This morning i see that my car got broken into. My driver side window was busted and there is glass all over my front seat & on the floor. My insurance company called ALL Glass and then i made a follow up call. The gentleman who answered was so rude and he immediately asked me if my insurance covered the window. He then said that his place doesnt accept Tows! So i guess he expects for me to drive the car with glass all over the seat.

Abraham was polite and professional. Replaced my front windshield on my Honda Accord. Hour and a half turnaround, great price, very clean and comfortable waiting area. I will not only go back but will recommend them to friends and family for any glass item.

Not only are the folks at All Glass friendly, efficient, and informative, their prices are also a fraction of what youll find at other nearby businesses.I needed to get my windshield replaced, and a local competitor told me that Id have to wait close to a week for an appointment. Not only that, but the price they quoted me was twice what All Glass offered.Needless to say, I went to All Glass... and less than two hours later, I had my new windshield.

ONE WORD, OUTSTANDING!I did a lot of research on places before I came to All Glass, most of them wanted an obnoxious amount of money to fix a window. These prices are the best i had found by far. But honestly that is not the best thing about this place! I Was greeted by an amazing staff, Abraham and Mary they were so sweet! These people know exactly what customer service is. My car was finished in an hour the glass had been cleaned out to a spotless standard, and my tire was filled with air as I made a comment about it before I left in no way asking for air in it, they did it for me. My car had been broken into a few weeks back and Ive delt with a lot of companies in this entire process this shop by far was more helpful than any place I have ever been, and I do not say this lightly they have been the most helpful in this entire process!! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I will not only go back, I will recommend this to everyone that I know! I drive a government vehicle for work our company uses safelite which Ive delt with for a few window and windshield repairs, this shop blows them out of the water!Thank you so much Mary and Abraham you guys are a blessing!

Replaced windshield. Mirror blurry after, probably not secured tightly. Some scratches left behind windshield, possibly from last owner of 2016 vehicle, but looked new. They did try to touch up with paint after pointed out, but very poor job along with tape left all over tires. Sealant on side of windshield not scraped off from previous windshield... They will try and treat you well, but the work is not good quality.

Nice waiting area, with TV, wifi, coffee and snacks. Very good customer service, and a job well done (replacing a smashed window, in my case).
