2 stars because I’ve ordered before and they’re merchandise is good BUT my most recent order not only did I get the wrong size but I’m missing an item! I’ve called numerous times and just be placed on hold WAITING for someone to answer and the call drops. I’ve sent an email within their 3 day rule and never heard back this is ridiculous I paid 20$ for an item I never received and the other 30 for a set I received in the wrong size which is fine I gave it to my sister but I still would like either a refund or just send me my item but they have awful communication, is this how the customers are treated?

Definitely my go to place, quality clothing i wear to work and lounge wear at home

I have been trying to process a return for an orderdating back to 07/08/20. I returned the items within 5 days and confirmed that the package was received by Fashion Effect Store via tracking. I have emailed,chatted and attempted to call several times. To date11/5/20 I have gotten NO RESPONSE! I am VERYDISAPPOINTED with this lack of customer service

I usually dont write reviews, but I was so happy with the bathing suit I ordered from Fashion Effect. I was hesitant to order from the website because I came across it through instagram, but Im such a happy customer. I found my perfect bathing suit, the quality of the fabric is very nice, and the sizing charts are dead on. Im really happy I took a chance and ordered from here. THANK YOU FASHION EFFECT!

I have ordered from Fashion Effect Store multiple times, mainly for swimwear and each time has been great. One time I ordered two swimsuits and one unfortunately was not sent to me because of a damaged supply in their warehouse, but they let me choose ANY swimsuit to replace it and sent it right away. Also, here recently I order again and it was shipped the same day! Definitely great quality swimsuits and true to size and great customer service!

Please please can someone call me back regarding the claim with ups they send you already the form to finally after almost 3 months to get my refund they can’t issue the refund, or at least respond to my emails or voicemails i did forward the email from ups i need my money back, order i never received!! Please please

I was a bit hesitant to buy from FES based on the reviews. Im glad I decided to go ahead with the purchase. My order came super fast and all the swimsuits were as pictured. They all fit so well and the material is strong and durable. I had a question regarding my order, it was answered and handled within 48hrs by email. Hope this helps someone.

I have 4 days waiting for my package to come out of their deposits and I keep waiting, they do not give me a solution, they only regret and blame USPS, and the worst thing is that they pay for a 3-day shipment and they do not want to return the money for the fast shipping that does not they made! Terrible experience I will not buy from you again.

I ordered from this place the swin wear runs too small. My daughter wearing a size 2-3 and I bought her a bikini size medium and it didnt fit her. Ive also try reaching to them via email and phone no success they dont answer nor reply. I dont recomend this place Ill think twice before shopping with fashion effect.

I ordered a swimsuit on 4.5.19 and after two weeks I didn’t get an update! I emailed them for a status I was told that my order was scheduled to be ship out that day as soon is on its way I would receive a tracking confirmation. I received a tracking number that said the item was on its way to the postal office. Another week went by and there was no update on the tracker. I emailed them again and was told “We are terribly sorry that your package seems to be missing because the tracking number shows no movement. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our facility, it is then in the hands of the United States Postal Service - theres not much we can do from our side. We strongly recommend that you get in touch with your local USPS Office to figure out what happened to your package.“ first of all the packer never made it to the post office! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

I order a dress for my daughters birthday everyone love it they ask me where did I buy it. I definitely recommend this place.

I have contacted them in various ways and my package has not moved the slightest and no one has given me a response beware of getting delivery this was definitely a no go.

Ordered...received wrong dress...mailed back (12$ shipping by the way) and never received my money back. Have sent multiple e-mails to customer service and have been ignored.

If you have money and time to waste then by all means shop from this store. Their swimsuits are cute but they do not fit according to sizing chart. I’ve purchased swimsuits from fashion nova, matte collection, ASOS, missguided, and boohoo and they all fit correctly with no issues so I thought this store should be no different but I was wrong. Their sizing chart claims that a size M fits a 6-8 but it definitely doesn’t. On top of that I purchased 2 swimsuits with 3 day shipping and received one item 8 days later and only after inquiring about my order. As of today I still have not received the 2nd item, it’s now 11 days after purchasing. All of this wouldn’t have been so bad, I’ve experienced wrong sizing and shipping delays before but the horrendous customer service was what made this ordeal worse. Contacting them through Instagram was a waste of time because they told me to send my order number in a dm and didn’t bother to get back to me. I contacted live support and they gave me an email address and again no response to both emails. After several days I opened a case with PayPal and conveniently enough that’s when they shipped out the 2nd bathing suit. This company only cares about your money they don’t give a damn about building lasting customer relationships. I’ve never experienced this with any other store ever. I’m going to chalk this up as a loss and spend my money elsewhere from now on. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money and ill fitting bathing suit. This company as a whole is abhorrent.

I ordered from them it took them longer than they stated it was gonna take, also I was missing items out of my order they never answer the phone or return your phone call.

I ordered a swimsuit from them Jan 26th of 2018 and still haven’t received my merchandise. After 2 weeks of not receiving anything I contacted them and they sent me a shipping confirmation the next day with a tracking number. I kept trying to check the tracking of my order and it never made any progress! After another week I contacted them again and they told me USPS lost my package!!! LIES! They then promised my my order would ship out Feb 26th, saying my swimsuit was on back order. It’s March 1st...nothing. I have sent several emails to them and they always respond but they only lie to me and give me the run around. What’s even more ridiculous is I just went looking for reviews about the company and saw that the EXACT same thing happen to another person. Her story was identical to mine. Down to the lost package and the same promised shipping date. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I’m in the process of reporting them to the BBB and I’m going to contact my local news station. This has to stop. They are running a money scam.

Ordered a bathing suit and still havnt recieved it...I signed up for alerts and I was never sent any information pertaining to my order! I reached out to customer service that told me conviently the same day that it was delivered which it wasnt! And the following day I havnt recieved anything either. This place is sketchy dont order from them...my experience on top of the other bad reviews leave me to think this place is a fraud

The worst customer service ever !! No after sales service. No way to reach them by phone, email or chat !!! The items purchased do not reflect the photos on their site .... VERY DISAPPOINTED ....
