not available for this location (June 2021)

Yum! Been coming here for 20 years. Jalapeño cheese bagel is consistently delicious and always fresh. Nova lox bagel is a winner. Good smoothies, Nice staff. I am a lifer at Sunrise Bagels.

Didnt see onion bagels, the lady said there were some. Ordered 6 and sure enough she packed poppyseed bagels instead of onion. C’mon!Good everything bagel btw

Always have good fresh bagels. The fresh oj is good as well. The do smoothies and sandwiches either on bagels or fresh baked bread. My favorite though is the bagel dog! Havent had one bad thing there.

Decent Bagels and great sandwiches...but they never have any brewed teas...last two times we came here they told us they do not have any brewed teas, yet its on their menu.

I love it. It took a while to find a good bagle place around to get a quick breakfast bite. I love customizing what you can put on your bagel or the different type of bagel. Its like subway but better and its bagels. Who doesnt love bagles. 😌

The lack of customer service is unbelievable.Angelina foreign employee spent a lot of time correcting my Spanish as I was placing an order. Last time I placed a big order of bagels for work was around closing time. “A” said to me to pick them up quickly because she was not going to “eat them all”. She’s constantly making rude comments about customers. Last time I was there i was fed up and confronted her about what she said to me on the phone. Jack the business owner was very rude and took her side. I wish this place was run by friendly people with a good knowledge of customer service.

This is great place to grab a delicious bagel. They have several vegetarian options for sandwiches.

Ive been going here since they first opened up since the early 2000s, if not earlier. Theyve been family owned and ran for as long as I can remember and the quality of their sandwiches has stayed the same since the start - excellent. My go-to before was their sandwhiches on rolls (usually Dutch crunch) but these days Ive been going for a Nova Lox on a parmesean and garlic bagel, which is amazing. Prices have gone up over the years, but so has inflation. All in all, I love this place, and Im glad to see them making it through these hard times with Covid going on.

Best bagels in the East Bay. Fresh every day. Also fantastic bagel dogs! Like life changing bagel dogs. My wife doesnt eat meat but she will happily peel the hot dog bread and munch it. Also their croissants are good too, not crunchy, but very buttery. Different then most but good. And all their other sandwiches and pizza bagels are good as well. Fantastic spot Im sad I dont live by them anymore.

I love this place. It does get very busy in the morning so give yourself extra time. However the the bagels are well worth any wait.

This place has literally the best poppyseed bagel I’ve ever seen. Every millimeter tip to bottom is covered in seeds instead of a few sprinkles. Sandwiches are piled high with ingredients, no stingy toppings here. There were like 6 thick-cut pieces of cucumber instead of two thin slices as many places would use. Cream cheese on both sides. The jalapeño cream cheese, also something not everyone has, packs a nice kick!

Great breakfast sandwiches served all day. I got the cheese bagel with bacon and eggs. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Mmm good

At 7:30 am it was unbelievably busy. The wait was worth it. Bagels were fresh and delicious. They really need 3 counter people instead of 2, at this time. Maybe its not so busy a little later.

Im a native New Yorker, so good bagels are important! It has been hard finding suitable bagels outside of NY state, so I was really excited to find Sunshine Bagels. They are a little shop in a strip mall and they do bagels right! The variety is fantastic and fresh, they refilled the baskets with bagels straight from the oven while I was there. The price is reasonable and the service was pretty quick. They also sell breakfast sandwiches (smelled delicious), pastries, cream cheese tubs (in a variety of flavors), lox, and various drinks and lunch items. The bagels taste amazing and have just the right amount of chewiness. Its a great little shop that will most likely become a regular stop for us!

Great bagels and their Sunrise Club Special Sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches of all time ( just ask for it without the sprouts lol). Small family-owned shop, and they are really good people. The bagels are made fresh everyday, so getting there early is probably my favorite thing to do hoping to get a bagel fresh out the oven!

The lady at the register was very rude to me and other customers. When somebody said something about it to her the manager took her side rather than correcting his employee. The food is good, the service is not.

Unbelievable the wrong bagel yellowed sprouts, watered down cucumbers and tomatoes and cream cheese absolutely no flavor. Wrong way to start our sun morning

The food is good, but the service is awful. Ive seen them accuse customers of stealing repeatedly while all they were doing was waiting in line to pay for their food. Their delivery system and customer service needs much work.

I love this place for its consistency. I phone ahead and I have never had an issue to this day. Nice people and quick to serve as possible because they are always busy.

YUM! will be my daily/weekly stop from now on!

Been going there few months now having the same thing. Cheddar cheese and cream cheese or breakfast one with sausage egg cheese an cookie an fruit cup. Tasty stuff how ever the negative thing I experience is recent new staff Hispanic ladies who were not great about keeping there insulting comments to there self. One was telling her friend that my boyfriend and myself are fat an always order so much an the same thing. Lucky I wasnt there to hear the insulting comments but huge mistake becsu I refuse to keep being a loyal customer there its so immature to do that to others especially when customer service is more important

Love the breakfast bagel sandwiches and Vietnamese coffee, but they run out of certain bagels (the ones you want) really quickly. Place can sometimes be inundated with customers and get very slow.
