Had a lot of great sales going on. I was able to use my coupons and save even more. Found the yarn and other craft items I needed to complete 2 projects.

I can always find my art supplies here when I cant locate them anywhere else. I love the stores feel and layout. They carry toys from the 1970s that have long since been off the market. Their prices are better than Hobby Lobby ! I will ONLY shop here from now on.

Ill go ahead and give them 3 stars. We stopped by today it was better than most. Traffic was insane but thats from the mall. At least the parking lot didnt have a bunch of old coots in it that cant park without taking at least 2 spots making everyone that can park way out from the store because someone is off center on one side toward the spot then the other side is someone parked diagonal so you know theyll probably sideswipe your entire car backing out. To be fair it isnt ac Moores fault but they still didnt even have what my wife was looking for.

40% coupon is a must they will take it off your phone. And you can always find one.

Love all the crafts and projects

This is my go to place for crafting and hobby tools. Staff is always helpful, products are good quality too. In my experience, compared to other big box hobby/craft stores, A.C. Moore tends to stock better quality supplies and has a better selection of specialty items. Thats not to say its expensive. On the contrary, their prices are really reasonable.

Store is closed do not waste your time. Sign on door CLosed very frustrating to drive 45 minutes Google maps update your stuff.

They are getting down to last items now. Some items the prices were jacked up and them discounted. So some good deals to be found. Lots of toys left. I heard you have till end of month.

This AC Moore is new, clean and well organized. It is set up differently than the AC Moore in Winston Salem. The employees were nice and helpful.

Its a nice AC Moore. 4 stars I stead of 5 because I think hobby lobby has generally a better selection for crafting.

One of the best craft/diy/home decor stores that Ive been into recently! Its about a 30 minute drive for me, but I will be going back. Also love their points system for discounts and coupons!

Selection not as good as other stores for mixed media crafting - many items either out of stock or very limited selection. 2 cashiers with LONG lines, took 20 minutes to get through checkout. Backup cashier was called but did not show before we had checked out.

AC MOORE often has a great selection. Just like Michaels, you can get many craft items & supplies. They take Michaels coupons as well!

We dont have an ac Moore in our area. So this was a treat yet similar to hobby lobby with lower priced items. Then they had deals on top of that. My Chris found lots of great deals

They did a beautiful job of framing my poster that was 30 by 20, but my goodness, at over $900.00 before discount is absurd. Ive never had a quote that high by anyone! They need to sticker the prices on their framing choices; they need to quit charging too much. Good job, but I will not be back. Much better prices elsewhere.

Dirty nothing stocked stickers blocking isle talking to each other instead of working long slow lines no welcomes or have a nice day very disappointed

I provided a coupon for 25% off and the register only took 15% off. Other items that should have been on sale also rang up regular price. When I brought the coupon discrepancy up to the cashier, she called the manager. The managers response was I dont know why it rang up 15% and not 25%. They send out alot of coupons and walked off. No explanation and no rectifying the situation. I travelled a distance just to get to the store since there isnt one in my area and I really wanted the items so I didnt argue any further. My only suggestion would be is to make sure you calculate what you are purchasing along with the discount before getting to the register or you might pay more than advertised.

Went in with my family and already started a review in the checkout line. Checkout went slow but I understand how busy it can be in retail. Went to the custom framing counter and didn’t get any help. Associate at the counter did not help us so we gave up. My family went to one register and the cashier was rude and interruptive of my mother when she spoke. Definitely needs work on customer service

This is my craft store of choice in the Concord area. The store is well-organized, the employees are always very friendly and helpful, and the sales are great.

Giving this place three stars because they can not keep deco mesh in. When they get the deco mesh the quantity is very little.

I absolutely love this place, they always have amazing deals and I love a place where I can use a coupon, staff is nice, some seem to know more than others bug they still show a willingness to assist!

This store is alright. There are a lot craft items that they dont have that I find at other craft store. Other than that... Its fine.

I wish there was a larger embroidery section, but the more experienced staff is so kind and helpful. Always a good coupon on their website as well!

I went to pick up some things a few hours ago and while one of the associates was assisting me the manager popped up out of nowhere just watching us . She say how can i help or anything, so I asked for gold glitter she was rude and short. She then walks to the next aisle asking the associate to come here i look over and then she try’s to hide so i can’t see her and says something to the young girl. I’m not sure what she said but she made a customer feel uncomfortable and judged .

A.C. Moore is sadly closing, and right now being shipped a lot of garbage items by the company processing it. Many of the normal items have been plundered despite being just 25% or 30% off, so at this stage my advice would be to go if you need to, or if its close.

AC Moore is quite possibly the best big box craft store in the area. It has the best selection of name brand items, and doesnt only carry store brand.

I visit AC Moore often and have not had a bad experience until recently. I waited in line for 10 min, when I finally got up to the register I attempted to use a 25% off total order coupon. The sales associate could not get the coupon to scan so she called another sales associate over there (Virginia). Virginia was very rude, she looked at my coupon and said That expired at 1:00. Learn to read! I was blown away that somebody would say something so rude and condescending to a customer. All she had to do was tell me my coupon had expired there was no need to tell me to learn to read. I work in the medical field with underprivileged patients. A Lot of my patients are illiterate so a comment like that is exceptionally offensive to me. I am hurt by the treatment I received and the personal attack brought on by an AC Moore employee. I will not be shopping here anymore.

My biggest complaint is that the staff is NOT knowledgeable!! They arent familiar with certain products or even where they are in the store. If youre a light crafter this is a decent store .... Michaels and Hobby Lobby are both far superior! Dont waste your time here
