Super disorganized and dirty location. I dont know what happened from the last few months, but this target gets worse every time. They are always out of stock in many every day use items. Shopping carts full of stuff to restock, trash on the floors and barely any cashiers. This was the last time I will be coming to this location.

Great attitude always polite as well as friendly not like other competeters.

The staff here is great but the customers here are something else 🤭 so many rude and disrespectful customers. You’d think people would have the decency to be courteous or respectful to the employees but they are not.

I was able to find what I came there for, (which was a $25 gift card) as well as things I werent looking for.

Ordered pick up and a damaged item was purposely pulled for my order. Went to the aisle with my item and they were fully stocked and in good condition. Funny.

I never do these surveys but the drive up service is awesome. How fast the order is pulled and delivered to my car is the best Ive use .

I love how that are changing the way the Targets look. They look much better and much more fancy. Cleaner and there are ways to get around every aisle if someone’s in your way. Before you used to have to back up and go back out. I love the makeup section!

Christina C was very rude towards me and my 2 younger siblings. The self check out is there for a reason. She has very poor customer service. When asked for a supervisor she mentioned she was one of them (not sure if it was true or not) she should be demoted if so. Like I mentioned she has very low customer service if she does not like her job She should quit. How are customers supposed to feel welcome and ready to spend money in this franchise location when instead of been greeted by Christina C we get harass.

This store is alright. Expect, the bra/ underwear area. You can never find any underwear, plus the drawers are all dirty and disorganized. The employees are always helpful. Just that section is awful.

Worst bathrooms I have ever seen....Dirty they smell....None of the bathroom doors lock and there is graffiti everywhere

Its very convenient. Especially since they have added the grocery section. Now I can pick up a few things for dinner and not have to go to another store. My only issue is, when it comes to the hair care section, the shelves always seem to have a limited variety of the reasonably priced ethnic products, compared to the others. Those shelves are rarely ever fully stocked, although the more pricier products are adequately stocked.

Everything was fine until had to go to customer service for pick up, three employees gathered around one hand held computer to search for an item for one customer.Compton store is awful, I live here and hate it.

From the time I parked my car to waiting in the order pick-up line to receiving my online ordered items to leaving in my car, took me all of a total of 5 minutes or less to pick my items. Simple, quick and easy is the reason for the score I selected.

There are hardly any school supplies. No lined paper, no notebooks, looseleaf, spiral, nothing. People go to school all year. It should be as stocked as the makeup area.

Disorganized location. The social distancing line distances arent enforced, and waiting in line withpwith 50-100 people is more likely to spread covid than just operating normally.

Always has what I need, and some always clean and nice workers.

One of your employees ran into my husband with one of your shopping cars full of trash while he was looking at an item. He ask to speak to someone in charge and he told him walk him back to that area, so he did than he told him I need to review the cameras. He didn’t even offered an apology 🤔

The Target that I shop at all the time is Compton-Rancho Dominguez. They have great customer service and they also have the self checkout counters which is also great, someone is always there to help you if you have any questions or need bags. They also have a variety of everything that I need. I Love Target!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister just went to this target and I WANT ALL CUSTOMERS TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! An associate here thought she was slick, luckily sister was smart enough to check hers before she left the parking lot! My sister and I were going to meet there but I ended up back at work. Anyways, my sister purchased 16 items and while Target is pricey, she noticed that she overpaid. So she counts her items and notices there is an extra item on the receipt that she didn’t buy. & the item was a $20 shaving oil. She said the associate was nice and asking her questions so she was distracted and you can bet that I am accusing her of what I am cause I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied!! The nice security guard helped my sister out when my sister went back in, and come to find out the oil that was scanned was in a near by basket full of other items on the side near the associate that rang my sister up. How could this be a mistake? My sister never even brought the oil to the counter or anything? It’s not like my sister wanted the item and then didn’t, it was scanned without my sister even knowing. I told my sister to never go here again and we live in the area too so we never would have expected this smh. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Thank you to the security who helped my sister out!!!!

Target is the worst place to shop for. They have self check outs and they are off. The lines are long and they only have 3 cashiers working this is why Walmart is the best. They have 8 self check out in and out in 5 min.

I shop early morning, usually right after opening. I am now FORCED to use self check out,because I shop before 10 AM. If I wanted to be a cashier, I would apply for a job. I REALLY HATE this. I pay more to shop at Target as opposed to Walmart, for the service and cleanliness of the store. There are aisles I cannot pass because of all of the pallets and carts FULL of stock items, opened, half eaten packages of food. Its gross. What do youre employees do after hours???

Unfortunately this location is NOT welcoming of African Americans, particularly women. Obviously, Compton is a high crime area so I’m assuming there are some troubled customers who come into this store to shoplift frequently. I made that assumption because I have visited this location on numerous occasions and have been confronted by staff in a condescending accusatory manner. Their attempts to reduce me to a dishonest American have compelled me to pursue legal action. The pattern of discriminatory treatment I have suffered at this location is unacceptable and I know it doesn’t represent Target’s mission as a nationally recognized corporation. My first negative encounter was Spring of 2018 when one of the managers (young, hispanic man with glasses) suspected me of fraudulently obtaining my TargetRedCard. He then reported me to TD Bank and my account with Target was closed because this Hispanic couldn’t believe that a young black girl could own a credit card. Furthermore the most recent challenge I have audio recorded, THANK GOD FOR TECHNOLOGY:). It occurred today and I was callously ridiculed by this stores guest services staff for attempting to return a supbar and low quality item. I understand that businesses must be vigilant about protecting their merchandise. However, I am insulted, offended and disheartened by the events that took place. I am working tirelessly to have this matter resolved, not for myself but for the other hardworking, law-abiding black women in this community who might be subjected to this stores toxic closed minded culture. (Here’s a tip, don’t open a business in a poverty stricken area to prey on consumers, the black dollar and other minorities and then behave distastefully when the poorer members of that community attempt to meet their needs by illegal means) I’ve lived in the South and the East Coast. I have never been so dissatisfied with a Target location ever!

My offer as accurate and on time

Large parking lot so you wont have to spend a lot of time looking for parking. This store is just as good as any other Target. Lots of merchandise and fairly clean and organized store.

Overall great target. Usually find what I need, well organized and fully stocked most times.only complaint is the CD/mixtape sellers in front.

Cashiers are very nice and helpful, but the rest of the employees are rude and just ignore you. The rest of the store is a mess, especially the seasonal section. They aseem to never be done stocking, as no matter what day or time I go in, theres always boxes stacked up in the middle of isles. The Walmart in Compton is actually nicer than this Target.
